Zooming into the Southern celestial pole from my home on the east coast of Australia.
Sigma Octantis, officially known as Polaris Australis is clearly visible in this video.
There’s 3 main clips in this video, the first is an enhanced version of the Southern timelapse I used in my 4 timelapses video, the second clip is a new zoomed in timelapse of the Southern celestial pole I did recently, and I matched the previous two as best I can, and the third clip is that same zoomed in timelapse used to make motion trails.
✨Oh, and the final image at the end, of the Milky Way core is a photo I just did a few nights ago, and I’m really frickin proud of it, lol.👍
