DYNO TESTING THE BEST HYBRID TURBO FOR A STOCK MOTOR RS3! She decided on the IMS750HS turbo paired with Unitronic's UniFLEX software. This enables her to freely switch between pump gas and ethanol blends. Her ECU automatically adapts and provide her more power and torque depending on the blend of ethanol in the tank. In this video we started out with straight Shell V-Power Nitro+ 91 octane fuel. We then added additional E100 to the tank until we made it all the way up to E82. We stopped along the way to test out an E40 and E64 blend as well. We were all BLOWN AWAY by the power this turbo made on Unitronic's UniFLEX software. Vancity Audi 2023-10-13 | So many Audi RS3 owners build their cars to make a bunch of power, and then they don't equip them with a proper set of tires to put down all that power. Daniel and I figured we'd find out how much quicker & faster we could get his RS3 to go with a brand new set of tires. His current Bridgestone RE-71R's were old, worn and heat cycled. He picked up a set of Nitto NT05's to replace them seeing as they are such a similar tire. Audi RS3 Fuel Pump Level Sensor Fix Vancity Audi 2023-04-03 | Just when we thought we had the RS3 back to fine running condition, my fuel gauge disappeared off my dash! One day my car had trouble starting, the fuel gauge didn't show up, I had a CEL and a few warnings popped up on my dash. When I reported this all to Unitronic they said they had something very similar happen to their shop car. Once they replaced their fuel tank the problem never came back so we were planning on doing the very same thing. Once we started digging though, we found a MUCH simpler solution to the problem.Once that issue was repaired, we shrunk the gap on the spark plugs, cleaned them all up, loaded a new revision to the Unitronic TTE855 E85 tune and took the car for another 3rd gear log. MY RS3 FINALLY HAS A TTE855 UNITRONIC E85 TUNE!!! Vancity Audi 2023-03-20 | 15 months ago we installed one of the very first TTE855's to roll off TheTurboEngineer's assembly line. Two actuators later, we are back using the OEM actuator and now it's time to party! Unitronic went back to basics and provided me an E85 tune utilizing the OEM actuator and the TTE777 E85 map, but with some fueling changes made for the Injector Dynamic 1300 injectors that we've installed. Once we installed the OEM actuator & I tuned the car, I headed out for my very first WOT run in a VERY long time and HOLY SH$T did it ever not disappoint! The speeds that I am now able to achieve in this car are freakin' awesome! Especially considering that I am still using a pump gas tune. My apologies to those that really wanted to see a clean run, but with the conditions I was experiencing and with the size of my tires, it was extremely difficult to put down all that torque off launch.
