Pinwheel Skip + Plunge attack on Pinwheel

Time retimed to 11 even though livesplit says 13.
Its not perfect, as the diagonal jump may or may not trigger pursuer at a different frame than the straight jump and it is very hard to say in which frame the character runs off the branch, as the running animation continues in the air, but I think it is safe to say that the timings of leaving the upper area leading to the deload/stop of the pursuer are within a few frames of each other.
Edit: as peepos pointed out, the deload may (is?) be triggered by the landing in the lower area, not by leaving the upper area. This would work out in this comparison IF the collision before the autoroll the character on the lower right gets does not count as "landing", but only standing after the autoroll.
My previous 1:23:53 PB was not recorded, but its half bad as I knew I could improve it rather quickly

This strat is fairly consistent and fast, and even if you mess up the timing on the release or the taps, you won't lose substantial time compared to any other quelaag skip strat.
But basically I just wanted to make a dumb thumbnail and replace the tutorial from 2018 where I didn't mention you have to trigger quelaag first.
For speedruns completely useless as it doesn't advance the covenant rank, it's slower than warping to gulch and walking there and you can't skip forbidden key either since you need to talk to all three Gandalfs to enter the dungeons, but I suppose its nice.
Could not find a way to parrywalk to the second dungeon.

It is fairly obvious to the eyes of a souls scholar, that cat icon == surviving the fall, yet I have the cat icon until one frame AFTER I died.
UNFORGIVABLE. I can not FATHOM how FromSoft and first and foremost our lord and saviour Miyazaki could DARE to bring an unfinished product such as this on the market and why I even paid for it. Shaking my hecking head clockwise up-side down.
Anyways, Wowega, have a happy life and cherish what you have, because its likely better than DS3 ever will be now that I uncovered the dark secret of what I call the "Bullshit Cat".

Borked start was somewhat fixed (can still be better), wallbang was also way better, the cut might have been even worse though. Could probably improve it by another .2-5 with a better cut (cut speed varies greatly between cuts).
This is my first time getting the cut and thus of course its a terrible run. Some explanations:
The swerve at the start was supposed to get me more speed by using the downhill. It ended up being the same speed but looking dumber because I got a ton of air time and slowdowns.
Up until the wallbang it was decent driving, but nothing that belongs in a top10 list anywhere. Especially the turn before the second wallride can be done like .05 faster, second wallride can also be done faster.
I do the wallbang because I don't know how to properly get around the corner (is it a neo slide? Idk. But I am definitely too bad to do it with breaking/sliding). It is a decent workaround and from comparing my previous PB to the world record I didn't lose all that much on it (0.1 max). However, in this run I got a bad wallbang, putting me on +0.4 compared to my previous PB.
The cut itself was pretty meh aswell. If you look closely I did not get it the intended way of hitting the horizontal pipe sideways from below and hitting the finish line, but first hit the vertical pipe, which pushed me on the horizontal, which pushed me very slowly into the finish. I even touched the top of the finish, slowing it down further.
As a result the cut that is supposed to save 1.2s gave me a PB of 0.4s, making this run quite possibly the slowest B08 cut run in the history of Trackmania2 Stadium.
Overall I am pretty satisfied with this, gonna push for Top1 Germany next, hopefully with driving skillz that are decent. Wallbang will stay though.

I am aware that the drop on the left (the first) suffers a bit from suboptimal stamina management due to the starting spot. I still think that the conclusion that the drop at the front is faster still stands.
