The LONGEST Mountain Swoop In the World | “MUTANT line” Soul Flyers 2025-08-09 | On a beautiful day of June 2025, Fred Fugen and his friend Nico Rubio swooped the WHOLE Mont-Blanc with their Mutant skydive harness & Valkyrie canopies. A special combo of technical gears who let them performed this stunning flight line!5 MINUTES & 40 SECONDS! This is the time it took them to swoop Mont-Blanc and then land in Chamonix’s green valley. 🏔️ 3’650m altitude difference where the landscape reveals as they go down: snowy summits, glaciers, ice caves, rocky mountain faces, nice forests or fields. Pushing once more the boundary of possibilities, they used a really SPECIAL skydiving harness from UPT called the MUTANT. Like: pushing the limits of altitude and gravity, jumping over the highest peak in the Alps, the rooftop of Europe 🏔️For this project, Fred Fugen & Vince Reffet took skydiving to a new level, jumping above Mont Blanc, exiting the plane at 10,000m. The Sky Combo challenge was a true feat of skill and precision.This high-altitude jump pushed the boundaries of performance as they leapt into -50°C temperatures, equipped with a custom oxygen system, performed breathtaking freefall acrobatics in the thin air and opened their canopies at 6,000m.After a flawless freefall sequence, they transitioned into a mountain swooping flight near the Mont Blanc summit, down the Peuterey ridge, one of the longest in the Mont Blanc massif. The jump lasted a thrilling 7 minutes, ending with a smooth landing near Courmayeur in Italy 🪂Born to create and push the limits of possible, our sky artist combined once more several aerials disciplines by freefalling, and mountain swooping in one single jump.The ultimate test of precision, preparation, and perseverance. For the 20 years anniversary we wanted to do it again but jumping from a mountain and re-entering the 2 of us.We started to train in June 2017 in Empuriabrava for months. We did about 100 jumps and many attempts to finally make it. Soul Flyers | Mont-Blanc Wingsuit Flight - The Longest Line Soul Flyers 2022-11-02 | One more dream came true for the Soul Flyers, Fred Fugen, Vincent « Veush » Cotte and Aurelien « Bras Noir » Chatard.This incredible flight started with a fly by at the summit of the majestic Mont-Blanc, followed by the longest terrain flying wingsuit line ever! From the summit to the opening of the parachute there is 3650m altitude difference, 7,5km horizontal distance for a 3 minutes and 5 seconds total flight! A terrain flight, discovering the Mont-Blanc like no one did before. Flying over the glaciers, ice cracks and cliffs was so intense, incredible and powerful!Realizing such a flight, in wingsuit formation, requires communication between the pilots.We were able to have a perfect coordination thanks to one essential piece of our equipment: our radios from Cardo Systems.Put the sound on, you can hear on the video our live talks during this synchronized flight !Enjoy, share us your feeling in comments.
