FOOL PROOF way to build a hearty balanced meal (for my skin and bodyโจ) Beauty Within 2024-10-03 | Learning to eat for my skin has been a jouurneyyy ๐ฅฐ I've learned to explore different options that I actually like to eat for protein, carbs, fiber, probiotic, and fats. I realized it's like SPF, find thing you actually enjoyyyy and give us the daily nutrients we need. These meals kept me fuller for longer, helped to balance my blood sugar (which is sooo important for pcos girlies/hormonal issues), and one of the best things I tried was also drinking a glass of ACV 10-30 mins before any carb heavy meal. Key to being ALONE but not LONELY ๐ซถ๐ผ Beauty Within 2024-08-11 | To experience true happiness in life, it is important to take the time to better understand yourself and what brings you joy. For some, being alone can be quite daunting but if you channel the energy you share with others inward, thereโs no telling how much youโll learn! Younger me was a extrovert all the way, but as I learnโt to embrace and transform alone time into a rewarding, enriching experience instead of associating it to feeling alone it facilitated personal growth and self-discovery ๐ So, here are my 3 tips to embrace solitude ๐~ Spend time doing something you love! Like taking yourself to your fave coffee spot or developing a hobby (activities you LOVE can enrich your life) providing you joy, boost self esteem and a sense of accomplishment.~ Decorating your space, making it cozy and comfy! add things that bring you joy, spark interest and is oh so cute. A space that feels like a sanctuary can make a โalone timeโ something to look forward to, if you chose to spend it at home!~ Letโs get physical!! (but not in that way ๐) Physical movement releases endorphins which boosts mood and decreases stress, if youโre not a working out girly just find something you love, could be taking a walk through your fave neighbour hood or maybe go for a swim, try a dance class or pilates.

Apple cider vinegar has been long claimed to help with ALL things health and beauty, from bloating to indigestion, inflammatory skin conditions (acne, eczema, psoriasis), energy levels/brain fog, PCOS (acne, weight gain, hair loss) & PMS symptoms. Basically, everything we girls face on a daily basis, right? ๐ Recently, I've been binging on Jessie Inchauspรฉ Glucose Goddess's videos and book, learning all about her golden health hacks, and one ingredient that seems to be able to fix them all is apple cider vinegar. So I tested this out over 7 days to get a feel for what it can do in one week.
