A few weeks back I looked at a paper by Buckner et. al (link at the end of this video) bringing up the issue, as I have for years, that the apparently magic results of a certain lab may be skewed by the issue of cell swelling. Other labs do it too because they all assume that cell swelling is gone after 48 hours or so. Which is being based on ONE study of subjects doing THREE sets of bench press.Because there's no guarantee that cell swelling is gone 48 hours after, say....15 f'ing sets of lower body as in Brad's volume study.
