I'm baffled why none of the forum pages state this and not at all happy that Pelican parts sells you the c-clips when they should know the damn thing can't be taken apart without destroying it. Not cool!

(Post job update: I wiped as much of the old grease out as I could and it seemed reasonably clean. Then I used a grease gun injector needle to squirt grease past the ball bearings into the back side of the joint. Be careful not to push the needle in too far, just in case the needle breaks off or comes apart and you need to retrieve it. Mine came apart and I was lucky to be able to get it out of there with a pair of tweezers.)

Cheap and Easy DIY - Parrot Anafi Emergency Water Recovery Floats

mach1sailor 2019-02-20 | Super easy, dirt cheap, very light, and effective. This is not designed to land on the water. This is a back up solution to keep from losing your drone if it takes a swim. Yes, there is added wind resistance. It flys OK in low wind situations. If you have a better solution, please let me know. I nearly lost my Parrot Bebop 2 when it went for a swim and this is what I came up with to prevent reoccurence.

2016 Mazda CX-5 Apple CarPlay Retrofit Self Install DIY (with Firmware Upgrade tip)

mach1sailor 2018-12-27 | How to DIY install and save at least $200 when retrofitting your Mazda with Apple CarPlay (or Android Auto). It's not difficult to do it yourself if you are somewhat mechanically inclined. The biggest hurdle is getting the dealer to install the software upgrade. I got them to do it for free and you may be able to also.

Just imagine having to pay Apple or Google for a software upgrade to your $1000 phone. Crazy right?!?! Well that is exactly what the Mazda dealer will do to you if you let them. There is a possible way around that especially if your car is still under the factory warranty.

Disclaimer: The audio and video quality are not great but it should be good enough to show how I did it. You are on your own if you attempt this and screw it up. Go to the dealer and have them install it for you if you doubt your abilities.

mach1sailor 2013-08-12 | One frame every second condenses an hour into a couple of minutes. We got to the bullring around 0730 and by about 0830 it's over. This is a great place to watch the Encierro if you don't have a balcony and don't want to actually participate in the run. They show the run on the big screen and watching the vaquillas have their way with the drunks after the real bulls are corralled again, is worth seeing at least once. Tickets were 6 euros and can be purchased from Ticketmaster machines outside the bullring. Viva San Fermin!
