AutomusicA late Merry Christmas to my protestant and catholic viewers! (Sorry, orthodox Christians and people of other religions) I was working on a video for christmas, but since I don't want to rush it, I couldn't finish it in time. Until it is done, I'll give you this. Снежная Арена, or Snowy Arena in english is a track, I made for a game, a friend of me did. Sadly the game is cancelled and so this track is basically scrapped. I'm not too happy with the result, but I'll upload it anyways. I hope, you guys have a great holiday time!
The song has been composed by me and was made in LMMS.

Automatik 2018Journey to Silius - Title Theme - SEGA Master System FM remixAutomusic2022-05-31 | Here we go again! After watching some videos about NES music and outstanding examples, I really started to enjoy the soundtrack of Journey to Silius by Sunsoft. Thinking, that some of its tracks would sound great on other systems, lead me to experiment with Master System FM music again. This may not quite have the punch of the original, but I'm still rather satisfied with the result. For the people, asking about accuracy, it's probably not quite accurate, since I used soundfonts and my knowledge of the FM module's capabilities and limitations are still limited. Hopefully, you'll still enjoy this track! To continue the tradition of being honorable and not stealing other people's work, this was again arranged completely by ear within LMMS and all the graphics, besides the original boxart, a Master System boxart and the title screen (which were heavily edited) were also made by me with the help of Gimp and Blender. I even tried to make the title screen look more Master System-ish, by adding more colours to it.
I still don't claim any ownership to the original works, this is based on.

Automusic, 2022The Legend of Zelda - Title Theme - 16 bit SEGA Mega Drive / Genesis remixAutomusic2021-11-19 | After a long hiatus, I'm finally back with another video and it feels awesome! I guess, 16 bit Sega covers are probably what I enjoy doing the most. As you can guess, this is my interpretation of a Genesis / Mega Drive rendition of the title theme from The Legend of Zelda on the NES. This remix draws major inspiration from the Famicom Disk System (FDS) version, which is notable by the use of bells. It's also the first time I'm using Genny, a Genesis / Mega Drive based VST, which is much better than soundfonts. This should also improve my future videos a lot. The visuals were also a ton of work this time. I used elements of the original NESversion and the SNES Satelliview port "BS Zelda". The artistry with this was to adapt it to the Genesis' / Mega Drive's higher resolution and lower colour pallette and add details like dithering. Also pallete swaps for the transitions and animations. Similarly, I put a lot of effort into modelling a TV and a new game case model, to improve my video quality. I hope it shows. The tools I used were LMMS for music, Gimp for 2D artwork and Blender for modelling, rendering and video editing.
The Legend of Zelda and subsequent music belongs to Nintendo, who already got this claimed before it was even uploaded. Doesn't really change anything for me though. Still, my classical disclaimer: I claim no ownership over the work, this was based on. This is merely a cover / remix.

Automusic, 2021Bionicle MNOG - The Chroniclers Company - 16 bit SEGA Mega Drive / Genesis remixAutomusic2020-11-20 | Lately I invested a lot of time into Bionicle, so I saw it only fitting to make the next upload Bionicle themed. I present you a 16 bit Genesis / Mega Drive remix of "The Chronicler's Company" (Alternatively "The Way to Kini Nui", or "The Matoran Theme") from Templar's Mata Nui Online Game. I hope, you guys enjoy it and I'm curious if there's gonna be any Bionicle fans in the comment section. ;)
I am still using soundfonts, but I tried to stay within hardware limitation according to my knowledge and capabilities. For this remix specifically, again "The Ultimate Genesis Soundfont" by Cinos Modnar. The pixelart of Vakama and Takua on the Thumbnail and in the video was made by me. I used the actual display resolution of the Genesis / Mega Drive and used a screenshot of Sonic 3 as a colour reference. All the 3D assets, shown in this video (The TV, console, controller, box and cartrige) were all made by me from scratch in Blender with the textures using pictures of the originals as a basis.
I used the Sheepit rendering farm for the video renders, since I have a weak GPU.

Automusic, 2020Truxton Stage 1 & Intro - SEGA Master System FM remixAutomusic2020-04-27 | Hello, everyone, who watched th PSG version! Since this is the same premise, the description is mostly the same. After some NES and Mega Drive / Genesis experimentation, Here's another Master System remix. This time, an FM remix of the first stage (Far Away) from Truxton, plus the game's intro (Brave Man). I wanted to do something with this theme for a long time and finally got to transscribing it. Truxton (Tatsujin in Japanese) was an arcade game, that also came out for the PC Engine (TurboGrafx 16) and the SEGA Genesis / Mega Drive as a launch title. This remix is based on the 16 bit Genesis verison. Because it lacked percussion, I created a percussiontrack by myself. (Don't be too harsh with me. I suck at percussion). If the percussion bothers you, please comment. I could make one with the PCE version's. For the remix, I used LMMS and Drunken Jesus' Master System FM soundfonts. The track was transscribed by ear and no midi has been slapped or abused... I also made an Master System PSG version. That version shoulod've been uploaded a day before this one. I hope, you enjoy both versions!
I also wanted to make the video more visually pleasing and used Blender mroe extensively. As usual, I created a custom Master System Boxart (Based around R-Type and the european Truxotn boxart) and animated it in Blender. Adding to that, I remodelled (by eyeballing) the YM241 (The FM sound chip) and added it as an animation to make it look more interesting. I also did this with the TI SN76489, which can be seen in the other video. The gameplay in the background is from Patrick So (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V3fEA...) Check him out! He plays much better than me!

Automusic, 2020Toss a Coin to Your Witcher - Mellotron RemixAutomusic2020-04-25 | After some time in quarantine, I was finally able to upload something again. I hope, you guys are well. This remix was actually made, while the Netflix show "The Witcher" was still new, but it didn't feel solid enough. Actually, this started as a quick doodle to test Redtron, a Mellotron VST, but sounded too nice to throw away. Since many wip projects are far from ready, I searched through my old files and thought that it could be a decent upload. So here it is, a mellotron remix of "Toss a Coin to Your Witcher", from the Netflix series. Enjoy! I again used LMMS with the Redtron VST for this. Also, this was created 100% from memory, so chords and order might not be accurate.
I don't claim any rights on the original composition.

Automusic, 2020Sonic 4 - cat launched into space - Is it still the 29th of February?Automusic2020-03-01 | Well, this is random! I originally wanted to upolad something on the 29th, because of the accasion, but I missed my time zone. Also, the scheduled video took too much effort and will follow later. For today, I took a random scrapped thing from my PC, which is Space Oddity by David Bowie with the sonic 4 soundfont. It is a midi slap, but sounds really nice. Enjoy!Sonic 2 Beta - Hidden Palace Zone - Mellotron style remixAutomusic2020-02-10 | I've wanted to do something with this track for a long time and probably will somewhere in the near future. This is a remix of "Hidden Palace Zone" from a beta version of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 as if it was played with a Mellotron. A Mellotron is basically one of the first samplers and was invented in the 1960s. It worked with tape recordings of other instruments. This may make it sound like a SNES, since that basically does the same thing, but digital and with a lot of compression. For this, of course, I used a plugin. It's a VST, called "RedTron", which I used in LMMS. Even if it may sound like it, this is not a midi slap. I just downloaded the VGM File of the original Track end recreated all the voices by ear. I hope, you'll enjoy! As always, a download link will be added, if demanded.
I do not claim any ownership over the original works, this remix was based on. Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (c) SEGA, Sonic Team The music of Sonic 2 (c) Masato Nakamura
Automusic, 2020.Christmas Medley - 16 bit SEGA Mega Drive / Genesis styleAutomusic2019-12-24 | It's that time of the year again! Merry Christmas! This is actually a project, one year in the making. (Which means, I didn't ake it until last Christmas...) With this video you're enjoying a Christmas carol medley akin to how it could sound on SEGA'S 16-bit Mega Drive / Genesis console. While I didn't take a lot of care about hardware accuracy, I still didn't go over the top. So this shouldn't be too unrealistic.
Everything in this video was shot by me. The music was written completely by ear, which menas that no midi files, sheets or other such references were used. The tools I used were LMMS and the ultimate Genesis Soundfont by CinosModnar. The background pixelard was also done by me.
List of the Songs in this medley are:
-The First Noel -Adeste Fideles (O come all ye faithful) -White Christmas -Thank God it's Chistmas by Queen -Jingle Bell Rock
I do not claim ownership over the songs, this medley was based on.
If you read through all of this, wow! You deserve a christmas cookie! Merry Christmas and a happy new year!

Automusic, 2019Sonic 3D Blast - Unused Bonus Track - Remastered RemixAutomusic2019-10-12 | Unused soundtracks are really interesting. For that reason, I had to pause and listen, after I found a few unused tracks from Sonic 3D Blast (Flickies Island) for the Mega Drive / Genesis. While the boss theme was reused in Sonic 4, this unused track, probably meant for bonus stages sounded really interesting to me. After arranging it by ear, I continues to try to "remaster" it and came up with this remix. I added a bunch of instruments to make the main melody more interesting and also added a flute to make it sound more full. I hope, you enjoy the result.

Automusic 2019DUNE (1984) - Title Theme - NES 8 bit remixAutomusic2019-09-10 | Since a new adaptation of Frank Herbert's Dune is coming out soon, I thought of remixing the amazing title theme by Toto from David Lynch's version.
This has been made without any premade Midi file and was written by ear. I also tried to match the NES sound chip's limitations. Tools, I used were LMMS with its Nescaline plugin and Cinos Modnar's Ultimate 8 bit soundfont for thee drums. The thumbnail was made using GIMP.
I hope you enjoy and as always, a download link will be added, if demanded!
I do not claim any copyrights on the original works (Mainly the movie "Dune" from 1984 and its soundtrack), this was based on.
Automusic 2019The Proclaimers - Im gonna be (500 miles) - 16 bit Sonic style remixAutomusic2019-09-06 | After another long uploading break, I present you another video. It's a remix, I worked months on. You're hearing a remix of I'm gonna be (500 miles) by the Proclaimers in the style of Labyrinth Zone from Sonic the Hedgehog. After making the Beatles remix I thought about other possibilities and came to this one. No external midi is used. Everything was painstakenly written by ear.
I used Cinos Modnar's Ultimate Genesis soundfont for this. The Music has been made with LMMS. The Console and TV are real, but I had to edit them in post, because I had no plug.

Automusic 2019If Tetris was Serbian... (Užičko Kolo 8 bit remix)Automusic2018-11-30 | After a longer rest, I'm uploading again! This time, something truely slav! Since Tetris is Russian and uses Russian music, I thought about remixing the famous serbian "Užičko Kolo" in tetris style and change the artwork slightly (Instead of the Kremlin, you can see the Saint Sava Cathedral and the Serbian Palriament) I used LMMS, Gimp and Movie Maker to do this. I hope, you guys enjoy!

Automusic, 2018The Beatles - I saw her standing there - 16 bit Sonic style remixAutomusic2018-09-24 | After a summer hiatus, I'm back. This time, it's another high quality rip / remix thing. Basically a sega Genesis / Mega drive remix of the famous Beatles song, closely resembling Green Hill Zone from Sonic the Hedgehog. I hope, you enjoy!
I used Cinos Modnar's Ultimate Genesis soundfont for this. The Music has been made with LMMS. No midi was used. Everything written by ear. The Console and TV are real, but I had to edit them in post, because I had no plug.

Automusic, 2018Deserted Place - original (scrapped) composition by AutomusicAutomusic2018-06-30 | After some time, I present you another original composition. I originally did this for a game, where you are in a kind of desert town. I was told that it sounded way too much like "midi" and too unnatural, so it was scrapped. I had it laying around on my hard drive for some time and finally got to upload it. Everything from sound to the thumbnail is custom made by me. I hope you'll enjoy.
Automusic, 2018Starman by David Bowie - SMB1 Starman RemixAutomusic2018-06-27 | Literally Starman, remixed to sound like Starman! Since I am a longtime fan of the Siivagunner team and the remixes of Larryinc64, I needed to make my own remix. I thought that it was kinda funny, that the invincibility item in Super Mario Bros. for the NES was called "Starman", just like the David Bowie Song. That made me think "why not mix them?". Although, I kinda missed the mark with the soundfont, it should be possible on the NES chip. The remix has been made with LMMS and the ultimate 8 bit soundfont by cinos modnar. Sorry for the shoddy editing. I had to use Movie Maker this time.

Automusic, 20181960s Batman Theme - We are Number One RemixAutomusic2018-06-01 | After a few months of inactivity, I decided, to once again upload something. This time, another "meme mix".
You can hear the iconic 1960s Batman Theme, but with Lazy Town's "We are Number One style".
Besides that, it was made in LMMS with samples from the instrumental tracks of "We are number one".

Automatik, 2018TES III Morrowind Theme Call of Magic - SEGA Master System remix (PSG & FM)Automusic2018-02-07 | Here's an upload, I've been trying to do for nearly a year now. It started when I did the FM remix long agoand dabbled around in Blender. Finally, I got serious and got to finish this package. It seems like it's now a tradition, but this is two remixes in one video. (Master System PSG and FM)
This is the title theme of The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind, also known as "Call of Magic", which would be reused in a lot of the following Elder Scrolls themes. It was composed by composer Jeremy Soule.
The FM remix is based on a midi file from KHinsider, while I did the PSG version completely from scratch. Also, for the people constantly reminding me: I don't use GXSCC anymore.
This was made possible through LMMS, the Master System PSG and FM soundfonts by DrunkenJesus, Gimp, Blender and Camtasia Studio.
The Elder Scrolls 3 Morrowind and its soundtrack are owned by Bethesda / Zenimax and I don't claim ownership of any of them, since this is merely a cover.

Automusic, 2018The Rolling Stones - As Tears Go By CoverAutomusic2018-02-06 | Finally! Something, I wanted to do for a long time! A serious cover of a quality song. With this video I present you my cover of "As Tears go by" by the Rolling Stones! Vocals and guitars performed by me. The rest is all synthetic, but arranged by me aswell.
I really enjoy this song. That's, why I revisited it. This actually uses the same arrangement as my NES remix of it.
The lyrics are visible ont he video.
This video has been made possible through MuseScore, LMMS and Camtasia Studio.
I hope, you enjoy!

Automusic, 2018Bionicle Heroes - Title Theme - NES 8 bit remixAutomusic2018-01-29 | Another NES remix, eh? I tried to hold myself back with those kinds of remixes, but I decided that this one should be worth it.
This one is based on the game "Bionicle Heroes" and its title music. The game basically follows Bionicle's 2006 storyline.
This remix was made with LMMS and its Nescaline plugin aswell as a soundfont for drums. Not exterman midi has been used. Everything by ear. Also, there's quite a few voices missing, since I aimed for "NES accurate". I hope, you'll enjoy!
The original composer of this track is Ian Livingstone.
Bionicle Heroes belongst to Lego, TT games and edios.
Automusic, 2018Knight Rider NES game - Driving theme - remastered remixAutomusic2018-01-12 | Happy 2018 people!
Here's a "remaster" of the "driving theme" from the Knight Rider game on the 8 bit NES. It plays during normal gameplay and is rather catchy. This made me do this remix. With guitars and synths, I also kinda tried to get an 80s vibe.
Music has been done with LMMS (I did it by ear)
The video has been made with a combination of Gimp and Camtasia studio, while also using gameplay fromt he original game.
I do not claim ownership of Knight Rider, the original game and the Nintendo Entertainment System. All rights to their respective owners.

Automusic 2018Super Mario Bros. Overworld theme - SEGA Master System remix (PSG & FM)Automusic2017-08-17 | Another chiptune! Gosh, I can imagine people hating those!
Well. This time it's another 2-in-1 video. It's a SEGA Master System remix of the LEGENDARY overworld theme from Nintendo's Super Mario Bros. by Koji Kondo. If there's any inaccuracies, pls don't kill me!
For the remixes, I took two midi files from KHinsider, one from the NES verison, the other one from the Allstars version respectively.
I finalized the remixes with LMMS and the FM and PSG soundfonts by DrunkenJesus and the ultimate 8 bit soundfont by Cinos Modnar. Also, shoutout to Playgenerationtube, who made a Master System Makeover video about this game. His work inspited me to do this and I used some of it in the boxart and the background.
Video done with Blender, Gimp and Camtasia.

Automusic, 2017The Rolling Stones - As tears go by - NES 8 bit remixAutomusic2017-08-11 | Another return to NES remixes. But this time, a remix of a Song, not from a video game. This song is "As tears go by" from the British rock band "The Rolling Stones" Also, no midi file from another person was used. I recreated the song by ear.
The song has been finalised with LMMS and Audacity The thumbnail was made with GIPM.
Automusic, 2017Cozy Cavern / A hidden glossy stronghold - original composition by AutomusicAutomusic2017-08-09 | Here I'm again with another original composition. This one was actually made before Aqua Ruins.
The song is called "A hidden glossy stronghold" or simply "Cozy Cavern" and is another composition for Demondra from Buddy Gaming.
Imagine, you are in a beautiful cave with crystals and a clean body of water. Everything just means peace. But that doesn't hold on for long. Suddenly a group of opponents appears and you engage in a battle between shiny crystals and rough rocks.
I want to apologize for some of the visual glitches in the video. I just wasn't able to fix them.
Automusic, 2017Aqua Palace / A lost subnautic paradise - original composition by AutomusicAutomusic2017-08-08 | Hello dear listeners! This time I am back with a chilling, original composition.
Imagine you are in a submarine, discovering long lost sunken ruins. You see colorful fish and corals, dolphins and a lot of calming sealife. You spend hours just chilling with the beauty of the sea.
Demondra from Buddy Gaming tasked me to compose some stuff for a gaming project that he's working on. I came up withat an underwater themed song called "A lost subnautic paradise" for an area called "Aqua Palace"
For this song, I used LMMS. All instruments are artificial plus a few samples of water drops and whale singing.
Automusic, 2017We are Number Grand - Lazy Town / Bootleg mashupAutomusic2017-05-10 | One last High Quality rip for now, I suppose. This time, the two pinnacles of High Quality Ripping. Grand Dad (The Flintstones theme) and We are Number one from Lazy Town. Also a bit of a SiIvagunner tribute.
Actually this aswell was done a few months ago. Just now, I made it into a video. This mix has been made with the help of the officially released instrumental tracks, plus sampling stuff from that and recreating 7 Grand Dad / Flintsones with LMMS. Mastering with Audacity.
I hope, you guys like it!
Neither LazyTown nor the Flintstones belong to me. I made this solely for entertainment and jokes.

Automusic 2017Super Kalinka 64 - Bobomb Battelfield / Kalinka mashupAutomusic2017-05-09 | Since my absence, I need to do more stuff again. Well. Sadly neither qequests, nor high quality work. But rather "High Quality Rips". (SiIva fans will understand)
This is a weird mix between Super Mario 64's Bobomb Battlefield and the Russian folk song Kalinka.
I used the first "Bobomb Battlefield" midifile from. KHinsider.com as a base and used the Super Mario 64 soundfont by Pablo's Corner (It is awesome!) The software, I used, was LMMS. But also Camtasia for editing, Project64 for emulating and DXTory for capturing.
Have fun! And as always, download link, if requested.

I hope, the Russian stereotypes in this vide aren't too offensive.
Automusic 2017Sonic the Hedgehog 3D - Green Island Act 1 - MIDI recreation attemptAutomusic2017-05-09 | Long time no see, I guess. This is a rather old thing, brought up again. It is an attempt to make a midi file for the music that plays on the first act in the "Sonic the Hedgehog 3D" fangame. I tried that, because I wanted to have a musical sheet and for eventual remixing. For a first attempt, I'm rather satisfied. But there's a lot of stuff, that should be changed. But I really haven't touched it in months. I only upload this now, because the fangame has gotten more attentio lately. All the work has been done with MuseScore and by listening to the original.

Automusic 2016Dr Robotniks Mean Bean Machine - Exercise - NES remixAutomusic2016-09-07 | This is a request by arlobo1. Thank you very much! I really like this theme and will maybe revisit it later.
Unlike previous remix, I don't necessarily try to be hardware accurate here.
Also, instead of GXSCC, I used LMMS and the Ultimate NES sountfont.

Automusic, 20167 GRAND DAD - Title Screen - Master System PSG RemixAutomusic2016-08-29 | Grand Dad! What the shit? Flintstones? Those are the words of Joel, while discovering this bootleg mario hack of a flintstones game.
Since that became a meme and the title theme (originally the flintstones theme) was associated with it, I just needed to give it the Master System PSG treatment!

Automusic 2016SEGA Tetris theme - RemasteredAutomusic2016-08-26 | If you believed it or not, SEGA had a Tetris game! First in the arcades. A Mega Drive / Genesis version has been made, but it is unreleased.
Because I liked the music in this game (which is different than in most Tetris games), I tried to make it sound more "modern" and remaster it.
The remix was accomplished with LMMS.
The thumbnail tries to recreate the title screen. The gass planed was completely remade, but the thumbnail tries to stay true to the original.
Automusic, 2016Pokémon title theme - SEGA Master System remix (PSG & FM)Automusic2016-08-11 | Another Chiptune, but this time not the usual one.
Now you get a package of 2 in 1!
THe iconig theme from the Pokemon series has now been remixed to sound like on the SEGA Master System. Both like with the original PSG sound and the FM sound extetsion.
Thank you LMMS team and Drunken Jesus for making this remix possible.

Since I don't really like Knuxes rapper attitude from the modern days, I chose his theme from Sonic & Knuckles, whick coincidently also sounds very much like Motal Kombat.
Have fun and enjoy!

Automusic 2016Sonic the Hedgehog - Final Boss meets Rolling Stones - Paint it BlackAutomusic2016-07-18 | Since the two tunes, "Final Zone" from Sonic the Hedgehog and "Paint it Black" by the Rolling Stones are very similar, I immeadiately needed to merge them.

Automusic 2016The Legend of Zelda - Overworld - SEGA Master System FM RemixAutomusic2016-07-14 | To return to youtube again, I made a nother "chiptune". This time, it's the iconic overworld theme from the legend of Zelda by Nintendo for the NES, but in the style of the Japanese SEGA Master System's Fm chip. I think it fit REALLY well. What do you think?

Automusic 2016Super Tux Theme - SMW remixAutomusic2016-06-20 | Super Tux is an open source game, which I loved to play, when I was younger. It is very similar to Mario games, which brought me to the idea to make another SMW remix.
Well. Super Tux is open source. Definitely check it out!

Automusic 2016Klingon Warriors Anthem - Accoustic Guitar CoverAutomusic2016-06-17 | Now a cover with real instruments again.
This is a cover of the Klingon Warrior's anthem from Star Trek, sung in Klingonese.
I was inspired to do this by Malukah, because I liked, how she sang those mystical songs in fictional languages. Since I am a huge Star Trek fan, I did this one.
Sorry for any wrong pronounciation, Klingon fans. I tried to transcribe the audio example from Memory Aplha adn replicate it.
These are the lyrics:
Klingonese
Qoy qeylIs puqloD. Qoy puqbe'pu'. yoHbogh matlhbogh je SuvwI'
Hear! Sons of Kahless. Hear! Daughters too. The blood of battle washes clean
The Warrior brave and true.
We fight, we love, and then we kill. Our lives burn short and bright, Then we die with honor and join our fathers in the Black Fleet where we battle forever, battling on through the Eternal fight.
Literal translation
Hear! sons of Kahless. Hear! daughters. The battle blood perfectly cleans
the warrior who is brave and loyal.
We fight, we're passionate, and we kill perfectly. Our lives are not long, but they're very bright. We certainly die honorably, and we join our fathers in the Black Fleet. There we always really continue fighting. We won't stop. We continue fighting. We compete.

The tune was made with LMMS and the thumbnail was created with Gimp.

Download, if demanded.Space Harrier 2 - Stage Theme - NES remixAutomusic2016-05-20 | [Individual descriptions coming later] I tried to make those awesome music tracks sound a bit like they were on the NES. Well... I used GXSCC, but I exactly followed the rule of two pulse-square waves, one triangle wave and one white noise channel.

Automusic 2016House of the Rising Sun - GXSCCAutomusic2016-04-20 | This is a midi of House of the Rising sun, played with GXSSC. GXSSC allows midis to sound similar to 8 bit game consoles.
I particularly like it with this midi, because you can really feel the warmth in it.
I'm not the creator of the sources. I just put this together, because I really liked it. ;)
The Artwork was made 100% by me. It didn't really come out, how I planned, but I still like it.
