Real Back Handspring (Flic Flac) and Macaco Progression - No Gym but Fear - How to Fix Crooked Move HitokageProduction 2022-11-28 | How to learn despite the fear of breaking one's neck not in 5 minutes, 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week but a few months and how to fix the crooked and sideways move.So here is the whole way to back handspring. This took me many months to learn and a lot of sweat :D. Although I could do a backflip, this gymnastic trick felt totally different and I had to go all the way from a roll, through something like Macaco to the final move which is still not perfect and needs more work. Fear and body protective reflexes are hard to overcome, but it is possible with a proper training.I have written an article with in-depth explanation of the process for those who are struggling with this move:hitokageproduction.com/article/34TL;DR: Start with Macaco until you're confident enough to jump without touching the ground with one hand. Then try with jumping and leaning back as if pushing the bottom behind you (like sitting on a toilet :D). The most important thing is to push up the hips at the beginning of the jump as much as possible. The crookedness can be fixed by repetition and focusing on the feet when jumping. The jump should end with the toes leaving the ground together. When leaning back, focus on staying straight until the very last moment before the jump. The twisting that causes the sideways move always happens right before the jump. The Wanderer visits places that once were full of people with the same dreams, places that were once the destinations of their journeys, places that were lost but are visited once again.This episode is mostly about the way itself. I wanted to use some cool places around the old ammunition factory from WWII and some abandoned buildings nearby because they have this strange atmosphere. I really like Tolkien's books and have read Hobbit, LOTR trilogy and Silmarillion. The universe he created with elves, dwarves, wizards, hobbits and humans is just beautiful. I thought of this scene spontaneously, and tried to reimagine it in a live action video. It maybe looks more like a Minato's version, with the teleportation before the smash looking like Hiraishin no Jutsu. Just another scene with the good old Rasengan! From the times when Naruto felt more ninja-like and serious? From times when hand seals still were a thing and raikiri or chidori actually felt like really dangerous, lethal, and top-class jutsu? I have chosen this famous original jutsu from the Copy Ninja Sharingan Kakashi and recreated in in a live action VFX video. I have tried to do almost exact copy of the scenes including the raikiri animation which I drew frame by frame according to the reference anime shots. Do you know why anime fans usually hate the real life movies? Because the authors always deviate too much from he original so here I went to the other extreme :D.
