It's not precise.
Basically as long as you have ~120fps you should be able to do the usual hesitate-jump to get the initial seam, then modulate your speed by repeatedly pressing and releasing the walk button while moving the camera slightly to get the runup.
If anything, it can serve as an example of why no one should ever run this game (but if you still want to, check out speedrun.com/papo_and_yo ).

Skip the foot shake animation by starting a hover right before hitting the water (since the CS is triggered when Papo reaches his destination). Press the cog on the first platform while waiting for the 2nd to rotate back to you. If you're fast, the platform might rotate with you on it. Staying towards the cog side of the platform seems to avoid this.

It's timed RTA (Real Time Attack), otherwise I wouldn't be able to load saves, which is important for a couple of reasons I will explain below.

The very first thing that happens in the run is a version specific glitch that exploits the existence of a fifth character slot. You can swap
characters by holding ctrl and clicking, however, if all of your guys are on cooldown and you try to swap then you end up swapping in a strange new character. The interesting thing about him is that his stats, conditions, inventory etc all correspond to certain memory adresses that the game uses. This lets us manipulate memory: unfortunately it isn't really useful most of the time, except for shrinking the party hitbox.
When you swap a normal character into the fifth slot, it writes to memory, placing your party in the exact middle of New Sorpigal, stuck in place and with a point hitbox. In order to be able to move I have to die. I can either do this by waiting for the conveniently nearby goblins to kill me, or by swapping each of my characters into the fifth slot, which is much faster. Once I respawn I just put the nameless knight back into the fifth slot and then start a new game, because the hitbox effect persists into new games.
Having such a small hitbox is incredibly useful: it lets me clip under any door that opens vertically, underneath buildings in the overworld and through some completely solid walls/floors/ceilings. It also makes it very difficult for monsters to hit me with ranged attacks. This is the main reason that this run is almost 10 minutes faster than the segmented run on SDA.
Once my party has been generated, I spawn in New Sorpigal with a small hitbox and also a completely blue colour palette. Technically I could play through just fine with it, but that's dumb so I get rid of it by saving and restarting the entire game.
But wait - there's more. When you swap a character out of the fifth slot, they are given a number of skillpoints equal to the current game seconds value (between 0 and 60). By timing the swap back, I can give the druid a lot of skillpoints at the very beginning of the game. Unfortunately it kills him, but that's not too bad as there's a temple nearby.
There is one caveat: the 5th character slot glitch will crash your game if you have completed any quest, so it can only be used at the very start of the run.
One other 'glitch' is used in Blackshire to avoid damage from the chests. If you fly upwards immediately after triggering the trap, you can completely avoid taking any damage. Unfortunately the animation for electric traps is too fast, and you cannot avoid damage from those.
The spells sold by a guild are determined when you enter it for the first time. By saving before entering, I can simply reload the save if the guild isn't selling the spells I need and try again. I need Jump + Fly from the air guild, Haste from the fire guild, Town Portal + Lloyd's Beacon from the water guild and 3 Shrapmetals + Day of Protection from the dark guild.
Shrapmetal is ridiculous. 5 Fragments at expert level, each doing 6 physical damage PLUS 1-6 per point of skill. At 20 points in dark, each fragment does 26-126 damage. If all 5 fragments hit the target the damage potential is 130-630 before resistances. Multiply that by 3 for the 3 characters casting it and the 1300hp Demon Queen dies pretty fast.
It's pretty fun (aside from all the marines and vortigaunts), though by far the most frustrating point was the fan jump 50 seconds in. About 95% of my attempts would end there until I eventually found a consistent way to do it. It actually skips an elevator sequence and a lot of enemies.
Also sometimes when I shoot the box down in the watery basement area it doesn't break, which I think is due to a hagworm getting in the way.
When you do the antigrav just hold forward and R, then when link hits the door hold left.
If you drop down you held left too early. If you end up on the other side of the door you were too late.
You can only go through the door when you can see it.
If you don't want to get bomb ISG you can do the crouch stabs I used in my other video, or even just edge back until the door is rendered.
I decided to upload this even though it isn't a great run because it is still an achievement for me, and I most likely won't be doing more runs of the category in the near future.

I'm sure other frames will work but I only tested these three.
So I'm a dumbass and you should just distance megaflip over the first gap.
7 Sideflip hovers, 1 bomb hover, change angle, 6-8 bomb hovers for the second part.
Don't chu too early on the first sideflip hover, I like to wait until you can see Link's face. For the angle change, it's sort of down-left. Just try to get link to move like he does in the video.
The first part is pretty self-explanatory, just megaflip using the setup.
Once you're in the mouth, backwalk for a bit and then backflip (I use the line of the mouth hitting the B button as a visual cue). Then turn and target the wall and line up under this kinda faint dot on the wall. This part could definitely be improved.
You can actually still make it without lining up -- see my note below!
Once you have lined up, backflip and sideroll, holding right immediately after you start the roll. Pause buffer to the frame where the C down button is covering part of the red design on Link's shield, then buffer a JS (still holding right).
Now that you're inside the door, you need to get into position so that you can open it and go through. You could get ISG from a bomb to do this, or do what I do: target the side of the door and do crouch stabs. The crouch stab won't recoil you if it would make Link fall down. When it does recoil you, it moves you to the right without making you fall off. It guarantees that you will end up in the correct position to open the door.
I'd guess this saves at least 5 seconds vs bombing the eyes if done well lol
N.B. 1. So I realised that if you line up with that part of the texture, once you do the JS you can just turn and go through the door without having to crouchstab or get ISG.
2. For a more consistent megaflip, do 8 sidehops instead of 9, sideroll retarget, sidehop right, turn left, backflip shield drop. Also if you do this method, when you land you can just do like 4 backflips and it puts you in a good position.
This is a really finicky trick. You have to do the shield turn and quickly sidehop after the backflip or you end up getting a different sideroll for some reason.
Also you need to roll asap after shield dropping the bomb, and then let go of A.
If you get 8th red flash you won't be able to megaflip due to the ground being angled.
You can do one extra bomb hover and then just backflip twice (as long as you are close to the ledge) to get on the seam if you want.
All the admins who kicked/banned me without warning while I was trying to record this should eat a bowl of dicks.
HOW TO:
1. Taunt and pick up a building at the same time (tricky, but it's just a matter of timing).
2. Go into a spawn room, ensure that 'Respawn after Loadout Change' is active (in advanced multiplayer options)
3. Change one of the engineers weapons
4. Type 'Build 2 0' into the console anytime you want to build a sentry, I bound it to the O key for ease of use.
You can use 'Build 0 0' and 'Build 1 0' for dispensers and teleporters respectively.
