I took a shot of bourbon out of a bone! Alexis Jordan 2026-08-19 | I took a bone marrow shot at Market Steer in Santa Fe! BEST SHOT I’VE EVER HAD!!! It was incredible! The worst part is the entire patio was watching, the best part was drinking RD1 bourbon from a delectable beef bone. This will be something I remember my whole life. I highly recommend! I am not a bourbon drinker. They gave me the list of bourbons to select and I went with RD1 because it had a maple finish and I thought that would pair well with the beef flavor. It was in fact lovely! Bourbon drinkers, what would you have selected?
