This is one of my circuits I use for salvaging components. However results do vary from PCB to PCB. Overall this has worked for a majority of PCBs I try to salvage SMD components from (mainly small PCBs).
However, I do not recommend you use this for soldering and consider buying an actual hotplate since there may be some issues when soldering using this method.

This is the result of extreme boredom and sleep deprivation. I spent most of the time getting voice samples of KSI and yet half the lyrics are spliced so badly its not even understandable. I feel like I wasted hours on this.
