Don't get me wrong, as you can tell from my channel, I don't hate Zootopia, this video just more highlights my surprise as to how many awards it's gotten, how much critics liked it, and how much it made at the box office when audiences, at least in the US, seem to almost ignore it altogether (sure, there's a vocal minority, many of whom are probably from the United States, that keeps heaping praise on the film but there just a minority at the end of the day). If anything, I've seen people talk more about Moana than Zootopia. Also, merchandise is REALLY slim. Maybe it's just a cultural thing? That could explain it's huge popularity in Japan and China
