Add diced cabbage and mix well.Add ingredients to baking dish. Pour over beef broth.Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees Farenheit for 1 hour.Remove from oven, add bell peppers, stir well,return to oven and bake for 30-45 more minutes or until cabbage is tender.Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes before serving.Enjoy.*****************************************Easy Asian Ground Beef and Cabbage Skillet | 1 Pound Beef Feeding 4 Hungry PeopleINGREDIENTS:1 lb. ground beef4 cups shredded cabbage1 cup shredded carrots1 cup sliced onions1/2 sliced red bell peppers1 Tbsp. minced garlic1 Tbsp. minced gingerSauce:4 Tbsp. soy sauce1 Tbsp. Hoison sauce1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil1 tsp. chili garlic sambal or siracha1 Tbsp. brown sugarIn a skillet on medium high heat add ground beef. Cook and chop until almost no pink.Add minced garlic, ginger and onions. Cook and stir for one minute.Turn heat down to medium. Add shredded cabbage a little at a time and stir to incorporate.Add shredded carrots and stir.Place on lid and cook for 2 minutes. Take off lid and stir, place on lid and cook for an additional 2 minutes. This will help steam and cook the cabbage. Add bell peppers. Stir and cook for 1-2 more minutes.Pour in sauce.
