In order to do this I had to first power the heating element until the power supply was drawing around 37W of power then turn on the ZVS driver powering a CRT Transformer. If the heating element was not powered first then upon powering the transformer it would just arc a lot at unwanted places.
Although it may not have worked as well as I thought it would it still gave me some cool results with a plasma globe.
