Coffee With My Sunshine 2022-03-29 | 🤩Let's Build an OUTDOOR BIRDHOUSE, some SCRAP WOOD FRAMES and a WOOD BLOCK PLANTER. I Love turning Trash into Treasure by Recycling, Repurposing and Reusing scrap pieces of wood that would normally be tossed in the garbage. You can use these outdoors or inside too.

📏Our Bird House Dimensions - 8 1/2" X 5 3/4"
Side pieces 4"w x 5 1/2" tall
Front and Back pieces are 8 1/2 tall from bottom to peak. 5 3/4" wide
The hole/ opening is 1"
The top depends on how much of an overhang you want. Ours has one piece that is 8 1/2" x 7" and the other top piece is 8 1/2" x 6" (the longer piece overlaps the shorter one on the top.)

Then you're going to want to keep watching. In this Craft it 3 Ways Christmas Edition video I used pinecones and scrap wood to create an adorable little tree. For project 2 & 3 I used more scrap wood pieces to cut out really cool pine trees/Christmas trees & boxes that add just the right amount of natural & rustic vibes to your holiday/ winter home decor. I start with a really simple and budget friendly, beautiful wood centerpiece (Kirklands Inspired). Then moved on to probably one of the easiest DIY toilet paper pumpkins, but oh soooo cute and can be tailored to fit anyones home decor style and colors. Then I made these adorable pinecone corn husks. These are perfect to decorate your super cozy beautiful fall home.

⭐HOW TO USE GEL STAIN FOR A HIGH END DARK FINISH - HACKS for Painting furniture Black.

Coffee With My Sunshine 2021-06-09 | I am using Varathane GEL STAIN to MAKEOVER my new thrifted CORNER HUTCH today. NO STRIPPING or SANDING to Bare wood! What?! That's awesome! Sanding is my least favorite task to do lol. But using the Gel Stain was so easy and fast! Messy, but super easy to use. I picked this used corner hutch up (for super cheap) from our neighborhood website (kind of like a craigslist) and I'm so happy I did. It fits the space perfectly! It was that too yellow-ish wood tone. I didn't want to paint it and lose the wood texture, so I thought I'd give the gel stain a try. It's awesome!
