Onion
Carrot
Potato
Daikon
Ginger
(Garlic and Sesame)
Dashi 400ml

I have been really busy since the end of last year so it took sometime to re-start livestream....
But I waited this moment so much for sharing my brand new Vitamix!!!!!!
I got it before last Christmas time and didn't have time to even open it!!!! So I decided to share my excitement of this time as I appreciate all of your support and superchat for this Vitamix!!!
I'm so glad that I could share with you and it was worth waited for this moment!
I have now so many recipes I want to try which I have been thinking all these times.
Yuzu miso is one of them! and I'm happy that I could finally made it in my livestream.
If you like Konnyaku (jelly made from devil's-tongue starch) you would enjoy with this miso!
Miso 160g
Sugar 160g
Mirin 1tbs
Yuzu juice and zest 2pc
Then I’ll make a recipe with taro roots using the Dashi✨
I hope you will enjoy it too!
Shirasu I used for the Furikake meant below as I searched and found out exactly same as Nightridergal said!
Shirasuboshi: boiled and dried young anchovies.
Dashi for the base,
Sake 1 : Mirin 1 : Soysauce 1
When you use the Dashi base, use kelp and bonito Dashi to make it nice deep taste.
The best ratio will be
Sake 1 : Mirin 1 : Soysauce 1 : Dashi soup 14
Enjoy cooking 🥳
It really makes me sad when the live goes down…
I felt like I’m wasting everyone’s time…
But I was so relieved finally I could show you the results of what I was trying to cook!
I think the 🌿 🧀 🍅 ones are so new to me and made me so happy!
I hope it will make YOU happy too❤️
I really appreciate you all for coming back to the live🥳
The chicken I used, I Iooked up the dictionary and found out It can be called “chicken tender” or “chicken tenderloin“. And usually they sell It with chicken breast, not separated In the other countries so it’s also called “chicken breast fillets”.
That’s why I don’t remember how it’s exactly called…
Now I hope you know which part of chicken I used…
It’s really light and can be very stiff so please do not fry too long!
Here is the description.

I always wanted to try making “marron cream “ . If I said let’s make Mont Blanc cake! It would be so much for me, so I just decided to make chestnut cream!
It was much easier than I thought it would be and turned out so delicious 🤩
And using packaged snacky chestnut even make it easier!

I was going to introduce the ice cream shop in Jiyugaoka as I watched it on TV show about 10days ago, but I assume that the owner of the shop didn’t seem to like live streamers... so I decided to just get the ice and enjoyed it on a bench placed a little far from the shop.
Anyhow the ice cream flavoured plum was really enjoyable! and I was glad that I could take you around Jiyugaoka town. I'm sorry that I didn’t have my gimbal with me as I didn't have an exact plan for this livestream... but for the next time if I ever do the out side livestream, I will be totally ready for this!
Thank you for your Super Chat! I'd like to say thank all who supported my channel as I couldn't make my appreciation during the livestream by the reflections...

And the second one is aglio e olio Edamame which will be addictive snacks for 🍺✨
It’s corn soup that I was calling but people kindly told me if I call it corn chowder would be easier to guess!
So I would call it “corn chowder soup 🌽 “!
I hope you will enjoy this 😉
I would like to use Harusame the glass noodles instead of usual chinese noodles as I'm trying not to take much gluten now.
