Zoom is free and yes it works on your phone, desktop, laptop, and tablet devices. All you need is the app or to sign up with your email.

If you already have the app or account and have any issues connecting to the meeting you may need to log in to your Zoom account and click your icon and a dropdown menu will have an option to search for the most current update. Zoom is constantly updating for better user experience and any security issues that arise (mostly concerning student misusing the app in school!).

As always there is absolutely no pressure to participate. Everyone will be greeted upon entry. When you click the invitation link or the image below you will enter into a waiting room. Once you are entered into the meeting your microphone will be muted and your camera will be turned off.
You will have to give permission to the app or the website to allow access to your mic and cam in order to participate but you will be in complete control of what degree of participation you are comfortable interacting within. There is a chat feature you can comment in and you are more than welcome to turn your mic and/or cam on if you want to. Don't have any apprehension about joining or leaving at any time. If you see this link available then you will be able to join the meeting.
