Approach the safe and enter the combination seen in the 3rd Reel(Numbers: To the RIGHT: 7, To the LEFT: 12, to the RIGHT 4)5. Collect the new bonus STAR shaped fuse and the directions with the order of fuses.6. Go back to the electrical fuse box in the Basement and enter the fuses in the order in that the document states from Stage.(Fuse Order: SPADE, STAR, DIAMOND, HEART)7. This will have unlocked the left electric-powered door. Go through that door and the following room to the elevator that looks broken across the room. I hope this guide helps you earn this achievement! Note that you FIRST need to actually complete a Hot or Cold phone game with a mysterious caller at Horseshoe Beach. After the cutscenes, go back to the cave that had the Ghost Shoe (with Jacob now) and collect it now the shoe. Only AFTER YOU HAVE THE SHOE, go to the Post Office in Garland Ghost Town and accept the job from Hank, who calls you on the phone. Follow the exact word prompt responses as shown in this video to accept the side mission from Hank to take a picture with something from the past.Then, you will need to set the EMF Booster machines. Enter 9 on the machine closest to the time tear, and enter 3 into the machine that is at the top of the ladder. Go to the time tear now and scan the radio frequency at 99.1 to open the tear, and then enter.Once there, interact with the person by the building and select the action of having Jacob take your picture with them. Then at Jacob's suggestion, call Hank and inform him that you took the picture. Continue talking to him until the prompt becomes available to say "I HAVE A SHOE?". After talking with him, then exit the time tear, and return to his same Post Office where you first started talking with him. Once there, go up the stairs and place the Ghost Shoe in the LOCKBOX. Give Hank a call to inform him you submitted the shoe to him and then enjoy the last few minutes of the call before the achievement / trophy officially unlocks!Enjoy!
