How to make Barbecue Meat Rub ~ Pork ~ Chicken ~ Beef

Ingredients:
1 box mac and cheese
1 medium onion
1 lb ground beef
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Cook Macaroni per instructions
Brown ground beef
Add diced onion to beef
Add worcestershire sauce to beef
Mix beef with macaroni
Add extras (cheese, peppers, mushrooms etc)
Enjoy!

How I smoked my ribs on the Masterbuilt electric smoker:
Set masterbuilt to 275 degrees and load the cold-smoking kit with pellets.
Apply rub to the ribs and coat all over.
Place ribs in the smoker.
After about 3 hours check color and wrap with foil.
After about 3 hours check temp and tenderness, looking for about 202 degrees.
Wrap in a towel and place in a cooler for an hour.
Cut and serve the ribs.

Tomato Bisque Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion
4 cloves garlic
4 fresh tomatoes (about 4 romas)
4 cups chicken broth
3 tbsp white rice
1/2 serrano pepper, or 1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil
Add Chicken broth and tomatoes
Bring to a simmer
Add seasonings and rice
Cover and simmer for 30 mins
Blend with immersion blender until silky smooth
Add cream and stir
Garnish and serve
