This is BETTER For Production!Leckiestein2025-08-09 | The last few weeks at work I have been dismantling the print farm of 96 completely custom Anycubic printers to make room for the Bambu Lab fleet. Actually, not "make" room, but save LOTS of room with the BBL machines since we only need 1/3 the space to keep up with production! I've always wondered how the PID would handle the higher voltage for EU and the North America machines also list they are rated for 240VAC, so I set this P1S machines up with 208VAC and am blown away at how fast the bed gets to temp!Cleanest Bambu Lab Printing Setup Yet? Or Just Dangerous?Leckiestein2025-08-04 | After weeks of tinkering, here’s the first look at my new wall-mounted 3D printer setup built around Bambu Lab machines. It's space-saving, expandable, and super clean… but is it pushing the structural limits of the wall?
Wall-mounted printers, suspended AMS units, and no rack legs in sight.. would you build yours like this?
⚡ #3DPrinting #BambuLab #Leckiestein #WorkshopSetup #PrinterFarmI Fixed The Purge Problem For Bambu Lab P1S & X1C With Code! Chute Tapping ExplainedLeckiestein2025-07-19 | In this video, I demonstrate how Chute Tapping works to help with purges sticking inside the purge chute that can cause buildup leading to print failures. Up until now, foil tape has been the only inexpensive solution but its looks.. not so great and leaves residue behind when removed after being installed for a long time. Chute tapping, which is an option within SteinWipe Motion Control, can be enabled by adding the SteinSwitch Definition for it to the printer notes in the machine settings within Bambu Studio. The idea is to use the toolhead to move to the front of the purge chute of the X1C or P1S printers, and move into the chute on the Y axis causing the chute flap to tap the chute wall and it's this motion which is very effective at knocking the purge down if it is stuck.
This video goes over the best way Ive come up with to simply add custom wipe cycles to any layer of your choosing using the free MakerWorld release of SteinWipe and the provided .3MF files for the Bambu Lab X1C and P1 series printers. In addition to the manual insertion of wipe cycles, Ive also provided an automated way to get the job done that is far less tedious for print jobs that require a lot of wipes. Provided in the Dev pack on Patreon, currently there are 4 automated options to adding wipe cycles and some new options are in the works such as automating wipe cycles after bridging layers.

Here’s a simple trick to protect overloading your devices or wiring using Victron’s builtin Multiplus II relay logic features. In this short, I show how to enable ACOut-2 (which is disabled by default) and set up custom relay logic to power a 1800W-rated power bar (with built-in overload protection) but we can also make it automatically switch off to provide max power for charging my Tesla!
No external hardware, no coding—just smart config using Victron’s tools.

I ran a quick test for my solar trailer project featuring Longi 450 watt bifacial panels to see how much power I could generate in both orientations. This mod is one set to address the unnecessary long period of time between sending the file to the machine and scanning the bed. SteinWipe Motion control tells your X1C to scan the bed before doing anything else. This way it can tell you in the first minute of startup there is something wrong instead of notifying you 7 minutes into the startup. These is one of the of many mods in the X1 SteinWipe Dev Pack set to tweak the quality of life around using Bambu printers (if that was even possible as we all know they are really good out of the box!).
