They are working on showing it to more people and help with validation. They want 100 masks• 20 masks were sent to St. Vincent hospital today, some going in for infectious disease and fit testing and to work out how to sterilize them. They came back with this update already: "PLA and PETG can both be sterilized using the Sterrad sterilization processor which uses a hydrogen peroxide vapor and gas. There is also a study out there in a dentistry journal of using 3D printed items in surgical procedures. PETG is commonly used in disposable surgical devices. This is great news. A Lahey Hospital Respiratory Therapist did a fit test with one of your masks and passed.
