This is the perfect recipe for Chocolate Italian Meringue Buttercream! If you're not a fan of regular buttercream you'll really enjoy this. It's a more sophisticated frosting that's silky smooth, , not too sweet, very light and has a nice gloss to it when you pipe it. Perfect for crumb coats, fillings or piping over an entire cake! Make sure you try it, above all it's simply divine!
