Darkest Dungeon inspired battle music - Many Fall In The Face Of Chaos

Dutonic 2023-06-13 | Darkest Dungeon II felt like a love letter written to me personally from the devs. So I thought I would give one back. Even after I thought I’d seen everything, I encountered the secret death boss fight after 100 hours of play. I was in awe of the effort put into such an unlikely event that so few would see. She didn’t have her own boss theme though, so I felt inspired to compose one. I did my best to stay true to Chatwick’s style- featuring heavy, loud, bombastic percussion and even a quote from the original “final combat” track.

Dopamine is a song about the predatory relationship technology has with me, the instant gratification of the algorithms and the subsequent impact on my mental health.
