Pixel Playz - Geometry Dash Showcases: Ep. 15 - Button Masher by: Viprin, & more! (NCS Event FINALE) DAPixelhero YT 2025-02-12 | This level is Button Masher by (This is a long list lol) Viprin, Grax, Subwoofer, Nikce, AutoNick, AudieoVisual, Knots, Whirl, Serponge, connot, Zoroa, pocke, Floppy and Thomartin!, part of the Geometry Dash X NCS Event, and the finale! This level was so visually good. The idea of the final level in the event being a megacollab between all the creators of the past event levels (Including a few other ofc) was such an amazing idea, and there was no better way to end the event than with an MDK song! The theme of the level being an arcade featuring bits and pieces of not only Past Event levels, but also some very subtle references to Original GD levels was so good! The gameplay can admittedly be a bit confusing, however, once you play it enough you can definitely beat it! I would say this was my favorite level of the event, but I am still a big Cheat Codes enjoyer, so I think this one takes a VERY high 2nd place in all of the NCS Event levels! Everyone did such an excellent job and I think everyone who worked on this level should be very proud of it! Well done everyone!I give this a very solid 10/10! If I did decimals, I'd give it a 9.5. Cheat codes is still my number 1 and I think it always will, but this one comes in at a very VERY high 2nd, and it's my new 2nd favorite out of the whole event. What a great way to end the event! This event was so fun and I cannot wait for more in the future! Whether it be more Album collabs (Chompo or Monstercat Album Collab maybe?), or even maybe game collabs! Alright ya'll, before I say anything that gives me weeb allegations, I like this level for totally normal reasons, and not because of any of the visuals seen in it LOL. (However I am a bit biased to miku and cats.) ANYWAYS, On to the review. This level and the art shown in it is absolutely stunning. I know I say it all the time but I have no idea how people get art made in this game so crazily good! This level is a nice calm level gameplay wise, that puts more focus on it's effects and art. Not complaining btw! I love me a visually good level, and man, this level does not disappoint! In terms of both the song and the level, this might be my favorite out of the whole album next to cheat codes! I love the genre of music and I think this level completely fits the vibe of it.I'm sorry lol, but I just have to give this level a 10/10 for everything it does. I see no world in which I don't. I absolutely love the artstyle in this level. It's very bright, colorful, and just blows me away! The level really does stick to the theme of the song with the vast amount of ducks, and I always love when levels do that. This whole level feels like it could be the style of it's own game. Another thing about this level and its song, tbh, I wasn't really vibing with the song at first when I heard it early last night. HOWEVER, playing this level really changed my mind on that, and I think that does say something about the impact of this level.I give this a very solid 9/10! If I did decimals, I'd give it a 9.5. A newly released gauntlet specifically made for Christmas!Flight II by Rafer:Rafer always has a unique and wacky style and I dig it!! Fun and smooth gameplay all the way through! I'd give it a solid 7/10.DELUXE by Logiking:I don't always pay attention to what the song will be before playing a level, so hearing Polargeist was a shock to me. However, it weirdly does fit the Christmas theme! It's a simple little deco level with a nice smooth cartoony artstyle to it! Love the backgrounds and the gameplay! This level get's a solid 8/10 from me!Winter Works by Debihan:As far as I'm aware, this is the only 2.2 level in the entire gauntlet. 2.2 levels have this feeling I get in a lot of the levels. Definitely not a bad one tho! It's a nice relaxing, yet also challenging, level with some pretty nice coin placements and amazing art! I'm always blown away by some of the art that creators can make in this game. I could never!A nice STRONG solid 9/10 from me for this level! I highly enjoy it!Les Go 2 by Unzor:I have played Unzor levels in the past (before starting this series) And he definitely has a nice art style that I love! His levels always feel like they're from a completely different game, and his style really shows in this level!I am ashamed to say this one did take me a while to beat lol. Wanna say 20+ Minutes? No one to blame but me! While Challenging, it was also fun! Giving this one a 8/10!Trainwreck by Knots:Finally we get to Trainwreck. And WOW. This level's style is amazing! Like I said, I'm always massively impressed with some of the art the community makes into this game, and this levels cartoony style is just amazing! Truly feels amazing to play and also to just look at! Christmas Spirit is definitely infused into this level, and I think it was the perfect way to end the gauntlet. One thing I can appreciate about Zap is his ability to hold back on speed when it comes to intense parts of songs, but still manage to make it work well!
