Today I'm sharing my swatch and review of the new Zoya Luxe Noir nail polish collection for winter 2024, we have 6 new nail polishes in some pretty unique colors - 3 cremes including one almost neon purple, plus 3 specialty finishes including a holo jelly and two shimmers!
