Actually, not "make" room, but save LOTS of room with the BBL machines since we only need 1/3 the space to keep up with production! I've always wondered how the PID would handle the higher voltage for EU and the North America machines also list they are rated for 240VAC, so I set this P1S machines up with 208VAC and am blown away at how fast the bed gets to temp!

I Fixed The Purge Problem For Bambu Lab P1S & X1C With Code! Chute Tapping Explained Leckiestein 2025-07-19 | In this video, I demonstrate how Chute Tapping works to help with purges sticking inside the purge chute that can cause buildup leading to print failures. Up until now, foil tape has been the only inexpensive solution but its looks.. not so great and leaves residue behind when removed after being installed for a long time. Chute tapping, which is an option within SteinWipe Motion Control, can be enabled by adding the SteinSwitch Definition for it to the printer notes in the machine settings within Bambu Studio. The idea is to use the toolhead to move to the front of the purge chute of the X1C or P1S printers, and move into the chute on the Y axis causing the chute flap to tap the chute wall and it's this motion which is very effective at knocking the purge down if it is stuck. Leckiestein 2025-03-24 | Have you ever sent a print to the X1C printer then left the room only to find when you returned that the printer was either not reading the bed plate sticker, or was not installed incorrectly, or youve forgot the bed plate all together!? This mod is one set to address the unnecessary long period of time between sending the file to the machine and scanning the bed. RIP X1C Leckiestein 2025-02-21 | To get a Bambu code performance baseline, tonight I test a fully stock gcode using system presets and setup some brand new material that was fully dried to get a good baseline for what SteinWipe Gcode needs to surpass. After 2 months of programming SteinWipe Motion Control and hundreds of people are now using the project - I my self have not printed anything other than primitives to test the system. How bout that? So last night I printed a 4 color Marlin model and the result was a perfect model with 52% less purge over the stock Bambu presets!
