- Can you play on the Complete Edition? Yes. A recent update made it possible. However, you still need to replace the .exe file and the point GTAC to it in Game Settings. Read the Multiplayer section of this page: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2330937567&searchtext=updated and you will find the file you need.

- Do you spawn at Happiness Island? That's apart of a recent update, from there just use your phone to get in a lobby. Go to Multiplayer - Games - Custom Match to find all active lobbies. For EFLC, go to Player Match - LAN - Custom Match.

- The downgrader files provided are now different, but here's what you have to do: instead of dragging all the files into your directory and double clicking patch8.bat as i showed at 2:11, just open folder "1080" and drag and drop all of those files into your directory.

- You MUST write a name in the GTA Connected menu under Tools - Launcher Settings - and then name.

- Your GTA IV directory should NOT be in "Program Files (x86)" or "Program Files" as that can cause many issues. Just simply drag and drop the folder elsewhere.

- 1:04 not exactly true but after following these steps it will remove its reliance on Steam.

- It is no longer necessary to delete the JackIVFixes files with a new update to GTA Connected.

- If you downgraded recently, when selecting your .exe path in Tools - Game Settings, change it to "view all executables" at the right bottom and select PlayGTAIV.exe.

Rules:

Wanna get involved? For a serious entry, follow the rules exactly, however if you're a content creator or just want to have some fun (which is what this is all about) then don't stress. You can edit the video, you can break the rules, you can do whatever, it's no biggie :)

1. You must post the full, unedited gameplay, from leaving the hospital to wherever your run ends. The video cannot be any longer than 30 minutes.

2. To start the challenge, you must have a 6-star wanted level BEFORE you leave the hospital doors. To complete the challenge, you must drop the flower pot (anywhere) inside the abandoned casino of Westdyke.

3. You cannot use mods, cheats, or a trainer to provide any sort of advantage - the only use of these is to add a wanted level when at the hospital. And if you lose it during the challenge, stand still, then re-apply the 6 stars.

4. You cannot pick up or do anything in-game BEFORE the run starts to provide an advantage later. Like grabbing body armour, weapons, or strategically placing vehicles outside. Make sure you’re completely unarmed and without body armour before beginning the challenge. Once the run starts, however, you’re allowed to use anything in the world.

5. And finally, it is okay to play at any time in the storymode, meaning it doesn’t matter if the bridges have roadblocks or not. There’s a link below to a 100% save file if you want it.

6. The timer begins the very moment you leave the hospital and ends as soon as the flower pot makes contact with the Abandoned Casino (interior).

The mods today are called "timecycs", short for timecycle. In vanilla GTA IV, the colours on your screen are heavily dependent on both the weather and time of day, these timecyc mods alter the graphics by changing that colour correction, as you will see demonstrated in the video. Some do much more than just that.

Rules:

Wanna get involved? For a serious entry, follow the rules exactly, however if you're a content creator or just want to have some fun (which is what this is all about) then don't stress. You can edit the video, you can break the rules, you can do whatever, it's no biggie :)

1. You must post the full, unedited gameplay, from leaving the hospital to wherever your run ends. The video cannot be any longer than 30 minutes.

2. To start the challenge, you must have a 6-star wanted level BEFORE you leave the hospital doors. To complete the challenge, you must drop the flower pot (anywhere) inside the abandoned casino of Westdyke.

3. You cannot use mods, cheats, or a trainer to provide any sort of advantage - the only use of these is to add a wanted level when at the hospital. And if you lose it during the challenge, stand still, then re-apply the 6 stars.

4. You cannot pick up or do anything in-game BEFORE the run starts to provide an advantage later. Like grabbing body armour, weapons, or strategically placing vehicles outside. Make sure you’re completely unarmed and without body armour before beginning the challenge. Once the run starts, however, you’re allowed to use anything in the world.

5. And finally, it is okay to play at any time in the storymode, meaning it doesn’t matter if the bridges have roadblocks or not. There’s a link below to a 100% save file if you want it.

6. The timer begins the very moment you leave the hospital and ends as soon as the flower pot makes contact with the Abandoned Casino (interior).

Evidence

Internet Rob 2020-03-31 | In 2008, Alderney, Liberty City, the police arrive late to a major shootout at an abandoned casino. Jae-Hyun, a young paranormal investigator, sees potential at the sight and in 2011 documents his unnerving experience there.

Evidence is a found footage horror machinima recorded in GTA IV at the famous abandoned casino location. It's very inspired by the Grand Theft Auto myth hunting scene from the 2010s.
