Today we're playing the very first Pokemon game I ever owned and played as a kid. This game has recently been the subject of a lot of scrutiny and (in my opinion) unnecessary hate. While I'm sure the Gen 3 games are no masterpiece compared to some of the newer entries, I've always enjoyed these games. I think that they're a bit underrated these days.
Of course, this game was also the catalyst for many glorious memes of the early 2000s. If ya ask me, it's legendary just for that alone xD
