Final Fantasy VII Tifas Theme | GUITAR COVER Saarim Tashfeen 2024-02-27 | All aboard the hype train for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth! I personally got the deluxe edition and am looking forward to playing it over the weekend. Tifa's theme is an incredibly sad track in my opinion, but I like it a lot. It's got a lot of interesting chords/arrangements going on that I didn't re create 1 for 1. I think with the tones I chose it has a slightly more cheery vibe going on but I'm fine with that. Final Fantasy X-2 Memory of Lightwaves | GUITAR COVER Saarim Tashfeen 2023-11-26 | I know the logo in the thumbnail is FFX and no X2 but it just fit a lot better so that's why I went with it. I haven't beat FFX or even played X2 yet but the soundtrack is goated. There are some sync issues between the video and audio but it's not too bad. I am still debating if I should do any tracks off of Final Fantasy XVI, I have a few in mind if I decide to do it, it would be one of the more "chill" tracks, as it fits my style more. I tried to get locations from the show in the gameplay, for example the moon. The view from Lucy's apartment, Arasaka tower and that specific staircase we see David use a lot in the city center. TENET FREEPORT | Guitar Cover Saarim Tashfeen 2022-09-13 | Here is my guitar cover of the track Freeport from Christopher Nolan's Movie TENET. I re watched this recently and paid more attention to the music this time and I really like it. Going to try to do FOILS as well and maybe TRUCKS IN PLACE although that one I can already tell is going to be hard. The soundtrack was composed by Ludwig Göransson. I saw a video of him breaking down the track RAINY NIGHT IN TALLINN and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of guitar he used for the soundtrack. Now that I know in which ways he used his guitar for that track, I can pick up on when he uses it for the others tracks in the soundtrack which of course, as a guitar player is really cool thing to see. I enjoyed the movie the first time but I enjoyed it even more the second time. The soundtrack as well is also a bit different from the stuff I usually do which is nice.

Dying Light 2 The Mark | Guitar Cover Saarim Tashfeen 2022-06-04 | Back again with another Dying Light 2: Stay Human guitar cover. This time with "The Mark", this is the track that plays when you are escaping the hospital at the start of the game and some other parts. This track was also used heavily in the marketing for the game. I had a lot of trouble with the production of this one but I like the end result. I think my video render settings and YouTube compression lowered the quality of what I had but I guess these are the types of things I have to learn. You can have something sounding great in your DAW but you should make sure YouTube or your video editing software doesn't ruin any of that. I'm currently on NG+ for my Dying Light 2 playthrough and having a lot of fun. I'm thinking of doing some more Final Fantasy guitar covers and then a cover of another After The Burial song from their Evergreen album. Thanks for watching.

You have attention hungry, egotistical people everywhere. Musicians and guitarists are no exception. I see a lot of the defensiveness and hurt egos shown in the video almost everywhere on the internet regarding music or guitar. I think I may make more videos like this. You don't have to take everything so seriously. Music should be fun, you shouldn't feel the need to be so insanely defensive over a meme/joke.

It's crazy to think that one of the first videos on my channel was a Dying Light guitar cover. To celebrate, I have re done that cover all these years later. I have also made a tutorial for this track with tabs youtu.be/uGQ6kmis8lM I am extremely hyped for Dying Light 2, probably the most hyped I've been for a game since uncharted 4 A Thief's End back in 2016. The production on this one was weird. Honestly I'm not very proud of it, the original track relies a lot of these synthy airy sounding instruments and synths and it's just hard to do that with a guitar. I also could barely find any places where the bass guitar could actually fit. The low end here is wonky and not great because of that. Thanks for watching and reading the description!
Dying Light 2 Teaser | Guitar Cover Saarim Tashfeen 2022-01-14 | We are less than a month away from Dying Light 2. I am hyped! The soundtrack of the first game was great and from what I've heard from the second, that's sounding great as well (Good enough for a guitar cover). I decided to do the teaser track because none of the other tracks really grabbed me like this one did. It's simple, it sets the tone and it sounds like a natural evolution of the original Dying Light Soundtrack. Dying Light 2 has a new composer by the name of Olivier Deriviere. I was gonna do the track Run, Jump, Fight but I just wasn't feeling it like I was this one. The last episode of Dying2Know was today so there isn't much left to go. I also combined one the melodies from the original track and put it at the end here and I think it fits very well. Hope you enjoy the cover.
Final Fantasy X Besaid | Guitar Cover Saarim Tashfeen 2021-12-19 | I have been playing some Final Fantasy X and this track caught my ear. I wanted to do a guitar cover of it. The mix on this one was actually very hard but I think it turned out okay. I struggled a bit with guitar tones here because they were either too soft or too harsh. It's hard to emulate a synthy sound while keeping the tone mostly clean. I have been playing through Final Fantasy XIV as well and might cover some tracks from that game. Honestly any Final Fantasy game I play I end up wanting to cover at least one track. Anyways, enjoy Besaid From Final Fantasy 10.I had to film this in a different room because at the time of recording, it was dark outside and my room has very poor artificial light.
The Batman Teaser Trailer | Guitar Cover Saarim Tashfeen 2021-11-19 | I've been wanting to do a guitar cover of The Batman for a while, the production didn't turn out as I wanted to on this one but I am still proud of it. I decided to add in the piano halfway because the track just needed that extra little boost to give it some more energy. I am pretty hyped for this film when it releases next year, I think it's been a while that I've actually looked forward for a film like this. After The Burial Berzerker | Guitar Cover Saarim Tashfeen 2021-11-12 | Berzerker by After The Burial is probably one of the hardest songs I can play on guitar. This cover isn't perfect but its probably the closest I can get without putting in a couple more months of practice. I've been wanting to get this cover out for a while but kept pushing it back because I believed I could get better at playing this song but I finally got around to doing it. Final Fantasy VII Remake Midnight Rendezvous | Guitar Cover Saarim Tashfeen 2020-09-02 | So for some reason I could not actually find the Original Midnight Rendezvous track from Final Fantasy VII Remake anywhere. There are all always alternate versions or versions that people has re arranged or remixed so my cover is based off of one of those. Either way this is still an amazing track and I had a lot of fun playing and making it, but wow that main "riff" is tough to play. EDIT: Lol I just realized that the title said Final Fantasy XII and not VII. I Always mix up the V and X. I'll fix that.
