Final Fantasy 1 (NES) Orchestrated - Epilogue camhcom 2017-09-29 | The best ending to any game. And still my favorite game too. This piece is like the pirate captain animatronic at Disneyland's POTC. I do all my testing on this piece, so it keeps getting updated with all my latest techniques.I finally notated the music, and with that updated many of the ideas from past versions. This includes changing the key and changing a bit of the structure of the opening. So yes, this is a v3 of this orchestration, which was the main reason to re-repost it.

Not your usual Roald Dahl kid stuff; more like PG-13, though there's no explicit content or anything.I made this for an audio class, adapting and performing it myself, with my sister acting as both Landlady and dialect coach. I used Adobe Audition, even though it was kind of a Pro Tools-centered class, but I was a pleb that was still really intimidated by Pro Tools. (Plus many other collaborators of course).I post it here on my channel because:- I'm still really proud of the music I wrote. Maybe like my #2 score ever.- This was a major turning point in my sound design. Not great, but still okay for where I was at.- I also just like it overall. A good sign of work to come.
