An oil painting technique on some Otherworld Miniature Zombie models for the OSR adventure module called Barrowmaze by Greg Gillespe. I have been using these oils for 26 years (I incorrectly state 16 years in the video) and they are still going strong despite their age. Quarter century paints and still good to use is a great value for money ;).
