OSFT Historic VLogs
Hey guys, a few months ago we dyed our silky rooster blue. This was a day or two after he was dyed but since then he has returned back to his original white colour. Just thought you guys would find it interesting see what life on the farm is like :)

Seeing all the skyscrapers was quite a treat for us as Tasmania doesn't have a single building over 73 metres, so ignore our over-the-top enthusiasm whenever we saw skyscrapers :P
We haven't been anywhere special recently but since some of you have really been interested in a VLog of some kind, here is a quick unedited (well, I did pause a lot while recording) video of our silky chicken named "Scruff" having a bubble bath.
Note, another silky chicken we own named "yum cha" usually runs and hops up on us when we call it's name. Unfortunately it just didn't happen at the end of the video though when we tried to film it... To add further embarrassment, I totally misquoted Murphy's law at the end :(
I usually edit out mistakes like that but VFR... Sure I could convert it but then the video quality would lower and there would be slight glitches where the frames don't match up. And if I don't convert it, it goes badly out of sync the moment you place it in Vegas. I dream of a day when phones can finally record in CFR!

We also saw some stuff on the way such as spiky bridge built by convicts back in 1843 and a beautiful beach with super white sand at Bicheno. Just er... excuse Jasmine's manners... she is very rude!

These birds will be kept for about 2 months in an enclosure before being let free into our yard once they feel it's home (so they don't fly away). Just skip to around 6:30 if you don't want to see the footage of us driving there and struggling to find the place while getting angry at each other.
July 2009 is the month we've been counting down to for a while as it's the month Jasmine is born. You'll see her towards the end of this episode but she won't make it home until episode 16, so get ready to see how my life changes with my new sister around :)

March 2009 has quite a few videos filmed outside the bedroom including 3 in the lounge room due to my grandparents coming over, one in the hospital due to an ultrasound and 1 even at my school as part of an assignment. Oh and we can't forget the macbook unboxing that evandarkfire has been going nuts about for the last few years ;)

Basically we visited Launceston so Jasmine and Diana could go cable hang gliding. We also walked around various areas in Burnie such as the beachfront with the Fish Frenzy restaurant, Bay Renaissance, the CBD, Burnie plaza, Burnie park and stayed in the Menai Hotel Motel (funny name, I know)
We also had a ride on the nut chairlift in Stanley and checked out the awesome views! I hope you guys enjoy this vlog :)
P.S. As it's school holidays there are no osft archive episodes until May, sorry! Hope you enjoy this instead while you wait!
Do note in regards to the underpants greeting that my mum isn't weird... she just wanted to know how my nana's undies were because she bought them for her and wanted to know if she should buy some more or not. Also, each year in the archive will have a different thumbnail colour, 2009 will be light blue rather than dark blue and 2010 will start turning a little green then yellow, orange, red and so on.

(Jasmine doesn't have any subs at the time of the posting of this video)
(Also, Jasmines subscribe button is missing from her channel so just click on a video and subscribe from the video if you are interested in her channel :))
So Jasmine now playing Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu is hugely nostalgic to me, although, I must admit, she got a little rude at times with the switch joycon :P
Jasmine has experience with Fire Red (2004) and some of the newer games at friends houses, (she hated Sun and Moon though) and even though this "lets go" gen is focused more on younger kids, she still prefers the way the older games worked, similar to the original pokemon players of today.
P.S Sorry the video and audio quality is awful! It was recorded with an iPhone 7 Plus since I didn't expect I was putting this up on YouTube or that the process would take 1 hour (this was edited down). As Sony Vegas Pro 13 (and other versions) hate iPhone formats, I had to split the video and double render, further reducing the already poor quality :(
Overall the Hobart show is a lot smaller than the Sydney Royal Easter show but it still has the same spirit, the rides, the animals and the great food! I must say though... It was still what I would consider, overpriced, but, with all this equipment and resources, it has to be profitable somehow!
She got 2 games:
Just Dance 2018
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
She would also like to get these games in future:
Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu
Super Smash Bros Ultimate
Super Mario Party
Splatoon 2
Super Mario Oddessy (maybe... still thinking about this)
We also accidentally took a wrong turn on the way up to Burnie and ended up in Launceston so we decided to visit the Japanese monkeys there too.
Overall there is quite a bit of variety in this video so I hope you guys like it :)
I've been told there is "wet snow" and "dry snow" (dry snow being the better snow) as wet snow is hard and more like ice. The snow we saw was sadly just wet snow and I wasn't going to upload this for that reason, but since so many people have been asking for more videos on this channel... here you go ;)
Just thought you guys might like to see the general pace of farm life as it occurs, although I usually feed them a bit better than this when I'm not holding a phone to record :P
This time however, we decided to try a wide range of colors! Come back tomorrow to see a video of him walking around the garden with his new colors :)
Sure, it's ALMOST 2 HOURS long which would take 60 hours to upload in Sydney but thanks to my new internet speed in Tasmania, the upload time is MUCH, MUCH LESS!
Comment down below on your favorite parts of this video for people who don't have time to watch the whole thing because this is ONE VERY LONG VIDEO that condenses 5 days into less than 2 hours.
BTW, I did some more collab videos with Bailey Vlogs so be sure to check them out:

We also found a dog that didn't appear to have an owner in site follow us around for ages and of course we opened presents and drove past the Big Banana in Coffs Harbour.
But a big warning, a LOT of this video is driving, infact, the first 40 or so minutes is driving. It's not all totally boring BUT if you aren't into driving, well, skip it. If you do see the driving part through, be sure to check out the fight Ben and Diana had when Diana took over the driving half way through ;)
Last of all, my auntie didn't want her daughter's face on YouTube so I placed a big smiley face over it and also cut out quite a bit of footage that had her in it. So yes, sorry, this is a heavily cut down version of the video that differs to the version in my archive.

The experience has actually been quite awesome and fun so I thought I'd talk a bit more about it to tell you guys what it's like. Do remember we will be doing more videos together so if you wanna see more, go sub to his channel :)
Today I met up with a cool new YouTuber known as "Bailey Vlogs". Both of us did the Ice Bucket Challenge so after watching me react, be sure to go to Bailey's channel to see me pour an ice bucket on him.
Make sure you SUBSCRIBE TO HIS CHANNEL AND DROP A LIKE THERE to see some more vids of me, him and his friends doing some crazy stuff :P

I wanted to teach people how to make an "Air Portal" effect (kinda just made that concept up) but it turned out that once I created one, the process was a little too complicated to teach due to different numbers, setting, locations, intensities and stuff being required as well as precise timing and making up stuff across multiple layers that requires a lot of fiddling to get right.
I then thought about making a template but as you can see, copying and pasting doesn't work as well, plus, it still requires a bunch of tweaking anyway to match up with your video, which defeats the purpose of a template in the first place.
So yea, just thought you guys would find this interesting ;)
Overall, not a very exciting video unless you are obsessed with dresses :P
