Mario in the Dreamscape - SM64 Coop Deluxe Online Lizuma 2024-12-23 | My friend Cj and I played this Super Mario 64 rom hack called Mario in the Dreamscape, through SM64 Coop Deluxe. It’s my first time playing and even seeing this hack!It’s always fun exploring new adventures in Mario’s world, even though 3D Mario hacks always felt a bit iffy to me. I certainly wouldn’t have played this on my own. But it was a lot of fun, and funny, with a friend! Plus I genuinely liked the lava world, Floral Flame Falls and its music, which I discovered is Sonic music! Pretty awesome considering I’m seeing the third Sonic movie soon and really excited! I loved hearing other familiar songs from Mario and Kirby, and seeing recognizable things from Galaxy and 3D Land, huge childhood games (even though it wasn’t necessarily good news lol)! I was getting tired after a few hours though, so am glad we paused for now. Because I was literally playing all day, I woke up late at 11 due to being exhausted from activities yesterday and got on at 1 PM! I need a break to type the two stories I want to work on badly hahaThis rom hack overdoes it with the 64 wall jumping I’m telling you… Also Bowser CHEATED WHEN WE BEAT HIM THE FIRST TIME??! Sore loser.Points taken off for some poor level design choices, a little minor but still unnecessary language, and MATH— just kidding about the math part but it did bring back some bad school memories…This is quite fun and silly with a friend nevertheless— And now I have a new volcano theme song I love, thanks Sonic!! At long last I know what cats would've looked like in DS Nintendogs! I was actually playing at 7 PM, I turned back the time to be daytime. The sky was pretty much like real life anyway.Where has this been my whole life? When little I got the 3DS one: Purr Pals Purrfection, a very shallow, slightly buggy game that basically has all the good stuff about the DS one removed. I abandoned it for good in a few days. DS Purr Pals isn't Nintendogs quality of course, but for pet cats it's one of the better ones I've found. Impressed me enough to put it here, instead of my random animal games channel @PoodleQuest . Though I may show it off there in the future.Things I like include: Breed options, customization far exceeded my expectations! Day and night cycle! Instead of annoying music at home it's ambient sound! Can go to different rooms including outside! Cleaning litter seems more realistic, though haven't gotten to yet. CAT shows exist for once?? Cat meows when you close the DS, like the dogs barking in Nintendogs.It has some of my favorite classical songs, Ode to Joy and especially Toreador!! There's a cute music minigame where you hear the cats singing to different songs that is fairly challenging. I love hearing them sing Toreador!23:50 I also learned of a familiar song's name finally!I'll see about a few more videos, depending on how long my interest lasts before I inevitably run back to Nintendogs and Nintendogs + Cats. But I do think it's nice enough to spend a bit more time on!

New Super Mario Bros. Wii Netplay 4 - NSMBW But Time Runs Out FAST! Lizuma 2025-04-20 | Another hard mode challenge with my friend Cj on Dolphin Netplay! This time the time ticked down way faster, making us race through courses quickly! Auto scrolling was also removed. Which turned 8-5 into a Mario Maker enemy spam moment.There were some insane moments. In 3-4 I touched the flag with just 1 second left, we had to try speedrunning Bowser's fight, and saw lots of hilarious failures!I learned some things: Fortress bosses need at least 4 or 5 spare seconds for your win to count. Dry Bones can get stuck in walls. First time seeing the Sports Fair! Animal Crossing GameCube Lizuma 2025-03-27 | My mom and I’s first time seeing a Sports Fair! We couldn’t see it on the actual day since I didn’t feel good, so we did it on the 26th while adjusting the date instead.I was pretty curious in what this was about! I expected little minigames we could join in, kinda like Mario Party has. I think that’d be pretty reasonable to assume at the minimum…Then we found out we can’t join! Wouldn’t it be so simple to make basic minigames here? Racing a villager around the well, tossing in as many balls as possible in a given time limit, and button mashing for the tug of war? I’d expect to be able to ask whoever’s hosting about joining.If the ability to participate in these games is ever modded in, that’d be pretty cool and make it an actual event to look forward to in the future! It was still fun seeing it for the first time and what everyone was up to though!Also I guess Eunice felt sore or something after the Sports Fair, cause despite being new she literally left RIGHT afterwards for no reason. Tom Nook’s infamous question Lizuma 2025-03-05 | Today Tom Nook finally did it, the infamous question in Animal Crossing City Folk! “Should I downgrade Nookington’s in a sneaky, unclear way?” It was my mom and I’s first time seeing how it goes.I already knew it was coming, so was way ahead and warned my mom to watch for it last month. I don’t want to lose Timmy and Tommy, and the fancy Nookington’s store we worked hard for! I wouldn’t think Tom Nook would be willing to either, especially at the input of a mere human resident (who isn’t even mayor in City Folk). It’s like the grass going away wherever you go, was no one thinking about the consequences? Guess not!It would’ve been cool and made sense, to everyone including Tom Nook, if our answer just adjusts how Nookington’s works! Not downgrade the entire building! Imagine if I didn’t know the catch, and trusting nothing upsetting could happen? I would’ve wanted “Good hours” since we tend to play until 10 PM, even if it reduced the goods in Nookington’s, what I would’ve expected. I always look forward to visiting Nookington’s and Timmy and Tommy, so it would’ve been devastating losing that!Aw, Tom Nook was really sweet at the end though, wanting the best for everyone in town! Our first time visiting GameCube’s Nookington’s was more interesting than I expected despite being like City Folk’s, so when we saw the sprinkler literally flooding the second floor I started recording.This is a perfectly acceptable first impression. Even the soundtrack is very impressive, it was really fun leaving in the background too! Before now I’ve only played GameCube on my PC with dolphin emulator, so as a huge Animal Crossing fan it’s awesome playing on original hardware!While New Horizons has stayed my top favorite Animal Crossing, I currently can’t choose between GameCube or City Folk as my second favorite. I love them both so much!! And they have their own unique things I really like! GameCube is so charming and interesting in its own way! And let’s not forget how good the soundtrack is, I was happy to hear and show my mom 3 PM to 9 PM! I LOVE 5 PM!! Just like for New Horizons I love the 7 AM theme so much too… Gotta wake up early for it!We’ll be playing this original unpatched version until it ends on 2030, which is 5 years. And when that happens… Well, I currently have no idea what to do to get the patched version from the community onto console, but I’m sure I’ll figure it out.

(Seriously I couldn’t do the math in my head agh—)Finally I don’t actually know if that’s really Bob’s catchphrase or not, I assumed the default ones were all actual phrases and we only met him recently, it’s funny either way whether it’s his actual phrase or a custom oneToday our disc of Animal Crossing for the GameCube finally came, yay!! But we needed an available memory card, and the one we ordered hadn’t arrived yet. Luckily when putting away the Luigi’s Mansion disc I got in 2023, I discovered a spare memory card in the case I completely missed the first time! I put it in, and it actually had Animal Crossing data! What were the chances?The town, da ville, belonged to bill. He abandoned it before even getting to Tom Nook’s talk about the loan! The poor tanuki has been waiting for 15 years, stuck with his Nook’s Cranny shack… Completely lost that money when bill ran off and disappeared. Then we suddenly came and started a new town lol. In a way, we just saved everyone from being trapped like that forever!This is now my mom’s memory card, and the Animal Crossing memory card coming soon will be mine! Thanks to how nice the GameCube is, we can easily have our own separate towns! Nice! Plus we’ll be able to get Nookington’s!Also I’ve played GameCube Animal Crossing on Dolphin emulator before, but this was my first time seeing an igloo. And weeds and trash completely littering the place. Guess that’s what my town looks like now

Until an incredible historic snowstorm hit!I SAW SNOW FALLING FROM THE SKY FOR THE FIRST TIME. I AM STILL FREAKING OUT AT HOW AMAZING IT WAS. AND THE MOST SNOW I EVER SAW IN MY LIFE!Kindergarten was the only time I kinda saw some snow falling but there wasn’t much, just a little bit, so it doesn’t really count. Can’t believe I had to wait until 20 for a real snow day, but I’m so happy!! It was like getting to be in a different world, like Animal Crossing or Mario’s where it really snows! I don’t care it was late— THIS was Christmas for me! That’s one huge dream finally come true: getting to really experience snow! Now my biggest one, a real dog, coming true would be pretty nice!Our silly outdoor cat was chasing and yelling at us while we were outside! I guess he was wondering what all this white stuff he’s never seen before is! We had to distract him with food before going on our hike! It was honestly incredible in a way seeing how the snow landed on his fur! We spent over 5 hours outside! When we got back there was still snow and the kitty was waiting for us in his cat house.We saw a cute little dog too, though we were worried since it crossed the road. Luckily the pup was okay, but I hope it’s trained better or leashed to keep it safe. I’d love to have my own someday… I would’ve had so much fun playing with my dog in the snow if I only had one then!To finally really experience snow, real snow… I’ll never forget how wonderful it felt!!

To the point I treated the cats I got instead (what my dad allowed) like dogs when I was little…or at least tried to (at this point it would be pretty evident a dog would be more suited for me and our lifestyle). My parents wouldn’t allow me to go as far as walk them on a leash when we went out of course. I’ve always been kinda allergic to them once they grew up, but it got worse with their age, so I can’t even be around them very much anymore…Now I’m finally allowed a dog, but struggling to come up with the money. I thought this insane journey would be…something to make shorts of. Simple silly shorts to fill the empty shorts space. I was SUPER happy when I got Toy Poodle later, with poodles having always been my favorite dog!!Fluffy has won the Disc and Lure Coursing championships many times just like Goldie!! I wasn't able to win the Obedience Trial as of typing this, but Fluffy did learn all the tricks, including to howl!
