Squirrelflight Speedpaint - REDRAW! // 1-Year Channel-versary Special Dappled Leaf 2021-06-13 | Oh my gosh, you guys! My channel, Dappled Leaf, is official 1 WHOLE YEAR OLD!! That's insane! I would like to thank every one of my 385 subscribers- 385 subscribers in one year is a lot! - and all of my friends on YouTube. I've had a wonderful year with you all.Also, HUGE shoutout to everyone who has ever watched my videos. 54,000+ views in one year, that's crazy! Tysm guys!!So, the first video I posted to YouTube was of a speedpaint of Squirrelflight. I drew it on my tablet and recorded with my phone, because I didn't have a screen recorder back then, lol. Those were the days. Now I draw on my laptop with a mouse and I record with a screen recorder extension. Other things have changed during this year, besides my software. My Squirrelflight design has changed, and my art style has improved. If you watch my first video, then you'll see how I drew a year ago. I think my improvement throughout just a year is pretty crazy, then again I drew everyday, so yeah. Also, this design for Squirrelflight I used in this video will probably be my official Squirrelflight design. I'm going to be posting my official character designs on Amino, and I'll probably make a channel on my Discord Server with all of my Warrior Cats character designs. As a person who adores Squirrelflight and always wants the best for her, I'd say that Ashfur should have won her heart in the New Prophecy. Please note that this is my opinion: Brambleclaw was a total jerk to Squirrelflight for, like, 2-3 books, and then acts like nothing happens in Sunset, and they become mates. Boo.
