(2024 Re-Edit) Professor Curious 2024-05-31 | A project made in loving memory of Harley's Timeout, a collection of thoughts, stories and expressed feelings from those she knew.I just wanted to thank everyone for their support, help and contributions. I'll admit, we had a few difficulties along the way but we beat them and this was worth fighting for. We initially wanted to post this on her birthday but had issues getting all of the contributions in. The original version of this project was made this time last year. This version had several changes made to fit with the original vision.I didn't want, nor do I want people's contribution or lack of contribution to be called into question. I respect that people might not find the time, might not have the strength or the words to put something out and I hope that reflects. This is about her and was always about giving people the chance to say something, should they want to and should they be comfortable with it. I have no ill will towards anyone who didn't want to be involved, ran out of time or just couldn't bring themselves forward.I also wanted her to stand as her own person, so I've avoided using resources that were less about her and were about others for positive or negative reasons.When making the original version in 2023, her channel was unfortunately wiped of content. This meant that little to no actual footage of her on camera existed, outside of the three second clip that we found on another channel. We tried putting out an announcement in the memorial server, on my channel and we reached out to a few people but nobody got back to us in time.The original content was reinstated, giving us hours of streams and videos of her's to use. This footage has replaced the stock footage from the original cut and moments where she particularly shines or was shown in happier times have been added to give a lightened tone. Her channel announcement and IrateProstate interview were the best for this.Unfortunately, the 2023 project files were lost or damaged since last year, so I wasn't able to do as deep of an editing job as I'd hoped to do. On top of this, I had some health difficulty around this time that made it so that I only had five days or so to work on this even after extending my deadline.My deepest thanks go out to Lil' Git, Ms. Whiplash, StooDogg, IrateProstate, Aunt Cathy, The Bunny Gathering, Abstract Butterfly for making this so great.
