California Adventure Day & Evening in Disneyland! Oct 19 | thisNatasha | Halloween thisNatasha 2020-10-07 | Hey everyone! This is the Day 2 vlog from my trip to Disneyland in October 2019! This was obviously pre-covid, so a lot of the tips here are not relevant anymore; I thought about editing it differently to account for how things are now, but decided to edit it in the same way as I usually do. In the vlog I get to California Adventure and grab a delicious churro before riding Incredicoaster, and then nomming some more at Cozy Cone in Cars Land! I try the special Halloween mac and cheese cone, which was delicious, before getting on the Little Mermaid ride, Toy Story Mania, Radiator Springs and grabbing even more food in Plaza de la Familia! I check out the lights switch on at Cars Lands before riding Guardians of the Galaxy with Lizzie and Randy, then head to Disneyland for more noms in the Tropical Hideaway, ride the Jungle Cruise, get a decent score on Buzz Lightyear, and check out acthe Villains Dance Party in Tomorrowland and then exit the park via the Emporium Windows. We visit Koffee Mameya, which replaced the original Omotesando Koffee, to have some amazing drip coffee before starting the day. We go to the top floor of the Shibuya Scramble Square building to the Shibuya Sky observatory to see an amazing and unobstructed view of the city, we then do some shopping at Its Demo, Tokyu Hands and Loft before visiting the Shibuya Pokemon Store and then heading back to the hotel to pack! Every year the Unesco World Heritage site of Shirakawa Go lights up in the evening, sometimes it snows, this time it didn't! We went a little early to enjoy the day in the village, going inside the Gassho Zukuri houses and seeing the view in the daytime. We then took a bus up the mountain in the evening to see the view at night as well as walk around the town as it was lit up. We also show the journey getting there. Epic JR Train Journey: Matsuyama to Kanazawa! It's a 600km journey crossing the Seto Inland Sea via the Great Seto Bridge and passing through Okayama and Kyoto Stations. Hike from Kurama to Kibune! My Fav Kyoto Temples and Dinner in Osaka! One has an enormous pagoda, and the other has a beautiful bridge, gardens and the oldest zen temple gate in Japan! After checking these out we take a train from Kyoto Station to Osaka Station to grab some okonomiyaki at OKO and have some drinks in a video game bar in Osaka! We also pop into a ukiyoe (woodblock print) art museum and take a few pics around Dotonbori before showing the route back to get to Kyoto. We walk through the beautiful streets and Gion and stop in at the Ryozan Kannon temple, which has a giant buddhist statue of Kannon. We then walk through Higashiyama to Maruyama Park, seeing the great cherry blossom tree and walk through Yasaka Shrine which was super busy for Hatsumode (New Year's Celebrations!). Magic Kingdom & Ohana with Friends! Disney World #3 | Sept 2019 | thisNatasha | Polynesian Resort thisNatasha 2019-12-12 | Today we're off to the Magic Kingdom and the Polynesian Resort! We're starting off with rides rides rides including Space Mountain, Buzz Lightyear and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train! I then nom A WHOLE cinnamon roll before going onto Peter Pan and attempting to find 10 Pascals around the Rapunzel Toilets area! We do a bit of shopping and spot some cool stuff in the store decorations, get onto the Little Mermaid ride, grab an amazing zoom out Magic Shot and pop onto Pooh before heading over to the Polynesian! We then meet up with Luke and Rick from L&R Dreaming and drink some drink noms at Trader Sams! We have some amazing cocktails then head into Ohana for meat, potstickers, noodles, bread and wings! Omg that bread and butter pudding.
