EXPOSING Lunar Client For Being A Cheat New Tenebrous 2020-06-24 | Lunar Client removes the vanilla 1.8 cps cap, giving all players on 1.8 Lunar an unfair advantage on Hypixel, other 1.8 servers, and against all other 1.8 players. This is why people think they get "smoother gameplay" or "better hit detection" on Lunar Client. Here's how the 1.8 cps cap works in essence: https://prnt.sc/t5gn8n. Lunar also has a CPS cap built into its client, however this other CPS cap is only activated with Lunar anticheat on and/or on Lunar protected servers. Their CPS cap also works very differently to vanilla as it's around 15CPS and the 1.8 cap is ~ 7-12CPS. This is probably an example of extreme negligence as they didn't seem to understand that their client had an unfair advantage built in. I highly recommend that Lunar removes this feature as it gives an unfair advantage to all players who use it on 1.8 servers. If Lunar does not remove this feature, I recommend servers such as Hypixel begin to ban for it as it is a major unfair advantage.Shoutout to Airflect for composing the music used in this video! In reality this was just taken at one angle and at other slightly different angles the rounding might be even more wrong. I have some information that optifine can give up to 3.0023 blocks of reach which is actually much more significant.
