On a 60-minute Zoom call, I will help you to stop caring what people think of you.
I will help you to get your social skills to a level where you're enjoying yourself and not constantly second-guessing everything.
In high school I used to be a 'floater' - I'd walk around from group to group, never feeling like I fit in. I was always the quiet one, and I was afraid to talk to women, let alone understand them.
Now I talk to women with ease, dive into public speaking gigs with enthusiasm, vibe with my real friends, and choose to be the one who organizes get-togethers.

Hey, it's Brandon!
My approach is to 'cut to the mustard' and get to the Truth of parts of yourself you are hiding, but only as far as you are willing to go. I will never force you to do or say something you don't want to do.
My number one reason for helping you is to get you to place in yourself where you feel like you are free. You are at ease. Because you are being the authentic you!
When you were growing up, you received messages from your family and the world around you that it was not safe, acceptable, or desirable for you to be who you were, just as you were.
This has resulted in Nice Guys who...
-Co-create poor relationships with women -Try to hide their flaws and mistakes -Put other peopleβs needs and wants before their own
And a whole laundry list of other things:
-Seek approval of others -Sacrifice personal power and play the role of the victim -Disassociate themselves from other men and masculine energy -Create situations where you donβt have very much good sex -Fail to live up to their full potential
Now, if youβre a Nice Guy and you donβt have 10 minutes to watch and understand the lessons in this video, then youβll likely continue to feel unhappy.
You might not think youβre a Nice Guy. But you could be.
So keep watch this video to find out if you are one and learn what to do about it!
Yesβaccording to David Shannahoff-Khalsa, mind-body researcher and author of Sacred Therapies. He recounts in his book at the age of 26:
βAfter 90 days of perfect night-to-night practice for 15 minutes immediately before bed, I was sleeping from only 11 p.m. to 2 a.m.β
The yogic sleep technique is attributed to Ram Dass and Yogi Bhajan who were prominent spiritual leaders during the 60βs counterculture.
Bhajan claimed that this technique can increase the initial time spent in stage 4 non-rapid eye movement (NREM) sleep and alter the central nervous system (CNS) to support a more efficient, deeper, and restorative sleep.
Bhajan popularized Kundalini Yoga in the US, although he should be taken with a grain of salt based on recent controversy of his conduct revealed in a recently published book called Premka, authored by one of his top students.
Nonetheless, there may be some legitimacy to the technique based on anecdotal reports and the fact that thereβs superhuman feats going on in the east that most Westerners arenβt aware of.
Like the kaihogyo monks in Japan who run 84 kilometers for 100 consecutive days, then 30km per day for 100 more days, all with very little food and sleep.
Direct experience is the ultimate measure of truth, so if youβre up for the challenge, watch the video!

β β β SOCIAL ANXIETY COACHING β β β
Hey, it's Brandon!
1. Make you a master interpreter of the cues that people continually emit, giving you a much greater ability to judge their character.
2. Empower you to take on and outthink the toxic types who inevitably cross your path and who tend to cause long-term emotional damage.
3. Teach you the true levers for motivating and influencing people, making your path in life that much easier.
4. Make you realize how deeply the forces of human nature operate within you, giving you the power to alter your own negative patterns.
5. Transform you into a more empathetic individual, creating deeper and more satisfying bonds with the people around you.
6. Alter how you see your own potential, making you aware of a higher, ideal self within you that you will want to bring out.
Ignore the laws at your own peril. Refusing to come to terms with human nature simply means that you are dooming yourself to patterns beyond your control and to feelings of confusion and helplessness.

This isn't just for a clicky title - These lessons actually came from reading 300 books that I've read and tracked on GoodReads.
These are lessons that have personally resonated with me the most. This is an old video that I just got around to uploading so already some of the lessons are outdated in my life.
You may not resonate with all of them and that's okay. If you get at least one great lesson from this video, then it's a huge win for me, and for you!
I'll include a list of the 300 books here in the description within a few days once the site is up again.
P.S. Life has been a rollercoaster this year hence the inconsistent uploads

Hey, it's Brandon!

Andrew Newberg has been asking questions about reality, truth, and God since he was very young, and he has long been fascinated by the human mind and its complex workings.
While a medical student, he met Dr. Eugene dβAquili, who was studying religious experiences. Combining their interests with Andrewβs background in neuroscience and brain imaging, they were able to break new theoretical and empirical ground on the relationship between the brain and religion.
