Lyrics
Every time I think of you
I always catch my breath
And I'm still standing here
And you're miles away
And I'm wondering why you left
And there's a storm that's raging
Through my frozen heart tonight
I hear your name in certain circles
And it always makes me smile
I spend my time
Thinking about you
And it's almost driving me wild
And that's my heart that's breaking
Down this long distance line tonight
I ain't missing you at all
Since you've been gone away
I ain't missing you
No matter
What my friends say
There's a message in the wild
And I'm sending you this signal tonight
You don't know how desperate I've become
And it looks like I'm losing this fight
In your world I have no meaning
Though I'm trying hard to understand
And it's my heart that's breaking
Down this long distance line tonight
But I ain't missing you at all
Since you've been gone away
I ain't missing you
No matter what I might say
And there's a message that I'm sending out
Like a telegraph to your soul
And if I can't bridge this distance
Stop this heartbreak overload
'Cause I ain't missing you at all
Since you've been gone away
I ain't missing you
No matter what I might say
I ain't missing you (I ain't missing you)
No way
Since you've been gone away (I can lie to myself these days)
I ain't missing you
And there's a storm that's raging
Through my frozen heart tonight
And I ain't missing you at all
Since you've been gone away
I ain't missing you
No matter what my friends say
I ain't missing you
I ain't missing you (I can lie to myself these days)
I ain't missing you at all, I ain't missing you (No way, baby)
No matter what my friends say (I'm doing fine here)
And I ain't missing you at all
I ain't missing you
I keep lying to myself every time I think of you
I'm okay
I'm doing fine here from day to day
I ain't missing you
I can lie to myself
Lyrics
I can't believe I could've been so blind, but love is strange
I thought about it for a long long time, but the truth remains
I don't need another lonely night to dry my tears
The answer's plain as black and white, and I can see the picture very clear
[Chorus:]
I been living on the edge of a broken heart
I don't wanna fall, I don't wanna crawl
I been living on the edge of a broken heart
Don't you wonder why I gotta say goodbye
It isn't like you never had the chance to change your tune
Did you think that I'm a dime a dance, well the dance is through
I been doing things your way too long, but baby that's over (baby that's over)
It won't be easy, but I gotta be strong
And if I wanna cry I don't need your shoulder
[chorus]
I'll find someone else who's nothing like you
And who can play the game as well
And you're gonna be sorry baby - when it's over
[Solo]
I been doing things your way too long, baby that's over (baby that's over)
It won't be easy, but I've got to be strong
And if I wanna cry I don't need your shoulder
[chorus]
I been living on the edge of a broken heart
I been living on the edge of a broken heart
Don't you wonder why I gotta say goodbye
I been living on the edge of a broken heart

Lyrics
Only a fool believes it's better to have loved and lost
Than never to have loved at all
So I don't wanna take that fall
It's a long, long, long way down
I'm hurt, love struck me down again, enticed me in and pulled the pin
Blew my tender heart sky high
Now in my pain I'm askin', "Why?" as I'm cryin'
Should I give it my last try or say goodbye?
Love is a killer, a homicidal fiend
Love is a killer, it'll be the death of me
I got a target on my back for a cupid dressed in black
Love is a killer, it's killin' me
Love, so sweetly beckonin' I've seen your face
Called your name I tasted tears you cried
Lived in shadows in my mind, frozen here in time
Don't leave me here to die
Love is a killer, a homicidal fiend
Love is a killer, it'll be the death of me
I got a target on my back for a cupid dressed in black
Love is a killer, it's killin' me
You fascinate and yet frustrate, demand so much of me, yeah
I've had enough, it's tearin' me up inside
Cross my heart, hope to survive
You got a smokin' gun, well don't shoot me love, no, woh
You're a killer, a homicidal fiend
Love is a killer, it'll be the death of me
I got a target on my back for a cupid dressed in black
Love is a killer
Love is a killer, no, love is a killer, no, no
I got a target on my back for a cupid dressed in black
Love is a killer
It's killin' me, aah

Lyrics
I watch with open eyes
Till it's time to take it all the way
Hey, every day the game is ours to play
Oh, tell me why there are no alibis
'Cause winner takes it all, loser takes a fall
Fight to the beginning of the end
Winner takes it all, till he breaks the fall
In time he'll make it over the top, hey
Hey, you listen when I say
There's a dream oh, that's comin' true today, yeah
Never turn away when the challenge is alive
The choice is yours to make, in every chance you take
'Cause the winner takes it all, loser takes a fall
Fight to the beginning of the end
Winner takes it all, till he breaks the fall
In time he'll make it over the top
First the mind, then the soul
And when the heart gets pumped up for the goal
There's no defeat, you'd sooner die
It's man to man as we stand eye to eye
Oh, winner takes it all, loser takes a fall
Fight to the beginning of the end
Winner takes it all, till he breaks the fall
In time he'll make it over the top
Oh, winner takes it all, loser takes a fall
Fight to the beginning of the end
Winner takes it all, till he breaks the fall
In time he'll make it over the top
Winner takes it all, loser takes a fall
Fight to the beginning of the end

Lyrics
I walk the streets alone at night
A shadow in the city light
I didn't know that love could hurt
How little broken hearts are worth
All that we had, gone forever
Things that we said, it will never be
Living without you, don't bother me
If there's a tear in my eye
It's not for you
Don't flatter yourself
If there's a tear in my eye
It's not for you
We crossed our hearts and hoped to die
We swore that we would never lie
But love just slipped away somehow
Baby, it's all over now
All that we had, gone forever
Things that we said, it will never be
Living without you, don't bother me
If there's a tear in my eye
It's not for you
Don't flatter yourself
If there's a tear in my eye
It's not for you
You seemed so innocent
You had me blinded
What good is all your beauty
There's nothing behind it
If there's a tear in my eye
It's not for you
Don't flatter yourself
If there's a tear in my eye
It's not for you
Lock the door and cut the lights
I won't be coming home tonight

Lyrics
I was made for rock 'n' roll,
in my body and in my soul
I was made for rock 'n' roll
Let's go
Friday night on the edge of town,
Me and the boys gonna shake the ground
Sweet little girl wanna ride in my car
Are you ready (yeah)
Are you ready (yeah)
Chorus
It's twelve o'clock and I'm ready to rock
Goin' crazy down the block
B-b-b-baby, baby take a ride with me
Are you ready (yeah)
Are you ready (yeah)
Lyrics
When they put you to the test
that's meant for you to fail
you've been stukk oh god for ages...
eventually you see the light
they made you struggle for and
oh oh oh, yeah yeah yeah
they break you down with...
there ain't no playing
just working all day
so belive me when I say this...
they line you up, they knock you down
you're forced to feed 'em day n' nite
now is that how you want it...NO!!!
what ya gonna do about it...
well line 'em up and knock 'em down
coz you got balls and that's no crime
if you really don't like it
just show 'em you strike it back
the boss is screamin' shapen
up and do your fukkin' job
you're sucha mess oh god you're wasted...
until you straight the flush
you'll be standing next in line
oh oh oh, no no no,
you can't take that...

Lyrics
Well, she's a pretty girl
And I don't ask for more
You know that touch of hers makes my heart beat like it never did before
I didn't know that anything could be this good
She makes me do things I don't really think I should
Like I don't even care as long as she's there
She makes me go much further than I normaly would
Naa naa na-na-naa naa na-na-naa
Can't you see what you're doin' to me
Naa naa na-na-naa naa na-na-naa
Can't you see that you're makin' me bleed
Heartbreak boulevard
Take you for a ride, mess you up inside
Heartbreak boulevard
Comin' on so slow, never let you go
Heartbreak boulevard
On the wild side, love's like suicide
Down on heartbreak strip
It never stays that sweet
But still you want some more
No return, no retreat, just as hooked on the stuff as you were before
I shoulda known that losin' you would hurt this deep
I shoulda known that happiness is not for keeps
Like I don't even know which way to go
Leave me alone, let me die in my sleep
Naa naa na-na-naa naa na-na-naa
Can't you see what you're doin' to me
Naa naa na-na-naa naa na-na-naa
Can't you see that you're makin' me bleed
Heartbreak boulevard
Take you for a ride, mess you up inside
Heartbreak boulevard
Comin' on so slow, never let you go
Heartbreak boulevard
On the wild side, love's like suicide
Down on heartbreak strip
(Solo)
Heartbreak boulevard
T-t-t-take you for a ride, mess you up inside
Heartbreak boulevard
Comin' on so slow, never let you go
Heartbreak boulevard
Take you for a ride, mess you up inside
Heartbreak boulevard
On the wild side, love's like suicide
Down on heartbreak strip

Lyrics
I feel your heat through my body
Whenever you move
You know that I can't control it
With the things that you do
I'm just a fool for you
I'll take the chance on waiting for you
Can't hide my feelings, you see right through
Do you feel it too, you're
Taking my breath away
I know that I'm here to stay
You're taking my breath away
I can't be wrong, it feels so strong
And it's never gonna stop
It feels like years every second, that you are gone
You know I'd die if you left me
Left me alone, you keep me holding on
I'll take the chance on waiting for you
Can't hide my feelings, you see right through
Do you feel it too, you're
Taking my breath away
I know that I'm here to stay
You're taking my breath away
I can't be wrong, it feels so strong
And it's never gonna stop, I hit the top
(Guitar solo)
It feels so strong
I can't be wrong, no no
You've got my temperature rising
When you come around
You push my heart to the limit
Don't let me down cause baby I found, you're
Taking my breath away
I know that I'm here to stay
You're taking my breath away
I can't be wrong, it feels so strong
And it's never gonna stop

Lyrics
Come down off your throne
And leave your body alone
Somebody must change
You are the reason
I've been waiting here so long
Somebody holds the key
But i'm near the end
And i just ain't got the time no
Well i'm wasted and
I can't find my way home
Come down on your own
And leave your body alone
Somebody must change
You are the reason
I've been waiting all these years
Somebody holds the key
But i'm near the end
And i just ain't got the time no
Lord i'm wasted and
I can't find my way home
Can't find my way home
But i can't find my way home
Come down off your throne
And leave your body alone
Somebody will change
You are the reason
I've been waiting here so long
Somebody holds the key
But i'm near the end
And i just ain't got the time
And i'm wasted and
I can't find my way home
And i can't find my way home
Can't find my way home
Can't find my way home
Can't find my way home
But i can't find my way home
And i can't find my way home
And i can't find my way home
Lyrics
Like the movers and the shakers, I can feel the pressure burn
Like you, I'm caught up in the race
I'm addicted to the rush, under stress, a prisoner
And I don't even know my name
Sometimes I feel like I've been wasting precious time
Life passes by when you're slaving to the grind
What really matters when I cross the finish line
Am I wasting my life?
When I'm reaching for the answers I can never trust my lust
I'm only reaping what I sow
If I'm a lover of the money, I will never have enough
Can't take it with you when you go
Right now I feel like I've been wasting precious time
Life passes by when you're slaving to the grind
What really matters when I cross the finish line
I know I'm wasting my life
Caught up in a rat race, playing in the devil's game
Living in the fast lane, and I'm burning the flame
Caught up in a rat race, playing in the devil's gave
Living in the fast lane, and I'm feeling the strain
On my life, my life, on my life!
I can't take it any longer
I can not take much more, oh, no!
I won't waste it any longer
My life is mine no more
I'm caught up in a rat race, playing in the devil's game
Living in the fast lane, and I'm burning the flame
Caught up in a rat race, playing in the devil's gave
Living in the fast lane, and I'm feeling the strain
I'm caught up in a rat race, playing in the devil's game
Living in the fast lane, and I'm burning the flame
Caught up in a rat race, playing in the devil's gave
Living in the fast lane, and it's time for a change
In my life, my life, in my life!
Rat, rat, rat race!
Caught up in a rat race

Lyrics
I can't believe
That I survived til Friday
I grab my coat
And make a run for where I
Hide and dream and lie all afternoon
I call you up
Although you work on Sunday
I'm not accustomed to a lonely afternoon
Inside my room
Is it the same with you
It's just the color of your smile
Oh, it's the color of your smile
You know you knock my senses out
With the color of your smile
I love to see you
When you're tired and worn out
It doesn't matter if you paint by numbers
All your colors move like a lonely moon
And I'm aware
Of all the friends you've gone through
A situation that convinces me
I'm cool on price
But short on my nights with you
It's just the color of your smile
Oh, it's the color of your smile
You know you knock my senses out
With the color of your smile
The color of your smile
Oh, it's the color of your smile
You know you knock my senses out
With the color of your smile
Not even talkin' 'bout a new sensation
Not even sayin' how I've been mistaken
Well, I'll be here when you return from your holiday
Never had a tougher situation
Lot of trouble with your reputation
I think I'll go and take a well deserved holiday
Oh yeah
I can't believe that we survived til Friday
I'll grab our coats
And make a run for where we
Hide and dream
And lie and scream
And hide and dream
All day
Oh, it's the color of your smile
You know you knock my senses out
With the color of your smile

Wicked Sensation is the debut album by American hard rock band Lynch Mob. This was musician George Lynch's first release since leaving Dokken. Singer-songwriter Oni Logan provided vocals. Also joining George was Dokken drummer "Wild" Mick Brown. The album had two relatively successful singles, with "River Of Love" as well as "Wicked Sensation".
Lyrics
I was lonely and I was searchin' for the sun
Your one and only, took a trip to get undone
Well my high low mam, don't you give me the blues
Take me to the river where I can let it loose
All the lovin', ah like you never knew
Out back to where the dust grows old
Where the spirits fly so high
It was a cold dark night, and I swear we was feelin' right
As our bones took us down, straight to the light
I'm goin' down, down, down to the river of love
I'm goin' down, down, down to the river of love
All emotions, slip through my hands
Like an ocean movin', rollin' in on the sand
A sea of love, honey, where you been
My love's been knockin' buy you ain't in
Where's my lover
Out back to where the dust grows old
Where the spirits never die
That cold dark night, but I know we was feelin' right
As we roll through the hours, down into the light
I'm goin' down, down, down to the river of love
I'm goin' down, down, down to the river of love
Days are long and the nights run deeper
Out back where the spirits never die
I'm goin' down, down, down to the river of love
I'm goin' down, down, down to the river of love

Lyrics
Hot summer days
Remember the things you used to do
With nothing to lose
Driving into the sunset
You give yourself with no regrets
All the places have changed
But our hearts are still the same - Jenny
Chorus
Come into the warm summer sun
Makes you feel forever young
Together we'll find what we want
On the streets of summer sun Summer sun
Remember the nights
You told me the secrets of your heart... your hungry heart
Now you've seen all that can happen
With lipstick and crimes of passion
And lying kisses of fate
That can fall along the way - Jenny
[ Lyrics from: http://www.lyricsty.com/shooting-star-summer-sun-lyrics.html ]
Chorus
Come into the warm summer sun
Girls are walking one by one
Together we'll find what we want
On the streets of summer
Come into the warm summer sun
Jenny take my classic car
Together we'll find what we want
On the streets of summer sun Summer sun
Summer sun
Just open your eyes
The kids on the street reach for their dreams
The silent screams
You see boys out there racing
A quick time for what they're facing
And girls lost in love
Do you remember how it was -- Jenny?
Chorus
Come into the warm summer sun
Jenny let your heart be owned
Together we'll find what we want
On the streets of summer
Come into the warm summer sun
Bet the girls are walking on
Together we'll find what we want
On the streets of the summer sun
Summer sun, Summer sun, Summer sun
Lyrics
I don't mind, when you act your age
It suits me fine, that you treat me like a child
And I can't deny, when I'm with you that you
Step outside, of all those fears locked up inside
Your love is driving me crazy
Your love just takes me away
Your love is driving me crazy
Takes me all the way
What I like, is what you've got to offer
Just my type, I don't mind playing on the edge
Your love is driving me crazy
Your love just takes me away
Your love is driving me crazy
Takes me all the way, yeah
Lead me to forbidden doors
You know I'm yours
Yeah you've got it, yeah I want it
Don't you know it baby
Right on time, a tight fit right on the money
So sublime, hot sweet cherries on the vine
Your love is driving me crazy
Your love just takes me away
Your love is driving me crazy
Takes me all the way, yeah
Your love is driving me crazy
Your love just takes me away
Your love is driving me crazy
Your love just takes me away, oh yeah
Your love, your love
Your love just takes me away
Lyrics
It's not the same
When I look in her eyes
The magic's not there
And when I look, I realize
What we could have shared
I'm always gonna love you
If loving means forever
I'm always gonna want you
I don't think I could ever
Just forget the love we had
It's not the same when
She's here in my arms
Or the smile on her face
And even though with all of her charms
She can't take your place
I'm always gonna love you
If loving means forever
I'm always gonna want you
I don't think I could ever
Just forget the love we had
It's not the same
When I look in her eyes
The magic's not there
And when I look, I realize
What we could have shared
I'm always gonna love you
If loving means forever
I'm always gonna want you
If loving means forever
I'm always gonna love you
If loving means forever
I'm always gonna want you
If loving means forever
I'm always gonna love you

Lyrics
In this little old town
You been gettin' around
Knockin' on every man's door
Word on the street
You been cheatin' on me
Ain't worth the time anymore
So bad, you're so sad
You turn it around and you do it again
How many lies, how many times
How many tears must I cry
How many days and how many ways
How many men can you break
Oh baby how many men can you break ...yeah!!
Like a neighbourhood cat you're in everyone's sack
Smearin' your name on the wall
Like a cheap little sleaze
Always down on your knees
Watchin' you beg and crawl
So bad, you're so sad
You turn it around and you do it again
How many lies, how many times
How many tears must I cry
How many days and how many ways
How many men can you break
Oh baby how many men can you break ...yeah!!
In this little old town
You been gettin' around
Knockin' on every man's door
Word on the street
You been cheatin' on me
Ain't worth the time anymore
So bad, you're so sad
You turn it around and you do it again
How many lies, how many times
How many tears must I cry
How many days and how many ways
How many men can you break
Oh baby how many men can you break ...yeah!!
How many lies, how many times
How many tears must I cry

How many days and how many ways
How many men can you break

Tora Tora is an American hard rock band formed in Memphis, Tennessee, United States, in 1985
The actual origin of the band name was more likely a reference to the song of the same name recorded by Van Halen on their 1980 release "Women and Children First".
Lyrics
Lonely nights out on the run
Can't beat the heat of a smokin' gun
Moonlight in the mirror
The city sleeps, death over me
It's been a long hard road
Can't fight it, it's out of control
Somebody save me
Runnin' for my life
It's hangin' by a thread
I can't get any closer to you yet
Hard luck knockin' on my back door
It's easy to see why they're comin' for me
Cause I'm guilty, guilty
Guilty in the first degree
Can't get the chip off of my shoulder
Just 18 but I feel the choker
One bad trip changed my life
I've been doin' wrong
Now I come on strong
I let each day pass
In the shadow of the last
Somebody save me
Chorus
Just another fallen angel
With a will to survive
I don't know where to go
No where to run, no where to hide
I'm guilty yeah ahh
I'm guilty, guilty
You know I'm guilty
Guilty ohh yeah
Guilty, guilty
Chorus twice

Lyrics
Oh, go
Girl, it's been awhile, you've lost your pretty smile, what happened?
Was it something that they said that's playing with your head
What happened when you're standing in the spotlight?
Woman, some people try an' take a shot
Well it's only jealousy, only jealousy, oh, they can't see our love
But one thing you can be sure of
You know that I'm a believer, in you an' me
You know that I'm a believer, oh it's true
And no matter what you do, girl, I believe in you I believe
Oh, it's never what you hear, it's only what you feel that matters
If you're gonna stand alone, you can't keep climbing social ladders
When it comes down to basics and we're lookin' at it one on one
It don't matter what they say, matter what they say
About us now, ah, can't hurt us now
But one thing you can be sure of
You know that I'm a believer, in you, I believe
You know that I'm a believer, oh it's true
And no matter what you do, girl, I believe
The only way to win child, is never play the game of love
But I'll be there to catch you even if you should ever fall
But one thing you can be sure of
You know that I'm a believer, in you, in me
You know that I'm a believer, girl it's true
And no matter what you do
You know I'm a believer, in you, in love
You know that I'm a believer, oh, it's true
And no matter what you do, girl
I believe in you, oh, in me, oh, in love
You know that I'm a believer, oh it's true
And no matter what you do, girl, I believe
Possibly the best way to spend your New Year's Eve!!!

The song was released on their "The Last Command" album on November 9, 1985. The Last Command is still W.A.S.P.'s highest charting album, peaking at No. 47 on the Billboard album chart. "Blind In Texas" is perhaps their best known song, more than 20 years later.
Lyrics
An El Paso hellhole couldn't get higher
White lightning moon shine tastes like fire
I drank for free till I couldn't see
I fell on the floor what I said is
"I'm blind in Texas, the lone star is hot tonight
I'm blind in Texas, the cowboys have taken my eyes
My eyes, my eyes"
I drank Dallas whiskey, lost my mind
Had high balls in Houston three for dime
Everything starts to spin loaded on gin
I fell out the door what I said is
"I'm blind in Texas, the lone star is hot tonight
I'm blind in Texas, the cowboys have taken my eyes"
San Antonio and the West Texas town, El Paso
Corpus Christi and Waco the yellow rose is wild
Raisin' hell in Austin just after sundown
When the Hoosegow police decided to come 'round they said
"Boy what's the matter with you, what you trying to do?"
I looked at the man and I said
"I'm blind in Texas, I'm blind in Texas
I'm blind in Texas, I'm blind in Texas
I'm blind in Texas, I'm blind in Texas
I'm blind in Texas, the lone star is hot tonight"
I'm blind in Texas, I'm blind in Texas
I'm blind

Lyrics
You say you don't wanna run and hide
A face that no-one knows
And everyone ya meet, you're gonna show
You're nobody's slave, nobody's chains are holdin' you
You hold your fist up high
And rule the zoo
Oh, you just got to be
Up high where the whole world's watching me
Cos I, I got the guts to be somebody ...to cry out
I wanna be somebody, Be somebody soon
I wanna be somebody Be somebody too
You say you don't wanna starve
Or take the table crumbs that fall
You don't wanna beg or plead at all
You don't want no nine to five
Your fingers to the bone
You don't want the rock piles' bloody stones
Oh, you just got to be
Up high where the whole world's watching me
Cos I, I got the guts to be somebody ...to cry out
I wanna be somebody, Be somebody soon
I wanna be somebody Be somebody too
I want shiny cars and dirty money
Lots of rock and roll
I will live in fame and die in flames
I'm never gettin' old
I wanna be somebody, Be somebody soon
I wanna be somebody Be somebody too
I'm gonna be somebody, I'm gonna be somebody

Lyrics
I sit alone and i wonder why
I ever let you go
Now i know it's just my foolish pride
Can't let my feeling show
Since you've gone, you know the sun don't shine
Baby don't leave me lonely
You know you're all the world to me
I need you so
Looking back on hows it used to be
I never thought it could change
But now it seems to be a mystery
Tha't i can't explain
I was there by your side
Don't you care i'm left all alone
Now you're gone i'm in misery
I want you to know
Can't believe i carry on
Lived a lie, all hope is gone
How was i supposed to know
You're not coming back
I never knew there was such lonely nights
You know i never knew pain
But like a knife that cuts me to the bone
Still my love stays the same
Lie awake, all i see is you
You have left an empty space
Just a shadow just where you used to be
I still see your face
Can't believe i carry on
Lived a lie, all hope is gone
How was i supposed to know
You're not coming back
My heart turns to stone
I don't think i can go on alone
How long can i carry on
Facing the night on my own
Can't you see what you've done to me
Trapped in a life on my own
Can't believe i carry on
Lived a lie, all hope is gone
How was i supposed to know
You're not coming back - no
Can't believe i carry on
Lived a lie, all hope is gone
How was i supposed to know
You're not coming back - no
Can't believe i carry on
No...
How was i supposed to know
Lyrics
Whoa!
Bad Billy
Billy went drivin' on a Saturday night
Headed for trouble with a bottle of wine
He took his pistol and his shotgun, ready for action
Flyin' higher than a rocket out of control
He said I ain't got money
I ain't got fame
But after tonight they're gonna know my name
Angry and young, under the gun
The kid goes wild!
Rebel alone, heart of a stone
The kid goes wild!
The kid goes wild!
Billy pulled up to Big Jim's Liquor Store
Pulled his pistol and demanded his pay
They say he shot that man straight thru the head, no passion
Now bad young Billy's got the Law on his trail
A cold blood murder
For twenty and change
The very next day the newspaper read
Angry and young, under the gun
The kid goes wild!
Rebel alone, heart of a stone
The kid goes wild!
The kid goes wild!
Wild!
Bad Billy
Billy's on the run tonight he's a nightmare
Fire burnin' in his eyes
Blood's boiling hot
Hell bent and out of control
He's out of control
"Oh, you fucken cops! You'll never gonna get me. You'll never take me alive! You
pull that fucken gun, you'd better use it! Cuz I'm not going down and I'm not going
to jail and I'm not doing any fucken time! This is my night! I'm alive!!!
Ow! Angry and young, under the gun
The kid goes wild!
Rebel alone, heart of a stone
The kid goes wild!
Angry and young, under the gun
The kid goes wild!
Rebel alone, heart of a stone
The kid goes wild!
Angry and young, under the gun
The kid goes wild!
Rebel alone, heart of a stone
The kid goes wild!
Angry and young, under the gun
The kid goes wild!
Rebel alone, heart of a stone
The kid goes wild!

Lyrics
Whoo!
Mmm, yeah
Well, you better get yourself another, another fool
'Cause I've danced for the last time
Like a shoeshine boy, been kicked and bruised
I've read the writing from the wall
We never really had no chance at all
And I've lost that certain type of respect, yeah, yeah
'Cause you've done to me some things I know you will regret
Bad blood pumping, running hot through my veins
I've tried to compromise, but there ain't much more to say
Bad blood pumping, running straight to my brain
I've got to warn you, there's bad blood pumping in me
Bad blood
Yeah, you play with me and my emotions, break the rules
But I've heard your lies and your alibis
All your promises you failed to do
I don't need a doctor to figure you out
Don't need a lawyer to cast my doubts
'Cause your point of view is so plain to see, yeah, yeah
You tried your best, but you'll never bring me to my knees
Bad blood pumping, running hot through my veins
I've tried to compromise, but there ain't much more to say
Bad blood pumping, running straight to my brain
I've got to warn you, there's bad blood pumping in me
Ya, bad blood
I've got a temperature rising in me
Well, you better get yourself another, another fool
'Cause I've danced for the last time
Like a shoeshine boy, been kicked and bruised
Well, I've read the writing on the wall
We never really had no chance at all
And those things you've done, someday you'll regret
My temperate's rising and there's bad blood pumping
Bad blood pumping, running hot through my veins
I've tried to compromise, but there ain't much more to say
Bad blood pumping, running straight to my brain
I've tried to set it straight, but I guess I gotta break the chains
Bad blood pumping, running hot through my veins
I've tried to compromise, but there ain't much more to say
(Ain't much more to say)
Bad blood pumping, running straight to my brain
I've got to warn you, there's bad blood pumping in me
Bad blood
Oh, bad blood
Give it up, get loud
Ooh, yeah

John Parr is an English musician, best known for his 1985 US #1 hit single "St. Elmo's Fire". Parr has sold 10 million albums worldwide.
Lyrics
You wanna shake my hand, say there's no hard feelings
But there's another lie between the lines I'm reading
If you want him, then take him, just push me away, baby I just got to know
If you want him, then have him, there's no other way, yeah
I tear your letters up, and flush away the pieces
How does that saying go, you'd love me till hell freezes
You're lyin', I'm dyin' a little each day, girl you know it hurts me so
Stop duckin' and diving, come right out and say
Chorus:
'Cause I can't take no more of this
Love grammar, takin' me and breakin' me up, love grammar, the grammar of love
I before he except after she - knows I'll always be there
Ready or not, she took what I got - to give and she don't care - I before he
Don't wanna lose control, and maybe rock proceedings
Don't fear a new attack, the fact is I'm conceding
If you want him, then take him, don't treat me this way
Cause I just feel like letting go
You want him, you got him, I'm leavin' today
(chorus)
Love grammar, takin' me and breakin' me up, love grammar, the grammar of love
Love grammar, takin' me and breakin' me up, love grammar, the grammar of love
I before he except after she - knows I'll always be there
Ready or not, she took what I got - to give and she don't care
I before he except after she
Love grammar (I before he, except after she)... (repeats out)
Lyrics
See the devil on the doorstep now (my oh my)
Telling everybody oh just how to live their lives
Sliding down the information highway
Buying in just like a bunch of fools
Time is ticking and we can't go back (my oh my)
What about the world today
What about the place that we call home
We've never been so many
And we've never been so alone
[Chorus]
You keep watching from your picket fence
You keep talking but it makes no sense
You say we're not responsible
But we are, we are
You wash your hands and come out clean
Fail to recognise the enemies within
You say we're not responsible
But we are, we are, we are, we are
One step forward making two steps back (my oh my)
Riding piggy on the bad boys back for life
Lining up for the grand illusion
No answers for no questions asked
Lining up for the execution
Without knowing why
[Chorus]
You keep watching from your picket fence
You keep talking but it makes no sense
You say we're not responsible
But we are, we are
You wash your hands and come out clean
Fail to recognise the enemies within
You say we're not responsible
But we are, we are, we are, we are
It's all about power then
By taking control
Breaking the will
Raping the soul
They suck us dry till there's nothing left
My oh my, my oh my
What about the world today
What about the place that we call home
We' ve never been so many
And we've never been so alone....
So alone
[Chorus]
You keep watching from your picket fence
You keep talking but it makes no sense
You say we're not responsible
But we are, we are
You wash your hands and come out clean
Fail to recognise the enemies within
You say we're not responsible
But we are, we are, we are, we are
It's all about power then (we are)
By taking Control (we are)
Breaking the will (we are, we are)
Breathing the soul (we are)
They suck us dry till there's nothing left (we are, we are)
My oh my, my oh my
We are
We are (its all )
We are
We are, we are (take control)
We are
We are
It's all about power
By taking control.

Lyrics
Driving faster than you want me to
Can't help myself when I'm alone with you
Alright
Alright
I've passed the limit and there's no way back
Your kind of love gives me a heart attack
Alright
Alright
Cause baby can't you see
We need to spend some time alone
We need to see some dreams come true
I want to feel me touching you
We need a midnight rendezvous
On the freeway with the throttle down
You drive me crazy as we drive around
Alright
All night
The way you look tonight you aim to please
The dress you're wearin' is way past your knees
Alright
Alright
Cause baby can't you see
We need to spend some time alone
We need to see some dreams come true
I want to feel you touching me
We need a midnight rendezvous
Midnight
Midnight rendezvous
Midnight
Midnight rendezvous
Midnight
Midnight rendezvous
Midnight
Midnight rendezvous
Yeah yeah
All I really want to do
Spend some time alone with you
Yeah
A midnight
(Baby baby can't you see)
(Baby baby you and me)
(Baby baby can't you see)
(Baby baby you and me)
A midnight rendezvous
Yeah
All I really want to do
Oh I really want to **** you
Oh
Midnight rendezvous
Lyrics
I've been lost inside, empty space in my heart
And some things never change, no
How it hurts me and how it's tearin' me apart, and it just goes on and on
Can you read my mind, take a good look at my face
Could you take the time, just to stand here in my place
What if I'd been the one to say goodbye, goodbye
Could you smile when inside you just want to cry, look inside
Can you read my mind? Oh oh
When I hear your name, feel so cold deep inside
Still it's hard to explain, oh
But you're not meant to be, they say time will heal the pain
But it just goes on forever
Can you read my mind, have you closed the door on love
Can you be so blind, did you think I'd just give up
[Chorus]
What if I'd been the one to say goodbye, goodbye
Could you smile when inside you just want to cry, want to cry
What if I'd been the one to say goodbye, goodbye
Could you smile when it hurts so deep inside, and it never fades away
Fade away
Time can't erase the reasons why
I count my mistakes and the heartaches since you said goodbye
[Chorus]
Never fades away, no it don't fade away

Hagar owns a nightclub and restaurant in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico called Cabo Wabo Cantina, where the video for the 1999 hit song "Mas Tequila" (from the Red Voodoo album) was filmed. Hagar plays at the club during his annual autumn "Birthday Bash". Hagar also has opened another nightclub in the franchise in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, and markets a highly successful line of premium tequilas by the same Cabo Wabo name. Cabo Wabo Cantina opened in Fresno CA on August 29, 2008. However, it closed a few months later when the operator had a falling out with Hagar. In November 2009, a Cabo Wabo Cantina opened in the Planet Hollywood Hotel's Miracle Mile shopping mall, directly off the strip in Las Vegas.
Lyrics:
All right now, here we go
Now we're gonna tell you a little story
About the way we like to party, take ya on a trip!
Hit it! That's right
I'm goin' way down south where the big blue agave grow
Takin' a weekend trip down to Baja, Mexico!
Where you can drink the water, but don't ya eat the ice
Take your vitamin T with salt and lemon slice
I say, one shot! Hey! Mas Tequila
Two shots! Hey! Hey! Que veneno
Three shots! Hey! Arriba! Hey! Hey! Hey! Mas Tequila!
She did a mean macarena to the funky cold Medina
Behind a body shot and three margaritas
She'll drink it straight from the bottle, terra cotta jug
From a boda bag coppin' a major buzz
I say, one shot! Hey! Mas Tequila
Two shots! Hey! Hey! Que veneno
Three shots! Hey! Arriba! Hey! Hey! Hey! Mas Tequila!
Uno mas, bartender, one more, mas tequila!
Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey!
Yeah, can drink the water, but don't ya eat the ice
Take your vitamin T with salt 'n lemon slice!
I say, one shot! Hey! Mas Tequila
Two shots! Hey! Hey! Que veneno
Three shots! Hey! Arriba! Hey! Hey! Hey! Mas Tequila!
One shot! Hey! More tequila!
Two shots! Hey! Hey! Que veneno
Three shots! Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey!

In 1987 Jack Blades co-wrote the title theme to the Michael J. Fox film The Secret of My Success, which served as the lead-off single from Big Life. Unlike the previous three Night Ranger albums produced by Pat Glasser, this album was produced by David Foster and featured a more polished, keyboard-driven sound, comparable to Journey and Foreigner.
Lyrics
Think of it, I, hold the world in the palm of my hand
Run a comb through my hair, head on out for some new foreign land
And all this could seem like a dream out the door
With everyday people, face down on the floor
I always said I could make it and be who I am
There's a new look in sight, what a change for the new modern man
With all this it seems, like I'm dying for more
The streets are on fire, never seen it before
It's like the sound of electric guitars
CHORUS
Worlds collide and hearts will be broken
Over and over it's the same every day-
How can I say what has never concerned me
The secret of my success is I'm living 25 hours a day
It's amazing to me, what a fool will believe to bet by
With a change of your mind, I can live, I can fly
The harder the come, the harder they fall
I never say maybe and I go for it all
Just like the sound of electric guitars
CHORUS
With nothing to show, just sweat form my soul
My heart's on the line and I'm dying to go (dying to go)
Look at us now, gonna make it somehow
Hold on to me baby, can't hold me down
CHORUS
The secret of my success is I'm living 25 hours a day
25 hours a day

Lyrics
The well has run dry
I'm staring at the empty space
I can tell that it's over
Gone without a trace
But this habit's so hard to break
When there's so much at stake
I don't want to chance it
And leave it up to fate
One moment held by a thread
One time to hold on to love
If I can see my way clear
Then I'll drive into the night
Just give me one chance
Can't let it go on this way
Just give me one chance
Gotta get out of the rain
Just give me one chance
You're the one who could kill this pain
We're worlds apart
And we're miles away
I can't make it another day
You and I have been runnin'
Runnin' all our lives
We should have seen this comin'
Should have been no surprise
One moment held in time
The silence starts to tell the truth
But I'd go through it again
If it could take me back to you
Just give me one chance
Can't let it go on this way
Just give me one chance
Gotta get out of the rain
Just give me one chance
You're the one who could kill this pain
We're worlds apart
And we're miles away
I can't make it another day
When a feeling this strong
Burns so long
There's a reason to try to keep it alive
While he is primarily a guitar player, Roberts is also a skilled vocalist, capable of extreme high range, as is evident on his solo projects. Saints and Sinners contained the Bon Jovi-penned "Does Anybody Really Fall In Love Anymore?", previously recorded by Cher as well.
Lyrics
I walk down the street, people passing me by
They look you up and down but they don't look you in the eye
I'm just another stranger in my own hometown
Looking for a angel but heaven can't be found
I said hey are you lonely tonight
Hey I'm gonna make it
But that don't make it right
Does anybody really fall in love anymore
Does anybody really give their heart to somebody
Does anybody really have opened the door
I know, I know, you gotta love somebody
I know, I know, I've got to find somebody to love
There's a sad face in the mirror and I'm sad to say it's me
Like a ghost up in the attic only love can set you free
I've been running round in circles on this roller coaster ride
There's a lonely world around us, we get sucked in by the tide
I said hey, love ain't a crime
So why is everybody so afraid to cross the line
Does anybody really fall in love anymore
Does anybody really give their heart to somebody
Does anybody really have opened the door
I know, I know, you gotta love somebody
I know, I know, I've got to find somebody to love
I said hey, I'll be alright
Cause I know that someone somewhere's gonna
Say these words tonight
Does anybody really fall in love anymore
Does anybody really give their heart to somebody
Does anybody really have opened the door
I know, I know, you gotta love somebody
I know, I know, I've got to find somebody to love
Lyrics
I don't know how I let her go
I thought the chain would always be unbroken
Now my heart keeps tellin' me
Words I should have said or left unspoken
So after you are through
Doin what you're gonna do
After you blow her heart away
I will still be here to say
Send her to me, send her to me
I'm the one who loves her
Send her to me, send her to me
I'm the one who needs her
Send her to me, send her to me
I can't blame her for a thing
I guess you really made her feel so wanted
When she sees she was a fool
Her empty heart will feel me haunting
So after you are through
Making her go through all the moves
After you chase her dreams away
I will still be here to say
Send her to me, send her to me
I'm the one who loves her
Send her to me, send her to me
I'm the one who needs her
Send her to me, send her to me
I will never turn away
After the tears have burned away
And when the smoke is finally clear
I will still be here to say
Send her to me, send her to me
I'm the one who loves her
Send her to me, send her to me
I'm the one who needs her
Send her to me, send her to me
I'm the one who loves her
Send her to me, send her to me
Oh, I'm the one

Alias was a Canadian album-oriented rock/hard rock supergroup band, formed in 1988 in Toronto by vocalist Freddy Curci and guitarist Steve DeMarchi of the Canadian arena rock band Sheriff ("When I'm With You"), along with Heart founding members Roger Fisher, Steve Fossen, and Mike DeRosier.
Lyrics
I look ok but I'm not myself, standing by the phone
Darling I've been wondering how I'm gonna let you go
You made me build you a perfect world, to keep you satisfied
But now you're just a broken dream, and when I get back my pride
You'll still be waiting for love
You'll still be waiting for the sun to rise,
In the middle of the night
You'll still be waiting for love
I know you'll be waiting when that train passes by
You'll still be waiting for love
Like a dream there's a lucky feeling, coming from my soul
Girl I guess I learned the truth
That you already know (Oh oh oh)
Took me a while to realize, it's a dark and lonely town
And you'll know where you'll find yourself,
when the wall comes
Tumbling down
You'll still be waiting for love
You'll still be waiting for the sun to shine,
In the middle of the night
You'll still be waiting for love
I know you'll be waiting when that train passes by
You'll still be waiting for love
I lost my heart, I lost my mind
But it really doesn't matter
I'm gonna leave my tears behind
And you'll still be waiting

Lyrics
Two a.m. On a downtown street
There on the corner two strangers meet, In the night
And then until the daybreak
They're gonna love and before the light
A heart may break, there in the night
Look in the alleys, along the roads, it's there the losers stand
There in the ring they bide their time, hustling what they can
They beg just to get
That bottle in their hand
There in the night
Somewhere in the night
Oh how they do what they do
Just to get through
There in the night...in the night
Then on the street in the heart of town
A lady in black she turns around, in the night, yeah
She stares at the man in the Cadillac
He drives by but he'll back...for the night
There in the night
See the guy along the road who can he be?
Wait awhile, he'll turn around
See the man is me
'Cuz when I sing my dreams...my dreams will set me free
There in the night
Somewhere in the night
Oh how they do what they do
Just to get through
There in the night...in the night
When the sun goes down
And the light grows dim
Slowly movin' for the kill
If you would come back again (come back again)
It would take away this pain (take away this pain)
But I don't know if you ever will
Love in the night
Would feel so right
So love me tonight. . . In the night
(Guitar Solo)
Into the night
It feels so right
How could you do what you do
Yes you only you
There in, there in the night
Somewhere in the night

Lyrics
That morning was so cold
Awoke and felt so cold
The story that you told
But time could not defend
This cry without an end
The worst was to pretend
Hearts torn away How could you say
Didn't you care
About the games that you played
The frost upon the grass
Then pane of broken glass
The hurt that came to pass
You left me mystified
Your careless wall of sighs
At least you might have tried
But every now and then
You cross my heart again
Oh how could you pretend
To love me
Hearts torn away
How could you say
That you loved me
Didn't you care
'Bout the games that you played
To love me
Hearts torn away
How could you say
That you loved me
Didn't you care
'Bout the games that you played

Lyrics
When I'm lost in a strange place
Scared and alone
When I'm wishing for home
That's when I think of you
When the load gets to heavy
Too much to bear
When I'm going nowhere
There's no one there
And I'm feeling like a fool
Chorus
That's when i think of you
It's all that I can do
I'd go mad if it wasn't for you
When I'm caught in the crossfire
Of wrongs making right
When I wake in the night
That's when i think of you
When I'm halfway to heaven
With three parts of hell
And its all just as well
That I can't even tell
And I'm lost without a clue
Chorus
If not for the thought of you
The promise of dreams come true
I'd go mad if it wasn't for you
When I'm a long way from loving
So far from home
When it feels like I'm in the twilight zone
And I just cant make it thru
Chorus
If not for the thought of you
The promise of dreams come true
I'd go mad if it wasn't for you
I'm always thinking of you
It's all that I can do
I'd go mad not being with you
If not for the thought of
Promise of dreams come true
I'd go mad not being with you
Lyrics
I wanna stay girl it hurts I know
But the time has come to find my dreams of glory
It hasn't been easy babe - hard times we know
But I gotta know the ending of my story
Oh, it's my challenge, it's my right
And my will's too strong to fight
I don't wanna say goodbye cus I love you
[Chorus]
But it's that time - that time of year
To follow that midnight sun
That time of year
My ramblin' heart's gotta run
Wherever it takes me I'll ride that wind
To my rainbows end but I'll be back again
I wanna hear you say it girl: that you understand
If I had my wish you'd be on my side

One of the best songs that came out from the masterpiece "Lost In The Wild" album issued in 1989 by CBS.
Lyrics
Where you going honey?
C'mon stay for a while
I hear you got no money
But you got a big-time smile
Your mama's got a boyfriend
Your daddy's out on the strip
So you got yourself some fast lines
And a body that just won't quit
Chorus:
I know you're ready
Ready to rock on
You're ready,ready to rock on
Ready to rock on the world
I know you're ready,ready to rock
You're running too fast child
You're always out on the street
I hear you like it hot and loud
But you give it up so sweet
You're older than your years show
And honey you can't wait
You jump the gun,you want it all
I know you're tempting the hands of fate
Chorus
I see the look in your eyes
And honey i know you've been hurt
And all the tears that you cried
When everybody said you were dirt
Ready,ready to rock on
Ready,ready to rock on
I can see it coming,
Ready to rock on
Chorus

Lyrics
She's always on my mind
From the time I wake up 'til I close my eyes
She's everywhere I go
She's all I know
And though she's so far away
It just keeps gettin' stronger, every day
And even now she's gone
I'm still holding on
So tell me where do I start
'Cause it's breakin' my heart
Don't want to let her go
Maybe my love will come back some day
Only heaven knows
And maybe our hearts will find a way
Only heaven knows
And all I can do is hope and pray
'Cause heaven knows
My friends keep tellin' me
That if you really love her
You've gotta set her free
And if she returns in kind
I'll know she's mine
So tell me where do I start
'Cause it's breakin' my heart
Don't want to let her go
Maybe my love will come back some day
Only heaven knows
And maybe our hearts will find a way
Only heaven knows
And all I can do is hope and pray
'Cause heaven knows
Why I live in despair
'Cause wide awake or dreaming
I know she's never there
And all the time I act so brave
I'm shaking inside
Why does it hurt me so
Maybe my love will come back some day
Only heaven knows
And maybe our hearts will find a way
Only heaven knows
And all I can do is hope and pray
Maybe my love will come back some day
Only heaven knows
And maybe our hearts will find a way
Only heaven knows
And all I can do is hope and pray
'Cause heaven knows
Heaven knows
Heaven knows

Lyrics
Kyrie eleison
Kyrie eleison
Kyrie
The wind blows hard against this mountain side
Across the sea into my soul
It reaches into where I cannot hide
Setting my feet upon the road
My heart is old, it holds my memories
My body burns a gemlike flame
Somewhere between the soul and soft machine
Is where I find myself again
Kyrie eleison, down the road that I must travel
Kyrie eleison, through the darkness of the night
Kyrie eleison, where I'm going, will you follow?
Kyrie eleison, on a highway in the light
When I was young I thought of growing old
Of what my life would mean to me
Would I have followed down my chosen road
Or only wished what I could be
Kyrie eleison, down the road that I must travel
Kyrie eleison, through the darkness of the night
Kyrie eleison, where I'm going, will you follow?
Kyrie eleison, on a highway in the light

Lyrics
When your bed's too sweaty and your head feels funny
You're tossin and turning cause your room's too sunny
The upstair neighbour got some 15 kids
And if something's goin' down it's sure your lids
And the sound of T-T-Tim's big pumping bass makes you dye your hair makes you change your ways
I gotta get up I gotta get out I just found out what it's all about
I was born to rock (born to rock)
Sworn to rock (sworn to rock)
Alright
Na na na na na
Yeah
Na na na na na
Alright
Na na na na na
That's when you shout it out
Shout it out shout it louder
Shout it out (shout!), shout it louder
And well up and about cruisin' down the street
Feelin' good feelin' neat as one with the beat
The dizziness is gone but your still a punk
Just out to have fun and about to get drunk
That's when the sound of Harry K's screaming guitar
Makes you wanna race in your old man's car
The pedal to the metal and your pulse to the bop
The kind of bad habit that you just can't drop
I was born to rock (born to rock)
Sworn to rock (sworn to rock)
Come on
Na na na na na
Rock on
Na na na na na
Uh
Na na na na na
That's when you shout it out
Shout it out shout it louder
Shout shout shout
Shout it out shout it louder
Take this sucker!
