Atari 2600 Repair - No UP for Joystick #2 Will this be an easy fix?

In this repair, this Atari 2600 worked perfect, UNTIL I tested port #2 and found that the UP was not working. This might be an easy fix? I was thinking just a cold solder joint. Resolder it and done. BUT that wasn't the problem.
