Human beings need purpose in order to live a fulfilling existence. And that future is entirely possible for you, if you practice bravery every chance you get.

If you’re looking for how to manage your time and be more efficient, productive or have gain insight into how you can better manage your time, I highly recommend this video by Ali Abdaal: youtube.com/watch?v=iONDebHX9qk He goes through 10 practical methods and systems to better manage your time.
Prompts: 1. Are you happy with how you spend your days? 2. Did you have a good day today? (Whatever that means for you) 3. Is there something you’d like to do but can’t seem to find the time? 4. If so, what’s the smallest possible thing or step you could take to making more time for it? (I.e, if I want to have a home-cooked meal each night, what could I do to achieve that? Every weekend I could make 2x big meals that I have ready in the fridge to heat up each night. It’s a small step and not ideal, but they’re still home-cooked dinners and don’t take much time to prepare.)

Until I finally realised that was probably exactly why I needed to.
This is what mediation has given me.
Prompts: 1. How do you feel when your phone is out of charge or you have nothing to occupy your attention? Do you look for something else or can you sit with yourself? 2. How do you feel about the idea of mediating? Of sitting or lying down with the idea to allow your thoughts to freely move within your mind? 3. What is most on your mind right now? 4. And have you given yourself the time and space to think through what is most on your mind right now?

To succumb to whatever you were feeling, move in whatever way you wanted, being so present and free?

I’d love for you to join me today :)
Prompts: 1. Did you get to a place today where you felt entirely comfortable with yourself and your movements? 2. How did you feel as we got started? 3. How do you feel now? 4. Can you think of some music that makes you want to get up and just move?

When I first started daily yoga in 2020, I relied heavily on guided flows on YouTube. And as I became more comfortable with the movements, I wanted to design something for me & my body specifically. So I did. And it quickly became my default morning flow.
I am so excited to share with with you today ❤️
A huge, HUGE thank you to @sjana for being an incredible, welcoming and loving human. I am honoured to have connected with you in this way.
And thank you Louie. You know what you mean to me and I am beyond grateful to have your support, always.

Thank you for watching ☀️This is How I Learned to Love My BodyLauren Hogg2022-05-12 | My relationship with my body is ever-growing & ever-changing. Sometimes I am really feeling myself and appreciating every little aspect, other times I am very self-conscious and critical. But I’ve found that it’s vital to ensure that I am looking at my body in a realistic, sustainable and positive way. Because our bodies are ultimately built to be of service to us. And they’re amazing.
This is how I shifted my mindset so I can look at my body realistically which helps me love & appreciate it and recognise how incredible it is.

I’ve found myself gravitating towards spending more time by myself recently; it’s been nice to just be in my thoughts & to not worry about anyone else. So I decided to get dressed up & take myself out on a date to the park.
I’ve found that spending more time alone has strengthened my relationships with others, because I value and crave time with them more. It’s always wonderful to feel loved and wanted 😊 I encourage you to plan a little date for yourself - it’s worth it. And so are you ❤️

Ordinary Motivation is a short motivational series set in the everyday. It’s not meticulously orchestrated or visually perfect; there’s no uplifting music. It’s just me, to you. There’s nothing groundbreaking or nuanced in these messages, but sometimes we just need little reminders ❤️
Thank you so much for watching! If you’re reading this, I’d love to know what that thing is for you and how you’re going to start working towards it! 😊
