Three of the parcels were delivered to SM on the 12th of December (signed for by the same person at the same time) & one on the 18th of December. I had two parcels from the 12th of December processed through SM on the 19/20th. I paid for them on the 22nd of Dec & received the bundling discount plus the discount voucher saving approximately $30 on the shipping. First parcel cost $41.56 (2kg chargeable weight) & $29.08 (1.9kg chargeable weight).However the 3rd parcel from the 12th did not get processed until the 8th January so I miss the Christmas promotion. The parcel from the 18th of December is still missing. I will wait a few more weeks before paying for the third parcel in the hope that the other package will turn up (so I can receive the bundling discount). UPDATE as at 21/01/15 - I followed up again with ShopMate regarding the missing parcel & have since heard back (19/01/15). Unfortunately they are unable to locate it & they requested further details (payment/invoice) to escalate the matter with the compensation team. I have forwarded on all the relevant details I have & will keep this section updated.PRICINGShopMate does not charge a sign up fee, ongoing membership fees or a service fee.
