Solo Grandmaster Nightfall Fallen SABER - Strand Warlock - Season of the Deep - Destiny 2
updated
Icefall Mantle was completely reworked, and it is now a great exotic usable in a variety of content. I wanted to see how it is for myself so I set up a Titan build focusing on stasis, and took it straight into the expert weekly exotic mission, which is Presage this week (and I do love Presage).
The build performs great, Stasis variant would be a bit more defensive while Prismatic one is a bit more offensive. I think I am going to save the loadout and use it doing stuff this episode a lot. I am also using the new stasis exotic GL - Alethonym, which is a great primary ammo weapon. Additionally, I have a void sniper rifle with reconstruction mainly to break the fuses and eliminate priority targets. Lastly, I have a stasis heavy wave GL, which is finding some extra usage now that the Servitor boss exists in Vesper's Host.
The build can be seen at the start of the video.

Time to get back into Nightfalls. This week we have Proving Grounds, and that is a great nightfall. My main problem with it was accidentally fixed - we cannot be killed by rocks anymore, and that instantly makes this nightfall multiple times better.
For this run I am using Rime-Coat Raiment as it turns Bleak Watchers into absolute powerhouse. I think it is one of the best exotics for higher end solo content, I will definitely be using it a lot this episode. As for my exotic weapon, anti-barrier options are kinda awkward this episode as scouts are weak and shotguns lack range. Initially I wanted to use Revision Zero but it is bugged and locks you in sniper mode. After some thinking, I decided to try out good old Dead Man's Tale, and it is amazing honestly. It destroys all enemies, it's fun to use, it twoshots barriers and it does good damage against champions and bosses thanks to Vorpal. I think that DMT might be the way to go this season.
As for the other weapons, I have some void GLs. Special blinding void GL is a great support weapon, heavy void GL does nice damage against bigger targets. It also allows to play around the activity modifier by dealing void damage and fulfilling "void hunger" to get some extra ability regen.
Build can be seen at the start of the video.

I did not have much time to play over the weekend and time I had I dedicated to playing contest mode with friends as this is a timed event and it was incredibly fun. But now that I have time I went for a solo flawless completion of the new dungeon. I think this dungeon is great, it's fun, mechanics are actually engaging (albeit sometimes it can drag for a while), and the whole atmosphere/music keeps you on edge the whole time. Bungie have done a great job!
Initially I wanted to get this done on Hunter and I got nice loadouts figured for the whole dungeon. However, the last boss damage phase is extremely annoying on Hunter with no proper means for constant healing, which results in having to deal with adds most of the time and doing much less damage than titan or warlock. Titan is probably the easiest, as consecration makes everything a joke up to the last boss damage phase, and most of the videos I have seen are using titans. So I decided to go Warlock instead, and I think the loadouts are already good enough, and mostly optimised for a safe solo flawless completion.
For Raneiks Unified boss fight I am using Star-Eater Scales buffed Stormtrance (who would have thought?) and Parasite. It's a combination of many buffs and debuffs - weaken from grenade launcher and transcendence grenade, jolt from storm grenade and super, radiant from melee to buff Parasite, and SES buffing Stormtrance. All in all, it results in a very comfortable 4 phase clear of this boss.
For The Corrupted Puppeteer boss fight I am using the Stag and a little safe spot above the bunker. Healing Rift and Healing Grenade provide constant healing. Grand Overture is incredibly at this boss fight, and allows for a comfortable 4 phase clear of the boss. Lost Signal grenade launcher also applies weaken, while arcane needles provide radiant, which is important to cast before Overture volley. For the mechanics phases I am using Speaker's Sight to get some extra healing while taking/dunking various buffs.
Other than that, for the rest of the dungeon I am using Getaway Artist Bleak Watcher build with Song of Flame and Khvostov. It's a great build for general play and works fine for the 1st encounter.
Builds can be seen at the end of the video.

The new dungeon Vesper's Host was released, and it features contest mode for the first time ever in Destiny history. To tackle the challenge I teamed up with itzTizzle and Suutekk, both amazing players and fellow YouTubers. Check out their channels:

I think the dungeon is great, mechanics feel fresh even though some elements are reused (like operator, scanner buffs etc.). It took us about 6 hours to complete contest mode, and I think that was a great and fair challenge. I have had a lot of fun.
The builds used are definitely not perfect. But overall I used Apotheosis - Star-Eater Scales exotic class item with Nova Bomb. For the Corrupted Puppeteer I used Anarchy and Mountaintop. For Raneiks Unified I used Parasite for some huge aoe burst damage.

Episode: Revenant is here and we are getting tons of new exotics to play with. Mask of Fealty is the new hunter exotic head piece that buffs withering blades. Sadly, currently this exotic is bugged and "is not consistently producing the spread of Withering Blades when defeating a frozen combatant. The effect works as normal when shattering a Stasis Crystal." This exotic is a great concept and I really wanted to see how it works regardless of the bug, and it is actually not bad at all. Withering Blades are much better now, and are worth using. Cannot wait for it to be fixed as I am a huge fan of Withering Blades.
As for my weapons, I am using Wicked Implement, it is one of the better stasis exotics and it benefits from most of the artifact perks. Sadly, I am still 32 levels under the cap so it does not do enough damage.. yet. Additionally I have an auto-loaded GL in the energy slot to apply weaken debuff with the artifact perks. Lastly, I have an arc rocket launcher to burst down bigger targets.
Build can be seen at the end of the video.

Episode: Revenant is here and we are getting tons of new exotics to play with. Rime-Coat Raiment is the new warlock chest piece that buffs bleak watchers, it generates storms around bleak watchers that keep freezing targets, creating crystals, and buffing our own weapons. It's a great concept, and it does work really well, I am pretty sure I will be using it a lot in GM runs this season. Cool to have some variety in addition to Osmiomancy Gloves.
I am also using the new stasis exotic GL - Alethonym. It feels amazing, it shoots primary ammo and it does a lot of damage. Even though I am 32 levels under for Master content, it is still great. I can only imagine how good it will be when I manage to level up more. To help with the reload speed I have a Stasis Loader, and a couple of new artifact perks - Rapid Impacts, One with the Frost that increase the reload speed of stasis weapons and grenade launchers.
Anti-barrier options are very limited this episode, but I am trying to make a use of a pin-point slug shotgun and it is actually not that bad, it oneshots the barrier at decent range. Lastly, I have a Stasis LMG (Chain of Command) to mow down enemies if needed.
Build can be seen at the end of the video.

Episode: Revenant is here and we are getting tons of new exotics to play with. The first one is the season pass exotic stasis grenade launcher Alethonym. I believe the best way to see how the weapon performs is to bring it directly into higher difficulty content. Luckly, today's Lost Sector is one the newer ones, so it is natural to go and do it on Master difficulty.
Alethonym feels amazing, it shoots primary ammo and it does a lot of damage. Even though I am 33 levels under for Master content, it is still great. To help with the reload speed I have a Stasis Loader, and a couple of new artifact perks - Rapid Impacts, One with the Frost that increase the reload speed of stasis weapons and grenade launchers. Spirit of Renewal and Duskfield grenades provide easy access to Frost Armor in addition to Facet of Purpose.
I have not really used other weapons much as the focus is on Alephonym, but I also have an Arc Rocket Launcher (Hothead) to burst down bigger targets and Indebted Kindness.

Cannot wait for the new episode to start, it has a lot of exciting things coming up. Still.. to fill the void this is the last solo GM run of the current episode. Considering we have autorifle artifact perks, it would be a waste not to use them to full extent. For this run I am using Quicksilver Storm on Strand Hunter with Whirling Maelstrom build. The build itself is great, Maelstroms do a lot of work and mow down enemies. But when it comes to Quicksilver Storm - this weapon is a great example of nerfs gone too far, it is very-very weak right now with pretty much nothing going for it.
As for the other weapons, I have a solar sniper rifle (Ikelos SR) to deal with barrier champions, and a Strand LFR (Scintillation) to burst down bigger targets and deal damage to the boss.
Build can be seen at the start of the video.

The final GM of the episode, and I am really glad it is Devil's Lair, as it is always very fun. Same as previous weeks, I am going to just use some underused weird weapons/builds and see what I can do to finish the episode on a high note!
I have never really used Sweet Business, I know it's strong but I just very much dislike the sound of it. But considering we have such strong autorifle artifact perks, it would be a waste of an opportunity not to actually use Sweet Business for a solo GM run. So for this run I am using on the electrified shield throw build I have used several times across this episode. I decided not to go for the usual Actium War Rig as Targeting Autoloader reloads the gun anyway.
As for the rest of the build, the idea revolves around an exotic class item with Spirit of Inmost Light and Spirit of Contact. I am using Shield Throw and Spirit of Contact makes it Jolt everything it touches, while Spirit of Inmost Light allows spamming abilities. Lastly, I have a solar sniper rifle (Ikelos SR) to deal with barrier champions, and a solar LFR (Cataclysmic) to burst down bigger targets and deal damage to the boss.
Build can be seen at the start of the video.

For this run I decided to use Cerberus+1, and I have never really used that weapon at all. It's actually quite cool and with the Focused Fire perk procced it has even decent range. Having said that I cannot see how it can be any good without artifact perk empowering autorifles and giving subsistence pretty much for free. But we have those now, and it feels great using them!
Also, I have been suggested to use Felwinter's Helm on Prismatic Warlock to empower arcane needles. It's definitely viable and can be very useful in some situations, but it is overly tricky to actually score kills with arcane needles as we have so many sources of damage in the game now, that it's just pretty much impossible to control. Hopefully more exotics will get a mark similar to Mataiodoxia, I feel like that one is a great idea.
As for the other weapons, I have a solar sniper rifle (Ikelos SR) to deal with barrier champions, and a solar LFR (Cataclysmic) to burst down bigger targets and deal damage to the boss.

Last 2 weeks of the season, and there is really nothing happening. I will still do some GM clears but mostly on some underused or weird builds, but overall I will take those 2 weeks easy.
I have been planning to use a normal sidearm for a while and considering that is the last NF with unstoppable champions, and that is also a relatively close-ranged NF, I am using a normal sidearm here. After thinking which one might be the best to use, I decided to go with Traveler's Chosen as it has Osmosis built-in perk, which works great with Tangles and artifact perk. As for the build, I have not used whirling maelstrom build a single time this season, so this time around I am using Strand Hunter with Cyrtarachne's Facade, which is one of my favourite builds, as maelstroms are just so fun to use!
Other than that, I have a solar sniper rifle to deal with barrier champions and deal damage to the boss. Lastly, I have a Strand LMG (Pro Memoria) to double-dip into strand fragments and artifact perks. It's also overcharged through special artifact perk as it is this episode's weapon.

This is the Cabal GM so why not bring a wild Skyburner's Oath? Yes, it's not a great weapon, but it's supposed to crush the Cabal, and it does exactly that. I am also using Path of Burning Steps alongside it to get some free solar weapon surge. Overall, Skyburner is a scout rifle and as expected it is a slower run, but still I had some fun as it is always great to use the good old weapons.
As for the other weapon, I have a kinetic sniper rifle (Supremacy) to deal with Barrier champions, and a Solar LMG (Speleologist) to double dip into Path of Burning Steps.

For this run I am using Strand Warlock with Final Warning. I have never really used that weapon much, but I have always heard how good it is. And yes, it's very good. It fits Strand Warlock nicely with all the threadling spamming and unraveling happening all the time. The only issue might be its short range in GMs, especially since Strand Warlock does not really have any healing to stay up-close much. However, Insight Terminus is easy enough for the build to shine anyway.

We have some very strong autorifle-focused artifact perks so why not use Tommy's Matchbook for a change. I think it would be best on Solar Warlock but I have already done a warlock run this week, so I am using Solar Titan for a change. My exotic of choice is Precious Scars to get some extra restoration on kills, and it works amazing with Tommy's. All in all, it's a very fun build to play even in solo GM environment. Yes, restoration x2 on Warlock is much better for this but Titans don't have access to that, right?
As for the other weapons, I have a kinetic sniper rifle (Succession) to deal with barrier champions when I am not radiant. And lastly, I have a Solar LFR (Cataclysmic) to mostly burst down bigger targets and do damage to the boss.

I liked using Eriana last week so much so I wanted to use it again. Moreover, in this GM we have a lot of solar shielded wizards during the boss fight, and it's a perfect opportunity to ignite them all. Honestly it does wonders! Other than that, Eriana onetapping barriers is great, and with Lucky Pants it does crazy amount of damage. nOverall, I think it's finally worth using and I can see myself bringing it for some runs here and there.

For this run I decided to use Necrochasm with Necrotic Grip as I have never really properly used that combo. And it actually performs great. Necrochasm on its own is a great weapon while Necrotic Grips make it even better increasing its add clear potential. Also we have strong autorifle-focused artifact perks and they add on extra damage and survivability, which is always welcome.

Eriana's Vow was buffed and finally fixed, and I love this weapon. So for this run I am using it alongside Lucky Pants for a nice and chill solo Devils Lair clear. Finally we have a GM with overload champions where we can use all our fancy autorifles with overload rounds. For this run I am bringing Khvostov, as it is arguably one of the best primaries in the game. It does wonders with ricochet rounds and built-in shoot-to-loot. I am pairing it with Mataiodoxia, which is just an amazing general play exotic that helps a lot with crowd control.
Other than that, I have a solar sniper rifle (Ikelos SR) to deal with barrier champions. Lastly, I have a solar LFR (Cataclysmic) to burst down bigger targets.
Build can be seen at the start of the video.

Finally we have a GM with overload champions where we can use all our fancy autorifles with overload rounds. As soon as I saw that we are getting Shock and Awe artifact perk back I knew that I want to use Centrifuse for a run. It's a very fun weapon, albeit not as powerful as some of the more modern exotic autorifles. I am pairing it with Actium War Rig, as you really do not want to reload at all with Centrifuse, and Actium War Rig helps with that a bit. All in all, obviously it is not a meta run or anything. I am not even distantly interested in speedruns. But I think it is fun and different, and I like doing these kind of runs much more compared to consecration spam for the 1000th time.
Other than that, I have a kinetic sniper rifle (Supremacy) to deal with barrier champions. Lastly, I have a strand LMG (Pro Memoria) to take advantage of Actium War Rig, but most importantly to build up dark transcendence energy.
Build can be seen at the start of the video.

Naturally I went for the new version of the exotic mission - Encore: Coda - but it is the same as before with 2 extra Cabal bosses, so I think it would be quite unnecessary to post exactly the same thing for the third time. A pity.
Anyhow, Devil's Lair is finally here, one of the best GMs ever. And finally it's the first GM with Overload champions where we can use Choir of One and overload autorifle artifact perk to full extent. So here we go - Choir of One, Overload Autorifle, Volatile Rounds, Stasis, Prismatic Hunter all mixed together in a very fun and potent build.
Choir of One is void weapon, and to make it even better I am using an exotic class item with Spirit of Gyrfalcon to have consistent volatile rounds. Also we got new artifact perks that make autorifles even better - Sustained Fire and Targeting Autoloader - both provide very useful buffs (damage resistance, damage buff and autoloading).
Other than that, I have a kinetic Pulse Rifle (Blast Furnace) with shoot-to-loot to stun barrier champions and pick up ammo from afar. Lastly, I have a void LFR (Doomed Petitioner) to burst down bigger enemies, and double dip into void scavenger and volatile rounds. It even breaks barrier champions shields.
Build can be seen at the start of the video.

Hazardous Propulstion is an amazing exotic, which is overshadowed by consecration spam builds. To add some variety in titan's gameplay, I am actually using Hazardous Propulsion for this clear alongside Dragon's Breath and Aberrant Action to fully benefit from Hazardous Propulsion buff. It works great, Dragon's Breath is very powerful in this NF as all enemies tend to cluster together, especially during the boss fight they just run circles around the boss. Aberrant Action with Heal Clip is awesome to stay alive.
Other than that, I have Blast Furnace to stun barrier champions and pick up ammo from afar with shoot-to-loot perk.
I am going to be away till the next reset, I will have more pre-recorded GM clears scheduled, but that's about it. Devil's Lair is coming up next week though and I cannot wait for it! Also, Space Marine 2 is released soon, and I will see if I can make some content out of it.

I love Mataiodoxia and empowered Arcane Needles, and Monte Carlo buffs the fantasy of this build even further by providing a lot of melee energy by just damaging targets. This build is honestly great and I feel like it's no worse than the meta getaway artist bleak watcher build. Having said that, Monte Carlo can really fall off at longer ranges, so that is more like a close-mid range build. Also we got new artifact perks that make autorifles even better - Sustained Fire and Targeting Autoloader - both provide very useful buffs (damage resistance, damage buff and autoloading).
Other than that, I have Indebted Kindness as it's just one of the best weapons and also stuns unstoppables. Lastly, I have a void LFR (Doomed Petitioner) to burst down bigger targets.

Choir of One is great, and apparently it will be nerfed in about a month, so I am going to use it as much as I can in the following weeks. Therefore for the first clear of Insight Terminus GM I am using Volatile Stasis Prismatic Hunter build.
Lastly, I have a void LMG (Hammerhead) to mow down enemies when needed, and also to double dip into void scavenger and volatile rounds.

The second week of exotic mission is here, it is even named differently - Encore: Concerto so it is supposed to be different, isn't it? No, it's exactly the same mission with a couple of extra enemies and a couple of laser traps. At the start of the Boss fight, Osiris is even saying "We face the same threat as before" as if he is mocking us. The boss has a different name as well - Stasimon instead of Parodos. But why do we have all the unused connection nodes in the boss arena? It's very strange, honestly.
Anyway, I am using exactly the same approach as the last week and I am playing Prismatic Hunter again. Even if I wanted to play a different class I would need to complete the whole Act 1 and 2 on other characters to unlock the mission, and I doubt it is happening. Why is that a thing again?
I went for a ranged-focused build on Prismatic Hunter with Gyrfalcon's class item. Buried Bloodline does wonders with this setup, and you have constant devour, volatile rounds, weaken etc. Spirit of Galanor gives some extra super energy as well. For the boss damage I am swapping to Celestial Nighthawk though for some nice Golden Gun damage. Considering it is Solar Surge, I am using Solar LFR for boss damage (Cataclysmic).
Builds can be seen at the end of the video.

For the last run of the week I am using Prismatic Warlock with Mataiodoxia and Revision Zero. Not much can be said about these exotics, they are just great, and both do the job amazingly well. Revision Zero melts champions and provides a great tool to deal damage to the boss. Mataiodoxia is fantastic at general play providing some crowd control. I am also a huge fan of Hellion, so I am using it here alongside Devour Aspect.
As for my other weapons, I am using arc weapons to benefit from the new Shock and Awe artifact perk. Those are Indebted Kindness and Song of Ir Yut, and both are amazing weapons.

Aggressive scout rifles were buffed, and this episode we got a solar one - Timeworn Wayfarer. It can roll heal clip - incandescent, and I have never really used it before. Considering all of that and that the healing is very much useful in this GM, I decided to use Timeworn Wayfarer for a solo GM run on Prismatic Titan. It's a great scout rifle and it does an amazing job.. against redbars. As soon as you have to shoot anything yellow/orange etc., it just does not do anything. Having said that, it can easily be alleviated by using other weapons, and I have Microcosm and Supremacy in this run, which easily eliminate bigger threats.
As for the build, I am using the Electrified Shield Throw build I used this episode several times before. It's an amazing build, and it definitely is one of favourites right now. The idea behind the build revolves around an exotic class item with Spirit of Inmost Light and Spirit of Contact. I am using Shield Throw and Spirit of Contact makes it Jolt everything it touches, while Spirit of Inmost Light allows spamming abilities. This time I am combining it with some Strand tools - Suspend Grenade and Drengr Lash, which are very useful to control the battlefield. Lastly, this time I have Solar Super to match the surge and get some restoration from facet of purpose.
Build can be seen at the start of the video.

We got a brand new special ammo exotic autorifle - Choir of One. I think that the best way to test and showcase the weapon is to bring it straight into higher end content, such as this solo GM run. And.. this weapon is absolutely amazing, it has tremendous ammo economy and absolutely destroys everything at ridiculous range. To make it even better I am using an exotic class item with Spirit of Gyrfalcon to have consistent volatile rounds. Also we got new artifact perks that make autorifles even better - Sustained Fire and Targeting Autoloader - both provide very useful buffs (damage resistance, damage buff and autoloading). Overall, I enjoyed this run and I can see myself using this autorifle a lot in all kinds of content, especially considering I am huge fan of Gyrfalcon and volatile rounds.
Other than that, I have a kinetic Pulse Rifle (Blast Furnace) with shoot-to-loot to stun barrier champions and pick up ammo from afar. Lastly, I have a void LFR (Doomed Petitioner) to burst down bigger targets and do damage to the boss, but also to double dip into void scavenger and volatile rounds.

Expert version is not much different than normal, you do get some extra damage though. The biggest difference is having champions in traversal sections, and those are actually rather dangerous. Anyhow the new Exotic Mission Encore: Overture feels great, I enjoyed it. Also, it's called "Encore: Overture". Does that mean that we get different versions? Hopefully yes.
For an expert clear I decided to use a safer approach and went for a ranged-focused build on Prismatic Hunter with Gyrfalcon's class item. Buried Bloodline does wonders with this setup, and you have constant devour, volatile rounds, weaken etc. Spirit of Galanor gives some extra super energy as well. The new Exotic Mission Encore: Overture is here, and honestly it's great, I enjoyed it. Having said that, I still do not like tormentor bosses, I do not believe they should be used as such. Other than that, a very fun mission with enjoyable traversals and boss fights. I will be doing expert versions from now on. Also, it's called "Encore: Overture". Does that mean that we get different versions? Hopefully yes.
For the first clear I am using Prismatic Hunter with a melee-focused build with Liar's Handshake. However, I am swapping to Celestial Nighthawk for boss damage, and it helps a lot to deal significant damage against the bosses. The new artifact perk - Shock and Awe - makes that build even better as now each arc final blow (combination blow punches) creates arc explosion and jolts everything around. Other than that, I have Buried Bloodline for some long-range action, Devour and Weaken. Lastly, I have a Strand LFR (Scintillation) to match the surge and do damage against the bosses.

Not much is happening until act 3 so it's a good time to fill the gaps with some more dungeons/exotic missions. For this Pit of Heresy run I am using Prismatic Warlock. For the boss damage I have an exotic class item with Star Eater Scales and Apotheosis, that has tremendous damage potential and makes short work of the boss.
For the rest of the dungeon I have Mataiodoxia and Monte Carlo, which is my go-to combo for such content.

Hazardous Propulsion is amazing, however it is slightly forgotten because of consecration spam meta. So for the last run of the week I am using Hazardous Propulsion on Prismatic Titan. I keep forgetting that the buff also applies to Buried Bloodline, and this weapon fits this GM nicely as you need some form of healing in the boss room. Overall, it's a fun and potent build, although overshadowed by more "meta" choices.
As for the other weapons, I have a void rocket launcher (Braytech Osprey) to benefit from Hazardous Propulsion buff even more. Lastly, I have Disparity Stasis Pulse Rifle to build up some dark transcendence energy and stun barrier champions.

I am really not a fan of the new GM rotation as you have to complete the same nightfalls without much break in-between. So for this week I am going to focus on more off-meta fun runs. For the second run of the week I am using Vesper of Radius and Osteo Striga on Prismatic Warlock with Stormtrance super. It's a fun build as you are kinda forced to play closer to enemies sometimes, and that makes it different. Super is atrocious, barely enough to finish off a single champion, it needs some serious attention.
As for the weapons, I have Osteo Striga, the old-time favourite. Despite the nerfs, it is still very strong and generates transcendence energy like crazy. Also, I have Indebted Kindness with Voltshot and an Arc LFR (Stormchaser) to burst down bigger targets.

For the first run of the week I am using Lucky Raspberry and Arcbolt Grenades on Prismatic Hunter. Jolt is very strong and it gives arcbolt grenade energy back. Having a voltshot weapon also helps and provides even more grenade energy. Overall, it's a fun build to throw some arcbolt grenades, but they are not really strong, which is kinda sad.

Not much is happening at least until act 3 so it's a good time to fill the gaps with some more dungeons/exotic missions. For this Prophecy run I am using Prismatic Hunter and it performs really well. Liar's Handshake and Combination Blow make short work of mote phases, while Celestial Nighthawk and Golden Gun do a lot of damage against the bosses.
For Phalanx Echo I am using Parasite with a Solar Holster mod that basically is an auto-loading holster. Combined with Transcendence, Aberrant Action and Golden Gun it is an easy one phase.
For Kell Echo I am using Sleeper Simulant for some precision damage. Sleeper is great and does a lot of damage, which results in an easy two phase. Probably with Whisper or Still Hunt rotation it would have been a one phase, but I am fine with that anyway.
For Hexahedron and Wasteland I use the same build, but I just swap to Xenophage.

Apotheosis/Star-Eater Scales roll on Warlock exotic class item, Solipsism, is amazing, and very fun to play. Warlord's Ruin is the most recent dungeon, so let's go use it in for a solo flawless dungeon run! This setup has an incredible damage potential, and it is a very comfortable 3 phase kills of first two bosses, and a 2 "phase" kill of the last boss.
For the first boss I am using Lament as it is a very sword-friendly boss, and for the remainder of the dungeon I have Dragon's Breath and Mountaintop combo.
I am using Prismatic Warlock with Nova Bomb, which is a top damage Super after the buffs and with introduction of Star-Eater on Warlock. Also, I have Hellion aspect to get some extra damage from the solar buddy. The damage rotation with is the following:
1) Arcane Needle to apply unraveling debuff and take advantage of Facet of Courage;
2) Vortex grenade to apply weaken debuff and take advantage of Expanding Abyss artifact perk;
3) Nova Bomb;
4) Spam Vortex grenades and Arcane Needles with Apotheosis;
5) Activate Transcendence, throw transcendent grenade and an Arcane Needle (to get Radiant from Facet of Dawn);
6) Shoot Dragon's Breath and Mountaintop in-between.
All builds can be seen at the end of the video.

I have not done Zero Hour and Whisper this season yet, so time to fix this. For this run I am using Prismatic Titan with Consecration Spam build, and it does wonders in this mission. However, I messed up at the boss a bit, and should have kept the Super for the first ogre phase, but it is what it is, it was a relatively quick clear anyhow.
As for my weapons, I have Buried Bloodline for some devour and long range weapon, void LMG (Commemoration) to mow down enemies, and a primary weapon I have not used a single time (I think).

I have not done Zero Hour and Whisper this season yet, so time to fix this. For this run I am using Prismatic Warlock with Monte Carlo and Mataiodoxia, I really like this combo, and Mataiodoxia makes already strong Arcane Needles even stronger. Overall, it's a great build suitable for variety of content. I am swapping to Revision Zero at the end though to safely eliminate the tanks and the brig without relying on heavy ammo.
As for my other weapons, I have Indebted Kindness, arguably the best weapon in the game, and an Arc LMG for the running part, and an Arc LFR for the boss.
Build can be seen at the end of the video.

Liminality is back again, and this time around I wanted a faster clear compared to my first ever clear from 4 weeks ago, so I went with melee Prismatic Hunter Lair's Handshake build. It does wonders in the entire GM here making short work of each and every room. The only place it struggles is at the last phase of the boss fight with Tormentor chasing you like crazy. I do not think I am going to do any more Liminality runs this season, I do not see much point and Tormentor is not a fun boss to fight against in GM environment, I do not think it is suitable for Nightfalls.
As for my weapons, I decided to go with Forerunner as I thought it would be a nice option to do damage against the Tormentor, and it works well enough but I think something like Izanagi would have been better. Other than that, I have Indebted Kindness to clear up the adds, and an Arc LFR (Stormchaser) to do some extra damage against the boss when possible.
Build can be seen at the start of the video.

DMT and other aggressive scout rifles were buffed, so it's naturally time to use DMT in a solo GM run. It performs okay, clears up red bars and does decent damage against the boss with Vorpal, but orange bars are really something it struggles with. Still it's now actually usable in PvE and somewhat powerful, it was very fun to use.
As for my build, I decided not to use Prismatic and went with Arc Warlock and Geomag Stabilizers for some Chaos Reach action. It's still a powerful build even though a bit overshadowed by Prismatic. As for my other weapons, I have a Solar Sniper Rifle (Ikelos SR) to stun Barrier Champions, and an Arc LMG (Song of Ir Yut) to mow down enemies when needed.

I have not done Presage in a year, and it's great to be back, this mission is one of the best. I am using Prismatic Hunter with melee-focused build with Liar's Handshake and Combination Blow. I do not have a single exotic class item with liar's handshake so I am using the exotic itself. But it performs just as well and outright deletes enemies when all the buffs/debuffs align. As for the weapons, I have Anarchy, Mountaintop to have some damage over time and auto-loading burst damage options. Lastly, I have a sidearm mostly for running sections to shoot switches etc.

After using this build last week, I really liked it to the point that I think it's one of my favourite builds in the game now. Therefore I decided to use it in another GM run, and it works great here especially considering all the enemies are always piled up together for Jolt to do some crazy damage.
Lastly, I have the recently buffed Twilight Arsenal, and it is an absolute monster now at deleting everything.
As for my weapons I have Revision Zero to stun barrier champions and do some good damage to the bigger targets, Indebted Kindness with Voltshot for even more Jolt, and an Arc Rocket Launcher (Crux Termination) to burst down bigger targets.
Build can be seen at the start of the video.

I am not sure why Fallen Saber is a featured GM once again, hopefully it will be changed. But for now this is a solo run here with one of my favourite builds in the game right now - Volatile Stasis Prismatic Hunter. It combines both stasis and volatile rounds, and it has so many different tools to offer, I find it very fun to cycle abilities and weapons all the time. Buried Bloodline feels like it was designed for this, and it works well here providing Devour and Weaken while synergising greatly with Spirit of Gyrfalcon. My exotic cloak, Relativism, combines Spirit of Gyrfalcon and Spirit of Galanor. Galanor gives a lot of Super energy with Tether or Silence and Squall. I also decided to use Ascension mostly as a tool to get Amplified and get more abilities, but also to jolt overload champions and keep them stunned.
As for the other weapons, I have a kinetic pulse rifle (Blast Furnace) to stun barrier champions, and a void rocket launcher (Braytech Osprey) to burst down bigger targets.
Build can be seen at the start of the video.

This week we have Starcrossed as weekly exotic mission. For this clear I decided to use Prismatic Warlock with Monte Carlo and Mataiodoxia. I love this combo, it adds a lot of extra utility to already crazy powerful Prismatic Warlock kit. I also have Hellion Aspect, which I think is great. As for my other weapons, I have Aberrant Action solar rocket sidearm and a solar rocket launcher (Apex Predator). I am swapping to Dragon's Breath for the last boss though, as incoming damage there is quite crazy and having a DoT weapon is very beneficial.

I know that Consecration spam is one of the best builds in the game right now, we are currently in the speedrun meta, and there are so many clears of all GMs with this build on YouTube so I simply don't want to use it myself. So I had to figure out a different build.
I managed to get an exotic class item with Spirit of Inmost Light and Spirit of Contact so it was natural thought to try it out in a solo GM run. I am using Shield Throw and Spirit of Contact makes it Jolt everything it touches, while Spirit of Inmost Light allows spamming abilities. To be honest I found this build to be extremely fun and potent so I am definitely going to use it for more runs in the future. I am combining it all with some Stasis tools - Glacier Grenade and Stasis Super, which are very useful to control the battlefield and clear packs of enemies.
The most annoying part of this NF with this build is to actually hit teleporting overload champions with the shield throw.
As for my other weapons I have a kinetic pulse rifle (Blast Furnace) to stun barrier champions and pick up ammo from afar, Solar rocket sidearm (Aberrant Action) with Heal Clip for survivability, and Dragon's Breath to burst down bigger targets and everything around them.
Build can be seen at the start of the video.

Weekly dungeon is Spire and for this run I am using Prismatic Hunter as I think it suits this place well. For the Akelous boss fight, I am using Celestial Nighthawk Golden Gun and Whisper of the Worm. Combined with radiant, weaken and transcendence coming from Prismatic subclass, and solar sniper artifact perks, it allows for a comfortable 3 phase clear of the boss.
For Persys boss fight I am swapping to Silence and Squall and Star-Eater Scales for a nice damage Super, while Prismatic subclass provides same weaken, radiant and transcendence. As for the weapons, I am using Edge Transit and Witherhoard. This setup in theory allows for a comfortable 3 phase clear. Sadly, the game decided not cooperate, and my Witherhoard shots went right through the boss in both 2nd and 3rd damage phases without me realising, resulting in not procing bait and switch and losing a lot of damage. But I am still happy with this clear, I think these builds work nicely.

A new set of battlegrounds was added into the game, in the 3rd week of Episode: Echoes we have Battleground: Core. For this run I decided to use a non-warlock build so I am using Prismatic Hunter. Due to the nature of the boss that requires burst damage I am using Celestial Nighthawk. To stay alive and quickly eliminate adds I have Buried Bloodline for Devour and a solar LMG (Fixed Odds). Lastly, I have the new Critical Anomaly sniper rifle with chill clip to stun both barrier and overload champions, I quite like that one.

Exodus Crash was reworked and it is back as GM once again. I actually enjoy the rework, it feels much better than it used to be and closer to the newer nightfalls in terms of add density. This time around I decided to avoid trouble for now and used Prismatic Warlock as it is one the best GM builds in the game right now. It has incredible survavibility, firepower, damage resistance, devour etc. etc. etc. and makes the boss room much easier than it could have been. The 2nd phase of the Boss fight is pushed through with a single Song of Flame.
For my weapons I decided to use Revision Zero, as it helps a lot to burst down bigger targets like Stasis Disciples or even the Brig. It also absolutely melts everything you look at. Also, I have Indebted Kindness with Voltshot, one of the best weapons in the game, and an Arc LMG (Song of ir Yut) to double dip into arc scavenger for both special and heavy, and mow down targets when necessary.
Build can be seen at the start of the video.

I have not done node.ovrd.AVALON in what feels like forever, so it's good to dive back into the mission. I think it's one of the best missions. For a change I am using Prismatic Titan for this run with Consecration spam build. It's especially good in this one as we have those random buffs that give you infinite abilities for some time, just need to get lucky and get a melee buff. All in all, this run was a bit sloppy but it got the job done. The amount of incoming damage at times is crazy!
As for my weapons, I have Buried Bloodline to get Devour for extra survivability (and you need it for this mission!) and a void LMG (Commemoration) to quickly mow down enemies.

Apotheosis/Star-Eater Scales roll on Warlock exotic class item, Solipsism, is amazing, and very fun to play. Duality is a weekly dungeon, so let's go use it in for a solo flawless dungeon run! This setup has an incredible damage potential, and it is a very comfortable 2 phase kill of both bosses.
I am using Prismatic Warlock with Nova Bomb, which is a top damage Super after the buffs and with introduction of Star-Eater on Warlock. Also, I have Hellion aspect to get some extra damage from the solar buddy. The damage rotation with is the following:
1) Arcane Needle to apply unraveling debuff and take advantage of Facet of Courage;
2) Vortex grenade to apply weaken debuff and take advantage of Expanding Abyss artifact perk;
3) Nova Bomb;
4) Spam Vortex grenades and Arcane Needles with Apotheosis;
5) Activate Transcendence, throw transcendent grenade and an Arcane Needle (to get Radiant from Facet of Dawn);
