I am using a 14" x 14 " stretched canvas. The colors I am using are mostly Prizm pour acrylic colors and Primary Elements Pigment powders by Colour Arte.
Recipes for mixing Prizm Pour paint, for general pouring. The Prizm Pour Acrylic paints are mixed with Vivid Poly Pour or Vivid enamel( both available from Colour Arte )to both extend and help them flow more easily. In a container begin by adding 25% of your expected volume of GAC 800, fill with Vivid poly pour or Vivid enamel, to just more than halfway full. Fill the remainder with paint color sure to leave room to mix. Mix thoroughly and transfer to a larger container such as a squeeze bottle or a container with a very tightly fitting lid. If you are using Floetrol I recommend(at most) an estimated 10% of the total already mixed. A squirt of distilled water to thin if desired. Recently I have begun to add a squirt of Jo Sonja gloss varnish for shine instead of water to thin. Vivid Intense acrylics are mixed with the same combination as above + 10 % Floetrol additional
The usual Cell activators used here are mixed into Aussie Floetrol, estimated 3/4 Aussie Floetrol1/4 paint, alternative mixtures can also be a half-and-half mixture of Aussie Floetrol… depending on your preferences. I have found a number of brands that work for me, including Golden colors. Colors by Atelier favs are Rich Gold and Black,1 by Masters Touch( Dioxazine Purple), Pebeo's acrylic iridescent Gold -Iridescent Blue Violet, Iridescent blue-green 1/3 acrylic paint added into 2/3 Aussie Floetrol. Heavier viscosity recipes work too. I like 50-50 also. Other colors can be used as cell activators. An alternative Cell activation recipe using American Floetrol (same ratios)must include 10 drops of Minwax pre-stain wood conditioner added for every 2 ounces of mixed paint. Other recipes for drops added may vary. This works for me. I strongly recommend adding GAC 800 by Golden as an addition to all colors (25%) to avoid crazing. This is especially true if you are using the bloom style of pouring paint if you have not allowed the paint to stretch as far as it will go. All the paints I use are acrylic paints mixed with additives to help them flow more easily.
I advise a well-ventilated room and those with respiratory issues to avoid paint pouring or use a respirator. Air bubbles in the paint should be released before they result in hard dry bubbles. A sharp object such as a skewer is used to remove the bubbles in evidence while the artwork is still wet. Also if there is no house-paint base being used, a torch lightly passed over the surface to pop bubbles is also acceptable.
Every day I learn new things. I will never stop experimenting and am happy to share what I discover with you. These artworks are my art therapy and my vocation. I am priscilla batzell instinctive spontaneous painter of contemporary art.

I am using a 12" x 12" stretched canvas. The colors I am using are mostly Colourate Vivid Intense acrylic colors. Also, Prizm Pour acrylics and Primary Elements Pigment powders are possible too.
The recipe used for creating a pouring medium to be mixed with the Vivid Intense colors. Example if created using a 10 oz container. Add 2.5 oz Gac 800 (from Golden) and 3.5 oz Floetrol. 3.5 oz Vivid Poly Pouror Vivid enamel or 3.5 oz of any untinted deep base enamel. Do not use polyacrylic because it is too thin. Use a container that will hold the amount of mixture allowing room to stir. Add Vivid Intense a few drops or a small squirt at a time, mix thoroughly, and adjust the color saturation as necessary. Trial and error are suggested. I used a 4-ounce container to hold 2.5 oz of mixed paint with a pouring medium. Please note that the mixture is very much more fluid than when mixing Prizm pour colors or even Primary elements and that difference should be taken into account.
The usual Cell activators used here are mixed into Aussie Floetrol, estimated 3/4 Aussie Floetrol1/4 paint, alternative mixtures can also be a half-and-half mixture of Aussie Floetrol… depending on your preferences. I am using a 10" x 20 " stretched canvas.

I am using an 8" x 8 " stretched canvas. The colors I am using are mostly Colourate Vivid Intense acrylic colors. Also, Prizm Pour acrylics and Primary Elements Pigment powders are possible too.
The recipe used for creating a pouring medium to be mixed with the Vivid Intense colors. For example, if mixed in a 10 .oz. container. Add 2.5 .oz. GAC 800 (from Golden) and 7.5 .oz. Vivid poly pour or Vivid enamel (or 7.5 .oz. of any un-tinted deep base enamel). Add drops or squirts of Vivid Intense colors and mix thoroughly adjusting the color saturation as necessary. Trial and error are suggested. . * After mixing I also went back and thinned the mix to my desired thickness with filtered Floetrol, which in this case was an additional 10% to the total volume, and mixed it thoroughly again and then added it to squeeze bottles. When mixing initially use a container that will hold the amount of mixture allowing room to stir. I used a 4-ounce container to hold 2.5 oz of mixed paint with a pouring medium. Please note that the mixture is very much more fluid than when mixing Prizm pour colors or even Primary elements and that difference should be taken into account. Recently I have begun to add a squirt of Jo Sonja gloss varnish for shine instead of water to thin.

I am using a pre-primed and dry black 16" round stretched canvas.

I am using a 14" x 14" stretched canvas. The colors I am using are mostly Prizm pour acrylic colors and Primary Elements Pigment powders by Colour Arte.

I am using a 10" x 20" stretched canvas.

Golden's Quinacridone Nickel Azo Gold Deco Art Americana 24KGold "Pillow Paint "- White Latex Satin Finish from Sherwin William
I am using an 8" x 8" stretched canvas.

I am using a 12" x12 " stretched canvas.
I am using a 12" x 24" stretched canvas.
