The Wild & Haunted RV 2014 Halloween Haunt at Californias Great America American Coaster Enthusiasts - Northern California 2014-10-27 | ACE NorCal had the opportunity to get behind-the-scenes during the 2014 Halloween Haunt at California's Great America opening ceremony! On every evening of Haunt, just before 7:00 P.M., this decked out "haunted and wild" RV drives up to the front of the park where park guests are being held back by security.With just a minute to go before Haunt opens, monsters pour out of the RV while the "emergency broadcast system" and an announcement reminiscent of one in the movie "The Purge" plays. A result: shrieks and screams galore, as heard in the video.This RV was custom made for California's Great America back in the early 2000's. It was originally an exact replica of the Com-Vee seen in the Nickelodeon animated-cartoon "The Wild Thornberry's."
