I really liked this song and like every good song it got turned into a meme thing so i wanted to take some time over my thanksgiving break and work on this!!
I'm really happy I get to sprinkle in this little personal non warriors related project, i hope you guys enjoy!

Story:
This is based on my DnD character's backstory! Aspro is from a very barbaric dragonborn tribe in a snowy desert. He eventually gets kicked out because he's a monk and didnt want to partake in all the violent stuff.
His brother joins him on the night he's leaving and gives him a beautiful shell as a present. They are both very sad but his brother tries to lighten the mood
Many years later Aspro is all grown up and is a full blown monk, and is visited by his brother, but this time in a dark green cloak and almost threatening him to return to the tribe.

"Our leader is dead," He says slowly. "You should come back. Join us..."

When I watched the map call I fell in love with this part's storyboard! Holly looked so silly and embarrassed and I really wanted to mess around with that and see how much emotion I could imply with body language! the background and lighting for this were also super fun!!

I've been listening to a ton of music lately and this song kept coming up and I took it as a great opportunity to draw something for my friend and for artfight!!! What's artfight?:

What's going on?:
Shiveringsun is an oc made by my friend! He is the brother to Scorchsnout (My angry cat that I've posted here before) and they have a lot of issues together!!!! However, this video is more about Shiv's personal issues like his upbringing and bad habits
Throughout his childhood, Shiveringsun was "walked over" by his father, mentor, and later, his siblings. Now that he has made his way up the ranks of his faction, He can proudly manipulate and rule over the society that he used to feel trapped in.
Shiveringsun isn't quite so innocent, however! Even while being taken advantage of he found himself with blood on his paws. Now, he can't quite be comfortable in his new position. The scars of the cats who once hurt him still sting.

Stray_Kat 2024-06-24 | WOOHOO another part down! This one has been in the works since December and I am so happy to have finished it!
I saw one of the open parts for this map was a scrolling part (and included Mothwing) and was immediately intrigued! I've never done one of them before but a Sunbird map is the perfect chance to try!!
This is one of my biggest parts by file size just by the sheer amount of strokes and detail I tried to fit in here... Nothing but the best for my favorite manipulated daughter and atheist medicine cat!

HERE IS THE BEAST!! I originally took on 46 by itself but once 47 needed to be completed I agreed to take it on as well, which allowed me to experiment with transitions and editing in Procreate Dreams!! Fun stuff

This is my oc, Scorchingsnout!!!! He is a recurring character in the group I roleplay with and I love himmmmm

We were given creative freedom with these in-between parts and since it's noted in Swift's reference sheet that he "does his hair like longtail" I thought it would be cute for Swift to go to the river and gel his hair!!!! Bright wants to join him but she can't help but flop over face-first into the water so Swift has to pull her up to stop her from drowning. She comes out with 2009 Ashfur emo hair

Hiiii guuuuuys you may have already seen other sol speedpaint videos going up and that's because we had a little drawing event thingy where we drew Sol!! I chose enraged Sol because I wanted to mess around with extreme expressions and I think it turned out well!
I am currently sick with Covid so this was a fun distraction from all my stuffy-ness lol

!!!! This frame has since been dropped (by me) just to avoid association with the recent controversy. I’m keeping the speed paint up because I’m very happy with the final product and still enjoyed the process! !!!!

We chose one frame from a sketch video by Cheeteh Z and made a fully realized drawing. By the end, all of our drawings will be put together to show the journey of Sol!

Artifight is a month-long art trading event where people draw things for each other! When you draw art for someone it's called "attacking" them, so that's why I say it so much!

I finished the owl house about 2 months ago and it has still been at the back of my mind. Luz is one of the only main characters I've been able to relate to and the whole show is a masterpiece of relationships and support!!!! When I finished TOH and listened to this audio I thought it fit this group so well but I also just wanted to draw the gang back together because I love them so so much!!!!!!

Jayfeather follows the firefly, leading him to Rock, floating in space, eyes closed. Then, a side shot, Rock is slightly above Jayfeather, who is in distress. Another shot of Jay, looking back to the frozen bodies and back in stress. Rock opens his eyes, Jay almost pleading for help. Rock lifts his paw to “point” at Jayfeather. I really enjoyed working on this just because it felt like I was actually transported into a blue cave when drawing this part! I also like the little cave drawings that I showed at the end!
