Level Bounce by zircon, from the Getaway EP [EDM / Electro House] originally created for EDM Spotlight Compilation 3. Jazz + Funk + House!
This EDM track combines funky electro house with heavy dubstep style basses. Besides the big dance groove, I wanted to use lots of beat chopping and complextro elements to keep things fresh and interesting. Lots of jazzy chords and harmonies and synth / keyboard solos round it out. Enjoy!

Colossus by zircon, from the album Identity Sequence. This EDM track combines big beat & complextro drums with heavy dubstep basses. Inspired by the imagery of giant machines, factories, and awesome mech battles.
Identity Sequence is an electronic concept album inspired by science fiction novels and anime, specifically cyberpunk like Ghost in the Shell. It was funded on Kickstarter in 2012 and released the same year, The style of Identity Sequence could best be described as organic electronic dance music. It is my own interpretation of the interaction between man, machine, and environment - how our emotions and actions change and shift through technological advancement, and how they stay the same. More specifically, its progressive trance, dubstep, drum and bass, breakbeat, atmospheric downtempo, and many other highly rhythmic electronic subgenres rolled into a cohesive body of songs that is meant to be listened to from beginning to end in a single session.
