Original Pixel Series (Test Animation 1.2) DoctorOctoroc 2015-08-06 | A second test using sprites I'm creating for an upcoming original pixel animation series about a boy and his dog. The story will follow their adventures to restore peace to their fallen world, with the help of some friends, of course!Notable changes are: - Dialogue boxes for the main character. These will likely be replaced with voice overs later on, I haven't yet decided whether I want to stay true to the video game style to that degree or add to the ease of 'watchability'. - Frame-by-frame animation of the dog running up and down the hill, where before they were repeating sprites moved along the art board. Four complete additions of the dog's running animations were created to account for the differences in how he runs both up and down hill, each with two sets for the angle at which he's running (shallow and steep).
