OH BOY Was this fun to do. We happened to get the record on my best pull of the night too! All around great, fun little project. Had [LN] @abraxusgw2 and [ENVY] @Elleandria along for the ride! Was a good time. Also big thanks to Willow and Newby for opening and doing the JP in a ton of instances and Bug for funding the food and reading material, couldn't have done it without ya'll

This was a project me and a couple of [inT] members worked on for an event being run by the EU Dungeon group [rC] Reclaim in their Dungeons n Chill discord. I'll have that linked below.
With that in mind, there were a couple of "bounties" that we went out of our way to achieve. Kill Korga and One-Burn Shogg. I'll have Flints PoV linked below for the Korga kill but it was myself and Haskhas job to get us to Shogg.
We went through a couple of class iterations and overall strats for the Korga killing person. Initially we had me on Thief trying to bug Korga, taking a route through orbs to oob up on the walls near him. After having kill time issues, mainly due to vuln uptime, we moved over to a guardian. We then moved to a different oob that Flint cooked up that had us on the floor next to Korga, still able to bug him out. After I kept failing, we moved Flint to that position and myself to the running team w/ Haskha.
We also went through a couple of class iterations for the running team. First a Mesmer/Thief duo and then a Mesmer/Guardian duo before settling on the Mesmer/Elementalist duo. This duo allowed us ports to make up for the ele's lack of sustained movement and for a second portal to take myself and Flint up to the Shogg gate. This, paired with the newly powercrept qCata, due to the Bloodstone Relic, allowed us a very comfy Ooze and a very powerful quick and burn provider for Shogg.
There are a lot of improvements to be made here, some we know of and practiced. Our Ooze was overall slow and misplaced, our Korga was slow, we didnt kill Varra to skip the end dialogue and I made poor pathing decisions throughout the run. Our projected time would be about 4:05-4:10~, but the deadline hit before we could iterate on this run.
I had a blast grinding for this event. The theory and overall small, but meaningful improvements to our strats over the course of a week felt very new and refreshing. I'm looking forward to doing more dungeon stuff in the future and I thank the [rC] guys for hosting this event!
I'm back! Kind of. We'll see. Title isn't technically clickbait either. Kadenar did actually pay me 100 MC to play scourge for this kill as I absolutely despise playing that class.
Speaking of, you'll notice I'm not playing the normal alac scourge as is obvious by the focus and plague signet. This is purely my own personal preference, but Mr Sarulias cooked up this build a little while ago. I find it more fun to play as it feels more active. That paired with having played Harb first and transferring using Plague as my default makes this feel more natural.
This can absolutely be pushed further as this was one of my first pulls of the night and also one of my sloppiest. I also had the wrong food on for this kill. Of course we get a good time on one of my worst pulls, just my luck. I won't be there to push it though as I was just along for the ride here, filling for my friends. If you want a writeup on the strategy and reasons behind the classes, Kadenar has one in his PoV's description linked below.
I'm a little late to the ToF LCM party but I'm here nonetheless. Ton of fun, very, very good fight. I hope anet puts more of this kind of content out in the future. Maybe even converts some fights to LCMs hmm?
We decided to go with a mix of a bunch of different strats, opting to still immob and also keep envy empowered. Emi ended up doing all 3 of the portals required, taking Mimic, Blink and Portal to make it happen and csing a couple of those. With no druid for the bulk of the immobs, we had three virts take Sword of Decimation and have them do the bulk of the immobs with the scourge helping a little by using epi to spread the immob even more.
Nothing really to write home about for me and my rotation though. I'm using a little bit of an older one, opting to not use the double swap sigil rotations or the Mace/Axe Mallyx rotation as I felt it lined up way, way worse with the fight. The rotation I used is linked below. Made a couple of mistakes in the fight, but not too bad. One of the better pulls. I did, however, swap to the mallyx Mace/Axe rotation sub 10% as, with our cadence, it lined up a ton better than anything else I could have done. Panicked near 4% and didnt keep up with the rotation, but hey it could be worse.
Happened to be the worst pull of the night for me we pulled this time. Lots of mistakes, also dropped alac at the worst point I could in the rotation causing me to take damage from the second puddle drop. Not super happy with my performance here but hey, we got a good time.
Not a whole lot to this one though. We had an Alac Scourge running 100% bd giving solo alac, lots of virts with moa to insta pop the cc bar to phase quicker and a sand swell to get to splits faster so virts can cleave splits adds.

Fun little Bonus Bears we grinded. Most of the classes are just whatever people were comfortable on that brought good cleave, the Untamed included. However we did have a fun little solution for boons while providing the most amount of damage we could.
We had Alac Chronos take Time Warp and use it during CS and had Harbs bring the Twisted Medicine trait to provide the initial quick and might allowing us to basically only run two boon dps in the Alac Chronos.
Little disappointed with my performance here. Lots of optimization I could do to push this spec just a little further into those high numbers near the end. We might iterate on this though so not too worried about it.
You are first and foremost a boon dps. If you have relevant CC to cover, make sure you bring staff over Greatsword and follow the Swords bench. Any amount of time that the breakbar is up is a DPS loss!
This bench is lower than the top Greatsword, Sword/Sword bench out there (linked below) due to the fact we are actively toggling and consuming Facet of Nature for that good good boon uptime increase, something we should be doing in an actual fight. The fact that bench does not consume Facet of Nature bothers the absolute hell out of me. My previous bench sitting at well under what I knew it could do also bothered me to hell and back, so I grinded to get a better number. There is one small, but notable difference with this rotation than the other. The double GS5 loop uses Chaotic Release (Glint Elite) before consuming Facet of Nature. A minor optimization, sure, but it leads to Chaotic Release dealing damage under Burst of Strength and the time that Burst's buff is down is during the Facet of Nature consume. This could maybe hit 34.7 with the current rotation, better Requiem RNG and actually precasting Shiro Heal for the opener, but I'm not too worried about 100 dps. This video is a much better representation of a Facet of Nature Consume Greatsword, Swords rotation than the previous.
This for sure can be grinded more. 34.5 is very possible with this loop. Lots of bled autos and bad skill qing near the end on my part, but I'm happy with this for now.. We're also losing damage as I'm popping F2 in this bench to simulate an actual encounter where we should be popping F2 inside Glint. I've seen a 35k log, but they are not popping F2 in that rota. Not a fan.
