The reason is that I started using a new child section route which moves the bazaar trip earlier, so the master sword split was a fake best.
Decent run but not without its hiccups. I took some things safer than usual to practice for an upcoming relay race and made a few silly mistakes, notably failing to 1-cycle Bongo Bongo, doing an extra sidehop up the mountain to magic and waking Biggoron, failing 2nd kak hess, failing castle owl skip, failing a bomb OI and playing pro skater on the statue in Spirit. Happy to get this though, it's my first time holding GSR again since my 1:12 (now 1:10) set in 2021.
This run also uses a new route which does spirit jump and uses more explosives throughout the early game. Optimally it saves upwards of 20s, but depends on execution & strat choice in both routes.

*Make sure to begin from the title screen cutscene, as the credits warp will play a portion of the credits which takes place in Hyrule Field.
*Also make sure to leave the permanent rupees in Kokiri Forest uncollected, specifically the one behind Mido's house since it's easy to grab in routes that do aqua escape.
00:12 Climb House of Twins with isg, hover onto upper area, sidehop past load transition and enter Deku Tree. (Deku Tree cutscene must be unwatched)
00:55 Leave Deku Tree and watch cutscene. Select the lower option to say "No" when given the choice.
1:30 Target the wall shown and cross the loading transition 4 times. Approach the Deku Tree and target its mouth to initiate the cutscene again. Select "Yes" this time.
1:54 Skip past Mido with a Bombchu HESS, then maneuver to the stepping stones. Hold target as you sidehop onto the small square stone to clear the invisible Rupee.
2:08 Get angle 0x6f2c (in hex). Setup shown may be inconsistent with the angle ess up gives you, might need an improved strategy.
2:11 Navigate to the circle of rocks in front of Mido's house while making sure to collect the 2 bush Rupees along the way, and making sure to keep the angle from before.
2:18 Drop bugs, drop a chu, then pull another chu and drop it toward a rock. Catch bugs then deathwarp back to Deku Tree.
2:46 Heap manipulation is over, the rest is just picking up some items and navigating to Gohma's boss room.
4:23 Wrong Warp (Deku to DC and Ganondoor both work afaik). There may be a good setup for Deku to DC with chu already, I just yolo'd it for demonstration purposes.

Pretty happy with this. Movement up the stairs in Kak could probably be improved but faster options will often talk to the carpenter, so I played it safe with a backwalk. Forward sidehop wess could also be done with an ess twist but I'm not sure it would save much with RTA execution as the sideroll also helps get into position.

Triple slash method has 1 more frame perfect input but you'll still break even with a buffer. You save a chu as well, which can probably be used for some extra timesave depending on your route. It was known before you could do a ledge clip like this using a backwalk off the throne, but that method is considered tas-only or at least very hard and not RTA friendly. This method uses grabbing the top of the doorframe instead to achieve the same result, which ends up being more lenient and thus very viable to pull off in real time. Solid run for the most part, only major timelosses being struggling to get over Mido in Lost Woods, failing enter Jabu once, some subpar Twinrova RNG, and a bit of a sloppy Forest Temple.
This run uses the as of now most up-to-date 1080 + Dodongdoor route, and is the first record to incorporate jungle jump to reach the bow early in Forest Temple, a trick that saves about a minute. I think a really nice run on this route would be a low 1:48 or maybe high 1:47.
